While traveling, I experienced a rough ride and wanted to get my tires rotated and rebalanced. I wanted a national chain being from out of town. Unluckily the rear tire had cupping and could not be rotated. Drivable but likely to need replacement now or in the near future. I was given the option of not balancing that tire to save a few dollars.For once in my life, I felt that an auto shop was not trying to rip me off and was trying to give me the best options for me. Yes, if I choose, the shop had replacement tires in stock for the best fix. I was informed that my current tires were legal but getting close to replacement, I should get the struts checked as a possible cause of the cupping with the next tire replacement. Tires were definitely out of balance, and should have been rotated more frequently to catch and prevent the cupping issue. Without tire replacement, I was happy with what was done, what to watch for and the service and car inspection I received.During the wait, the assistant manager had even recommended a couple spots to walk to for sight seeing in the area.I was very happy with my service and treatment and felt lucky to have found the Goodyear shop at 1121 I Street, Sacramento, CA.

These guys are trying to bring integrity back the the auto repair industry. They truly don’t make you feel like you are being taken advantage of. Just the clear facts and your options.Even with just a few guys in the shop, they work as fast and efficiently as any shop with twice as many mechanics. Great crew!

This was my first time at this location and these guys are awesome!!! They not only did the work I needed but made some great recommendations. Definitely will be visiting these guys for future needs!!

Poor service- certain inspections that were scheduled were not performed and therefore I had to schedule another appointment to come back a few days later. Additionally, they performed a tire rotation and forgot to reset the tire pressure on my car, leading me to receive an alert on my car saying there was an issue with my tire pressure. Go to a different Goodyear, this one has poor service.

I’ve brought multiple vehicles to this location for a decade for service - major and minor. They always do an excellent job, are forthright, and honest.

Excellent friendly and speedy service. People who know what they are doing and well organized. Out of all the other locations Ive been too, this is the one to go to for great quality service. I especially would like to shoutout the lady who was at the front, whom made the experience a delight.

The staff at this establishment has been so helpful to me. On two separate occasions, I brought my car in for a needed repair and although they do not normally do those type of repairs, they assisted me as best they could! They have been nothing but professional. I would highly recommend the shop!

Lela, Service Manager has been here for years! She makes this store her own and customer service is Priority One! After 10 years, I dont trust anyone else with my cars. Lela is the best!

Online appointments dont sync with their system. Ive made online appointments multiple times and then come in to find out I have to wait hours for them to get to my car. The actual service has been good and they dont try to sell you a bunch of additional services which is nice.

Ive bad no less than 3 tire problems within the last few months and Goodyear has been my life saver. Fast, efficient and honest, highly recommended.

Anthony the store manger is great and always remained courteous and professional when I went there recently. His crew are very fast at getting any service done compared to other places I’ve been to over the years.

My car needs to pass a smog inspection, but the service engine soon light is on. Automatic fail with any smog station. Tom and his team scanned for error codes and made the needed repairs to close out the codes. Had to bring the car back because the warning light was on the next day. They stand behind the work and fixed it a second time. The work was under warranty when they got the same error code. Thanks again for the help.

I brought our GMC Yukon here for an oil change. I received friendly service and the oil change was quicker than Walmart.

I have been to several Goodyears and this is by far the best location Ive ever been to. Jeremy here is the nicest gentleman Ive ever had to deal with, very knowledgable, fair, and will talk to you about anything you need. I would recommend this shop 100 times over. Ive read the negative reviews on this listing and theyre a joke, I dont believe that they are actual customers and may in fact be paid to write negative reviews. Even IF the shop was no good, speaking with Jeremy is always a delight. To put it further in perspective- I have a car that their shop is not equipped to deal with and Jeremy went above and beyond and found a very reputable shop that was able to handle the things I needed. Im not sure how well the company takes care of him but in my opinion he is an asset they cannot lose!!! Thanks again Jeremy!

These guys do a top-notch job with servicing our company vehicles!

1) refused to take a coupon that was on my phone. even though every other business in the world does (and even though i called the national office and was told that yes, a coupon on a phone or ipad or whatever was just fine). i had to go home, print it out, and then drive all the way back here. i was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and had to wander the neighborhood for 1.5 hours to wait for an oil change. i should have gone to jiffy lube - same price, 15 minutes, and no upsell, which brings me to my next point...2) major hard-sell on new brakes. told me they were at 1/32. Uh huh. I went home and checked them myself with a neighbor who is a mechanic, we found there was plenty of room left (like 7/32) and they werent anywhere near needing replacement. These guys should be ashamed of themselves! And $300 for a brake job? Seriously? Its 20 minutes work, $40 worth of parts. Are they insane? Or do they just think were stupid?I think its most likely the latter. And businesses that take customers for granted - and take advantage of customers - shouldnt get our business, no matter how good the deal seems.

Lazy and dishonest. Talked to the manager and was lied to about how long the process takes and how they arent able to achieve a wheel alignment with an hour and a half before they close and with two to three employee on average just standing around.

Have been a customer for years at this Goodyear store. Bought tires and service for 3 vehicles. Service Manager would not call Tire Rack to tell them my tire was unrepairable, so I could take advantage of the Warrenty. So I am out $300 becuse they did not want to take care of a regular customer.

For your standard tire services and oil change they do a good job, and when a mistake was made on a more technical service their management handled things well and it was a good display of customer service Id expect from all autoshops, yet rarely receive.

Used to be a great place but the female that runs the front thinks she is a car God and the customer is stupid oh and they dropped some great services that I have had done in the past but the car God says they never did them. I will never go back.

Called at 7 to schedule oil change and was told to bring in car and would have two people in front of me at 7 and 7:30 am. Got there and said they would need the car til 5 to 6 pm.

Fast, reasonable prices, good work.
