This store has superior Customer service from employee Enrique with the Jerry curls. I spent over an hour at a metro dealer store where they messed up many issues on my account and left me blindside to what actually went on in my account. Enrique at Metro Corporate went through and fixed all the changes that the dealer store on Holcomb bridge made. This is corporate and they operate at a all time high standard with great experts.

When I originally went to the Alpharetta Hwy location on 8/06/21 and started my service, I had a great experience with Nicole. She was so pleasant, thorough and provided great customer service. However, when I returned on 8/07 due to an issue with my number not porting, I was assisted by Carmen and she was very dry. She did not communicate or make eye contact very much. She was not pleasant to encounter and made me feel very unwelcome by her nonchalant demeanor. Even wrapping up the encounter, I said thank you, have a good day, her response was Unuh. Although the issue was resolved, she was very unpleasant to deal with and I wanted to be sure I expressed that about this employee.

They have lifted the mask mandate in the area if you wanna were a mask thats fine but I will not be forced to! Also if your so called masks are working properly why are you concerned about me wearing a mask? Guess Ill get my upgrade else were!!

Came right at closing, but these guys were still happy and smiling. I was looking for a cheap phone for my son. They walked me through the plans available and the full amount wed owe. No hastle and extremely honest.

For some reason some agents talk down to customers. If you ask a question they will refer you to the website...so...explain to me why do MetroPCS need you at the store ? However, if you drive 2 blocks East and walk into the TMobile Store you will have a much better experience...what is interesting is that Metro and T-Mobile are the same company...I guess Metro PCS has lower standards when it comes to customer service...I just changed my carrier and now I am much happier.

As usual. Great service. Been coming to this location for 12 years and thats the issue. 2 years ago wrote a great review. Been with Metro fo 18 years. Bought a new phone for my son last week. The person helping us DIDNOT SPEAK ENGLISH but kept nodding her head that she understood 2 things. The phone was a gift and the phone was not to be activated until we gave it to him as a surprise. She activated it. My son got covid unfortunately so after he was out of quarantine he went back to change the phone because he already had one simular. Still in the package but she had already activated it. Thanks for screwing up such a simple task and to make matters worse have a new duplicate phone. Pretty sure I am going to take my business elsewhere. Since the last review I made this location has gotten increasingly difficult to deal with. Advise using another location or risk wasting time and ALOT of money to buy your phone only to not get what you ask or want. Seems easy to accomplish but bet it will not be.

This is the only store you should go to if you live in the area. The satellite stores or private owner are difficult to deal with but not here at the corporate store.
