I went in to another place a year ago because of of a very obnoxious loud buzzing in my ears, and hearing loss.After a long wait of 4 months and switching my insurance to one recommended by this place only to be told she didnt remember me nor my case plus my new insurance wouldnt cover it either.(after she told me to switch to this particular one).I switched back to the same insurance Id had before.I went a year in later to get my hearing checked again at Miracle Ear, and the same insurance I was told wouldnt cover it the first time at the other place is paying for my hearing device.This store in Roswell has professional, and courteous employees that make you feel like you arent just a number.They changed my feeling of big names only look for the next sell. In my case it was a hearing place by the park that was a small business- looking for the next sell, company that did not have my best interest in mind like they did at Miracle Ear .Thanks again forrestoring my hearing .

Friendly, workers are always nice. Ive never had problems in scheduling appointments for my daughter. I would and have recommended them to family and friends. My daughters hearing aides are great and fit her perfectly

I was so glad I stopped in at Miracle Ear that morning. I was just so tired of having to ask people to repeat themselves.After I got my hearing aids a whole world of sound opened up to me. I can hear the beeper on my stove for the first time! I can even hear my security system chime.I put my hearing aids in in the morning then I take out when I shower at night. When I take them out my world gets so quiet its unnerving.Thank you Miracle of Roswell, NM.

I didnt realize how bad my hearing was until Miracle Ear tested me and the results were amazing. The technician works with you to give you the best results from the hearing devices, and the staff is friendly and does an amazing job of taking care of all your needs .The hearing aids have truly made a difference in my life for being around friends, watching TV, and communicating with my wife and others. I feel lost when not wearing them and recommend anyone with hearing problems go by Miracle Ear and find out what you have been missing by not hearing well.

So far the device is working fine. It will probably need some tweeking before it is all ssid and done.
