She repaired my hearing aid when others told me it would have to go back to manufacturer at a minimum charge of $275!!! I travel 63 miles each way to see her and never consider going elsewhere! I have a great experience with my audiologist

The process took exactly 30 days from order date to date of receipt of the hearing aids. The problem was not Connect Hearing but somewhere between Tru-Hearing and the manufacturer, Siemens. I was told normal turnaround time was 7-10 days. Was disappointed in this type of delay.
