People were nice, no issue there. Went to get an IPhone 12, but they charge a $30 upgrade fee? Why? To move my data...when Apple provides an app for that. Left and ordered the phone for pickup from Apple, and T-Mobile included a $30 discount. Moral of the story...unless you are adding a line, dont waste your time buying an IPhone here

Renardo was so patient and helpful! He taught me so many things about my phone so that it would work better and non of these tasks made him any money. Crystal gave my kids coloring books to keep them entertained while we waited. So helpful!

I had the best experience in the world. I will most definitely be back. I was help my Mai such a sweet young lady with a beautiful spirit. She helped me with all my needs she even showed me and my husband how to use are phones. And the other staff was great. They showed amazing team.

Rude, Not Helpful at all. We went today to upgrade our phones, my husband forgot a mask and was rudely told to leave the store -- come to find out, they have masks sitting right out on the counter they could have offered to him, but they didnt.When we asked about upgrading our phones, the woman kept insisting we get an iphone 12 - and blew us off when we asked about other phones. After giving us zero information on the phones, she said rudely What do you want to do? -- We didnt know the prices of any phones, what upgrades we were eligible for, nothing, and she kept demanding we tell her what phone we wanted. When we said we wanted an iphone 11, she told us none of our data would transfer and that we really needed to get the iphone 12.We left. We bought iphone 11s at the apple store at Avalon - they were extremely helpful and guess what? ALL OF OUR DATA TRANSFERRED easily without any issue, and never once were we hassled or ridiculed for not getting a more expensive phone.TMobile lost our business today and if we can avoid ever going in to this location again, we will. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

What a wonderful experience I had with Nadya! She was so helpful and extremely patient with my issue. I havent had customer service like that in a very long time...she is so educated about this technology and I feel so lucky to have found her. Both she and Mai were so pleasant when my husband and I came in today... cant say enough about what a positive experience we had. We will be back!

Some Ashley girl that works at this location is extremely rude and clearly never learned customer service.Just bought a new phone and was trying to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone. I got home and needed help with the SIM card as I have an iPhone and was just helping my mom with her android. I drove back up to T- Mobile and they had a sign on the door that said they were closing at 3:30pm and the doors were locked. It was about 3:20pm and I literally just bought the phone about 30 mins prior. This rude Ashley lady barely opened the door and before i could get a word out she says were closed. I explained to her I just needed help with the SIM card t-mobile just put in. She was very rude and short and didnt want to help me after just dropping $800 there on a new phone. Unbelievable.Do NOT go to this location.

The customer service at this place ROCKS. I brought two phones in to have my service switched over, and because I am previously a sprint customer, it was a long, difficult, and frustrating task. Nadya, was originally the one who was helping me and let me tell you how awesome she is! She, Salman and Crystal all jumped through hoops to help me with this problem that took HOURS to fix. Even though it must have been frustrating for them they all were so sweet and made me not mind sitting in a phone store for once! (I never thought I’d be able to say that)

I havent stopped at the store yet but I ported out from T Mobile 8-3-20 and realized I made a mistake and wanted to return today as I had ported to Metro when I ported out. I spoke to Tim tonight and said I have been trying to port back to T Mobile since yesterday and have had nothing but trouble doing so. He said he will help take care of me tomorrow and that my account will be back to normal on payment plans. I greatly appreciate his help and look forward to him getting me taken care of tomorrow

Savannah at this T-Mobile store went out of her way to help me make educated decisions. First visit, to select a Smart Phone. Second visit to select some accessories. She remembered my name and even showed me how to download an important App I needed for upcoming professional meetings & projects. Im a Trainer of Trainers (but not hi-tech fluent) and I could tell Savannah was adjusting her teaching, coaching and support as she intuited my learning style. Shes multi-talented with all the technical knowledge and customer service skills one could want. Plus, she tuned right in to my strengths & needs, exceeding expectations for excellent service. I have bought at least 3 or 4 phones and a watch at this store over ther years. Always loved the service back a year ago and before but the last two times I was there one lady seemed helpful but didnt know anything about the phones. She had to look up specs on google or the T Mobiles site. I didnt purchase a phone because I was still undecided. The second time I went back to buy a phone a lady was stationed outside the store escorted me in and acted like she didnt care what I did. She just hung around and said nothing. I walked out with no response from her. I personally like TMoible and do not plan to leave but I sure will not be going back to that store while that crew is there. Ill just have to purchase a phone at another store or on the phone manufactures website.

