Its no fun having someone crash into your new vehicle. But I will say that my experience at CARSTAR was exemplary. The Manager Britten genuinely cares and the repair team takes pride in their work. It shows. My vehicle was repaired to perfection. The repairs took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait to have it done correctly instead of rushed. If your insurance company lets you choose a body shop...go here. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Ashley went over and above in communicating with the insurance carrier to make sure the claim was processed accurately and without surprises. Repair was kept to estimated completion time, regularly communicating status. Was apparently so impressed that I had total confidence that the job would be done right. I forgot to check until after I left there. It was an excellent job. Will definitely recommend CarStar to others. Not as impressed with the survey system since my first review disappeared before I was finished!

I love this repair shop. They are very friendly. They do an amazing job on the work completed. The service was very fast, and they kept me updated consistentlywith text alerts regarding the progress of the repair being done. It was a smooth pick up and drop off process for the rental car, which was all done at the repair shop.

I had to have my windshield replaced due to a chip that caused a spider crack that ran horizontally for over half of the windshield. I was given CARSTAR’s information from the insurance provider. Every interaction with CARSTAR has been professional and courteous. My repair was scheduled in a timely manner. The initial review and pictures to ensure correct material supplied and to have the camera calibrated was completed by Rebecca. She was courteous professional and very customer friendly. My repair was done on time as promised and very pleased with the work and would recommend CARSTAR for repairs to others

OMG!!!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING! First things first, Ashley was awesome! She had amazing customer service and I felt like I was giving my car to a friend to fix. We went on vacation shortly after our accident and they worked with our schedule so that we would have a rental car for fewer days and in the long run save us money. They completed all the work in a timely manner and when I got my car back, I couldn’t believe it ! My car was as clean as it was the day I bought it, and trust me, that’s not how I dropped it off to them. Lol. The detailed the inside and out! They completed replaced all the damage and even fixed some other things “just because”. I can’t believe I lucked out with such an amazing car repair shop! If they did regular car maintenance, I would never take my car anywhere else!

This was a great place to take my car in for repairs! Someone unfortunately backed up into my driver’s seat door and left a huge dent on it but after going to Robert’s shop my door looked brand new couldn’t even tell where the dent was. Also, he got everything done in 2 days!! I would definitely take my car back here if I have any more unfortunate accidents.

They had two chances to get the issue with my truck fixed and each time on the frame rack the tech apparently got the model wrong... Short bed Chevy Colorado with a crew cab basic work truck... Got the truck back bent funny in the middle TWICE and took it to another shop, BENT FRAME!!! 21 G into a 2019 26g truck thats apparently appreciated in value according to my insurance so its getting repaired...

My beautiful 1990 Mercedes 300 E which was the last model made in Germany, was rear ended and I was very up set because matching paint on a 25 year old car is not easy even though this one had always been garaged. They not only matched the paint perfectly but repaired the back end of my car to new condition. Very polite there and highly skilled. I would give them my highest recommendation.
