I spoke with Jacob on the phone. He was pleasant to speak to and meet when I went to the appointment. The Audiologist was not really interested in helping me. She was almost rude without the effort. She continued to bring up Medicaid after I had explained to her that I do not have Medicaid I have United. I got the feeling she would have been more interested if I did have Medicaid. She explained to me, patronizingly, that her intro “package” start at $3700 and go up to $7000. My insurance is supposedly a good one and it was only going to cover $2500. According to her, Medicaid would cover everything except the actual hearing aids are bought by Medicaid from some where else. Like I tried to explain to her, I only have United.

Met with the doctor, herself. She was very attentive and informative. Appears to really take an interest in my issues. Its great to have someone of her ability, caring and professionalism in Roswell.

I saw Dr Kevin for my annual re-evaluation. He was professional and easy to work with. He is very personable and I enjoyed our visit while we got the job done. He looked for ways to solve the troubles I have been having with the hearing aids.

Bad the doctor was rude she took my sons dad out of the room because he speak Spanish. She didn’t give him any feedbacks the worse experience ever we still don’t know what’s wrong with my 5 hrs old

They changed their name to Angelica Audiology.Be very careful, they dont tell you the whole truth about if they are in network with your insurance company. You think you have a 0 balance they come back to you say you own them the balance because they dont participate with some insurance. Almost all of the medical establishments are in network with your insurance here in Roswell. Be very careful. If you have to, call your insurance company and ask. They might be able to tell you.I would not recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience I have ever had at a hearing center. After being asked a question and before I could answer, the Dr. was shaking her head. When I inquired, she responded rudely and told me I was taking too much time to answer. When I explained that I was trying to remember the date of a test she inquired about, she began rolling her eyes. I explained that people with hearing difficulties read body language very well and that I thought she was extremely rude. It became noticeably worse. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
