I don’t play games much anymore. So I only come here twice a year maybe. But each time I’ve been helped tremendously. Like this people at the counter went out of their way to help me with trade ins. Where I could go for other stuff they didn’t take. They check old consoles for me. Maybe because I was the only one in the store each time. Idk. But I don’t expect that and I got an above and beyond service.

Stopped in here recently to pick up some Power Ranger Legacy toys and the manager and another gentleman that was there helping from another store assisted me. They both were so knowledgeable and were both gentlemen. They really seemed to care about making the customer happy and getting me the best bang for my buck. Other than that, the store was very clean and organized.

They are always really helpful and nice when I go in there. Thanks James for ur help today. He helped me order a game n sent it to my home n answered all my questions.

I went here Sunday afternoon to try and exchange a game I purchased for another item. Even though it was already opened, the employee there was able to do an exchange for 100% of the cost that I paid when I got it the previous week. He was very helpful and very kind through the whole process. Ive also been here multiple times and the staff are always helpful when I come in.

Employees were nice and extremely help my only issue is that I got a console and two games from this location and got home to find that both game disks look like someone took sandpaper to them. I would’ve at least thought you guys would check the quality of the pre owned games before selling them.

This was my GameStop of choice. Ive spent plenty of money especially on collectibles. After last nights release of CoD, I will never set foot in a GS again. After paying off my pro edition yesterday and telling the guy I would be there at 1030, they didnt even inform me that I could get the game at 8 or that they would be closing before midnight....just that the release event started at 8. Arrived to find it closed and the employees wouldnt even come to the door and offer us an explanation. Multiple cars pulled up to get their copies. Thankfully, WalMart released theirs at midnight. I went back today to get my refund on the game. The manager was nonchalant and didnt appear to even give a care. After that treatment by the employees, I will never step foot in a GS again no matter what collectibles or games are available. Worst customer service I have ever received.

They didnt give us rhe poster for The new Zelda game. Its suppose to be until end existences. But they save it for preorder. And we were the first on the shop.

I walked in the store and for over 20 minutes hadnt been greeted or even acknowledged. Then I noticed that all other customers were being helped. At one point I actually thought Well theyre busy, they will get to you when it slows. But then to see only me and one other customer who are just looking, the employee who I assumed was the manager, asked the other guy if he needed assistance and proceeded to walk past me as if I was invisible. I will never go to that store again.

Consistent bad service from this location. I cant even call it bad, more like indifferent. They absolutely DO NOT CARE if you are in the store. I walked over from work to ask about a pre order. The person on duty was helping a customer with a trade in (I wont get into the scam from gamestop trade ins) No one else was in the store except the customer and the employee and me. I walked in, no greeting, I walked to the counter and waited, nothing. After 10 minutes of not acknowledging my exisistance, I walked out. No attempt to stop me or even ask what I needed. No, Ill be right with you sir nothing. One bad experience I can overlook but this location is always like this. Not going back.

Ive been coming to this same gamestop for the better side of 10 years, seen it through 3 general managers and yet its like a family. They will go above and beyond to help you and unlike most game stop locations where you feel it is a get in get out attitude, this staff will chat with you and those little interactions make it worth getting physcial games

BY FAR HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY GAMESTOP IVE EXPERIENCED IN THE UNITED STATES, NO ONES ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR 4 DAYS. I TRIED ANOTHER STORE AND THE ASSOCIATES AT TGE ROSWELL GAMESTOP REFUSED TO ANSWER THEIR CALLS AS WELL, AND THEY CANCELLED MY HOLD ORDER TWICE AFTER REFUSING TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I WILL NEVER NOR DO I RECOMMED ANYONE DEAL WITH THIS STORE IF THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAVE TO.

The cash the give you for used games is not much and force you to give me your email to receive your money. Then they start emailing you with gamestop offers. I quickly unsubscribed.

Who doesnt love gaming? The only thing that makes our awesome gaming community better is having people that care selling you the products to enjoy. Today I called to make sure a product was in store and Phil answered and told me it wasnt in the system, but then said sometimes it isnt 100% accurate and asked me to see if he could put his eyes on it. He walked to it and told me there was one in the store. I told him, great and that Id be there in 10 minutes. I found the product when I got there and Phil was also the associate to check me out. I had a store credit that was being finicky but he refused to give up on making it work without showing any frustration and having a great attitude the whole time. This small experience to some made a huge deal on my day and I will be glad to visit this store in the future. Thanks, Phil. Youre the kind of person we need handling retail, especially with the stress of the holidays!

GameStop Hasnt always been my favorite since the price given for items an individual Sells them is usually really low.. I understand supply and demand but just not a store for me wouldnt sell to them maybe buy games from them...
