But I have worn hearing aids for more than six years and have always had first-rate service by Barbara May and Toni at Optimal Hearings Roswell office. Their knowledge, welcoming attitudes and professional approach make every appointment a pleasure.

I love Barb and Toni at the Roswell location. They are professional but friendly. Will work with you to help get appointments that are convenient. I always understand my hearing test results and Barb works with me to adjust the volume of the hearing and never rushes me. I have been a client at least 10 years and will continue to be as long as Barb and Toni are there

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!I have been taking both my mom and grandmother to different specialists and doctors for many years. So, when I tell you that this has been the worst experience of my life you know exactly where I come from. This is a family owned business and they have been in business many many years. Barbara May is the Audioprosthologist that works for the Roswell location. My mom had an appointment with them and she was referred by her PCP. After my mom’s appointment I had the displeasure of talking to Barbara and she was extremely rude. Additionally, she was extremely rude towards my mom. It was so bad that by the time my mom got back home she was shaking. Both my mom and I asked for her hearing graph and Barbara refused to provide it. She had no idea that they were supposed to be HIPPA compliant. I don’t understand how you can have a company where your employees are not aware of this simple fact. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will make sure no one would experience what we experienced ever again.

I recommend this office to anyone with hearing loss, the staff is very professional and personable.
