Very responsive. They are busy and had to eat a week for an appointment. From there things moved quickly. More damage was found when they started taking the bumper apart ( I had been rear-ended) and they promptly notified me that there was more to repair. They had already gotten approval from the insurance company so the additional work was quickly underway.The office is very clean and everyone I dealt with was professional and polite.I highly recommend them!

Im not a person that has a flare for writing or even talks a lot. I promised myself I would leave a review. I must say I was disappointed on the initial work that Caliber Collision did on my car. Ill spare you the details because thats not important. What is important is the great customer service and the resolve to get the job done right. After saying I was not happy with the job, Joe the manager called me personally to give them the chance to make it right. They got me a rental car and in one day gave me back my SUV in great shape. Best body shop ever. I have taken several vehicles for repair at Caliber Collision and each time the whole process has been so easy and seamless. This last time, I needed to get the driver’s side mirror of my van replaced and get the whole driver’s side buffed out and it was ready within 2 hours of me dropping it off! I realize it wasn’t a complicated repair, but I was expecting it to take at least a day. Also, my van was filthy when I dropped it off, and they washed it, which is such a nice bonus.

The people were friendly and courteous, we got our car back in great condition sooner than expected. From the car rental to the insurance paperwork, everything was made very easy for us.

They did an outstanding job repairing the collision damage. I cant find any evidence that the damage had even occurred. Even with the currently unreliable supply chains, they got all the right parts.When I first turned the car over to the technician, he listened carefully to all my special instructions - and he remembered them!

My son got into an accident in my car (thankfully everyone involved is ok), so my USAA insurance suggested I take the car to Caliber Collision on Folsom Blvd. I am so glad that I did. EVERYONE there, from the awesome people at the front desk to all of the technicians, are all super nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and they all made sure to keep in constant contact with me during the entire time my vehicle was there. They are honest, up front about everything, and did amazing body repair on my car. I have had to use Caliber Collision twice now and each time I have been thoroughly impressed. I could not even tell that my car had been in an accident, my car looked brand new when I picked it up and I dont think it has been that clean since the day I bought it. I worked with Carlos Bonilla both times and he was amazing. He is professional, easy to work with, kept me updated, answered all my questions, took his time with me and always had a great smile on his face. Carlos never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, he never made me feel rushed and even gave me a bottle of water and reminded me things could have been worse when I was standing in front of him crying! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and especially recommend they work with Carlos Bonilla if possible!

I have used my fair share of body shops!! I can tell you this is my spot. They went up and Above and exceeded all my expectations. They had my car done a day before it was supposed to be “ that’s a first in my life time”. The managers name was Joe by far the easiest guy I have ever worked with he did what he said he would and more. I am not the easiest person to deal with. The last shop I used told me they did not want my business anymore. Joe made me feel like I was in the right place the first time I walked in the shop. Carlos and Julie are awesome. My toyota corolla got rear ended and I picked this place to fix it. Theyre fast and gave me updates every step of the way. They took care of everything. It was worry free on my end. I got my car back looking brand new. They got it washed and vacuumed too. Carlos went beyond fixing my car he also made it pretty. He clean my headlights. Making it look like I got new headlight. I definitely recommend this place on whoever need a body repair. Theyre fast, professional and they treat you like family.

Joe Sanchez and his team at Caliber Collision on Folsom Blvd. are fantastic! After months of disatisfactory work by another shop, and took my brand new truck that had been vandalized to Joe and his team. They repainted my truck and it came out looking just as perfect as it did coming off the factory floor. SUPER happy with their work!!

I went to Caliper Collision after hitting a plywood board at 65MPH. I went with this place because it was my insurances preferred provider, so understandably I was worried. When I got there I was greeted with a very nice receptionist and she made everything easy. Fast-forward 4 days including the weekend and my car was done and it looked like new. When I looked it over I was very happy and relived. They did a great job and have a happy customer.

What to expect from this body shop?- One to two weeks out for an appointment to do an estimate. Other well known and reputable shops can get you in within a few days.-One to two weeks to set an appointment to drop off the car. But when they found out that I had a claim with State Farm, they told me can drop off the car today.- No exact date for when the car will be done.- If they call you and tell you that the car will be wash and ready for you to be pick, it will not be. Mine was left with white spots from the wax all over.- If there is wax or something else on the paint that wasnt there before, dont expect them to clean it. They will wipe it and will try to not clean it hoping that you will leave and not notice that they didnt wipe it. This did happen to me. I informed one of the employees and he proceed to wipe it but when I came in to sign the car out, he came in too. I assumed that it was clean but when I got home there was still part of the wax on my car.I should of expected this from a shop that was refer by the other partys insurance. I hope this will be a lesson for everyone that is reading this review. Dont go to a shop recommended by the insurances. They are recommended for a reason, to cut cost.

They Took too long to get me a completed estimate. Total communication breakdown where I was not included, thus it took 2 month before receiving a completed estimate. Felt more like a number in part of one of many in the insurance claim production which they seem to care more about taking care the insurance companies more then me.

Showed up for a quote for my insurance. They took pictures then said we could go and they lost the pics and called me to come in again. I asked them to look around and figure out where the pictures were and they decided to just not call me back at all. Honest mistake on losing the pics but not getting back to me after wasting my time like they did was pretty horrible service and says something about the character of their employees

This location is better then the one in Rancho. Can be very busy. Took a car in on Friday, they couldnt get to it until Tuesday of the next week. They are rated with several insurance companies as a preferresd repair shop.