I have been a customer at this store for seven years and I have loved it right up until my most recent visit. I have coverage on my phone for replacing the screen protector when needed. The woman on duty was nothing short of rude letting me know I had no business coming in there since I didnt have this kind of coverage and I needed to buy the screen cover if I wanted one. She also told me that the fabulous staff I was used to seeing in the past had been replaced because they didnt manage things properly, including serving customers like me. There was another TMobile person watching all of this and I had thought he was the manager but perhaps not. He certainly said nothing about the rude talk the woman was giving me. When I got home I checked my account, I did have the coverage. I call TMobile and they confirmed I have the coverage. I will never go back to this store that is so close to home. Ill be writing another review about the store in Marietta that I visited today, they were truly lovely.

My husband and I went in when the store opened at 10am. We were greeted by Trevor (I hope thats his name) and another young lady. Needless to say that after spending 4 hours in the store upgrading our two phones because we were running into issues setting up my iPhone, we walked out feeling like we had made two new great friends. They were so helpful and upbeat. I would highly recommend this location to everyone and I will definitely return to them in the future. Thanks so much guys!!

While paying a bill I was told that an issue (non issue) I have was covered under warranty! They replaced my case right away! Great way to start my day. Thank you T-Mobile guy.Update. 4 months after my initial review and my case gives me the same issue. Pete not only swapped out my case, but let me choose another that hopefully wont crack on me. The case I am now using cost less than the old case and I was even refunded the difference, a nice surprise but not expected. Pete also gave us some suggestions to help us out to lower our bill.Love my T-Mobile.

I had written a detailed, long review of my experience here but some how it didnt post. Wow, I have spent way too much time on issues with these guys so let me just say after being into the store 3 times I still dont have full service working. Ive spoken to sales people, managers and customer no service. First they had problems porting my number to a new phone than they cant get me the signal booster they promised me and in all of this I caught them in lies.BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH T-MOBILE AND THIS STORE!

AJ Bansemer is awesome!! I dropped by to get my cell phone cover replaced and he told me things about my warranty that I was not aware of and ways to save money in the future! He of course did a great job replacing the cell phone cover and answering all of my questions about the products that I will be buying in the next couple months! He also added me to a list that gets notified of when they’re having sales! So grateful for his fantastic customer service and I can’t wait to go back and buy these things from him! Thank you AJ!

This way, by far, the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at any phone carrier store. First and foremost, it took 2 hours to complete what the sales guy admitted should only take 20 minutes. He was obviously new and didnt know what he was doing. He constantly kept having to run to the back where the self-proclaimed manager on duty, Victoria Cleveland, was sitting taking personal phone calls (or when she wasnt she was watching anime cartoons on her iPad on the floor) instead of being present with the obviously under trained staff on the retail floor. She offered him zero assistance or guidance and when he messed up at the end of the two hour transaction all she could say was sorry, hes new. Well, maybe if you know the new guy is working that day and you have dubbed yourself in charge you should be a source of knowledge for him or at least be present when he needs your help. To top it all off, the exact same transaction my husband and I came in to do (port a line, take advantage of the free phone promotion & trade-in an old device) Victoria completed twice within 15 minutes. I am not mad at the new guy, hes new- weve all been there, it takes time to learn the ropes. Who I am mad at is Victoria who was the worst excuse for leadership I have ever witnessed as a customer. I will never return to this store. ever.

My wife and I live in East Cobb and have a 2 story with basement. We had awful reception in some parts of our house (on our TMO cell phones). I called customer service, told them the problem and they quickly sent out a new Cellspot 4G which basically uses GPS to boost the signal. Our phones went from at best 1 or 2 bars of signal up to 5 bars all over the house which is roughly 2800 sf. The difference is amazing! We havent dropped a single call in over a week and dont even have to turn on wifi to get great reception. Great job, TMO.

Worst service of any T-Mobile store I have EVER been in. I have had TMobile for over 10 Years. The ONLY person on duty was rude and certainly didnt know what he was talking about. Came in with a bad Sim Card and he refused to believe that it was bad, he wanted $25 to replace the card and rolled his eyes and walked away from me when I told him I would fix it myself (which I did).

Avoid T-Mobile Like the plague. I had a salesman lie to me about the time that my iPhone would arrive. He told me one day delivery, well turns out its coming next friday. I am going to be three states away next friday with a broken iPhone. Thanks for nothing T-Mobile! Switching services ASAP
