Great customer service won’t hesitate to come back

The Asian guy with the pony tail charge me 1100 and 2 months later the same problem and he don’t want to fix it. We payed 580 for the ac… with high prices I shouldn’t b making bad reviews

They are very honest and fair. The prices are fair and I saw a good deal of decency when I dealt with any of their employees. I highly recommend their service. I have gone twice and both times was pleased with the service.

Good shop and honest, What is missing this days

The only problem I had was when he revd my engine so hard that he almost blew My engine.. Then he gave me the diagnostic after he recharged my AC and put Some stuff on my receipt that wasnt relevant to what he did to my vehicle..

I wouldn’t waste your time with this AC place, no professionalism, no customer service. I get where in the epidemic because of Covid. Dude just told me there’s probably a leak didn’t give no options to get it fixed. Wouldn’t even recharge it even if I told him I would pay him just to recharge it so I can have a ac during this heat while I find a place to repair it. All his explanation was he has no workers. Sounds like he’s just lazy and doesn’t want to do the job. But the shop supposed to do all types of AC repairs and recharges.

This place has mechanics you can trust. Not only is service quick, they are honest. Honesty is a value that you cant put a price on and thats why Ill be back. Prices are also good here. They helped me out on Christmas Eve. I needed ball joints & alignment and they were quick to help me out. Even had me see parts before and after to verify quality of work. Highly recommend this shop!

The worst shop ever! Not only rude. They talk down to you like you are begging them for your business. How come a business with this kind of service is still on the market? Do not go there unless you wanna have a very bad experience

Pretty poor customer service. I got talked down to because I asked too many questions regarding a wheel alignment in regards to my daughter vehicle. Owner told me to go have another shop do her car if I didnt like the way he was speaking to me... sad because a good friend of mine recommended this place...all good though I found a shop on 47th and Franklin that did it cheaper and had way better customer service.1997 Lexus es 300

I went there to have my AC check for my son 2005 Honda Civic. One of the Technician was able to determine the freon was empty. So I thank the man and left for a second and third options. It ended up being a bad ac/heater core.

This place is great for your auto repair needs. I’ve been coming to him for about 5 years now. He’s fixed most of my cars, also they do an amazing job on alignments.

I when there yesterday with my car for alignment and they are fare and square, honest good people, they know what they are doing, am I customer for 8 years already I highly recommend it..

My dad and I went to get the Front work for our car we sat in the room waiting for a employee to at least talk to us. NOPE they saw us but didnt say hang on a sec, TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I had my ac recharged there the technician was honest and even cleaned my battery posts for free!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company, and was treated so badly by them. The glass technician came to fix my windshield and did a terrible job. He did not glue the 2 bottom corners on the drivers side and passanger of the new windshield. I could hear and feel the air leaks. I had to reschedule 4 different times to get it refixed. The techncian was a no show 3 different times. Their representive was rude, unprofessional, disorganized, made appointments and did not tell the techician. It took a week to get it fixed. A specialist from my car insurance company had to get involved just to have them refix my windshield and deal with united auto glasses representive. I was treated so badly by this company and would never work with them again. They finally had 2 great techicians come out to fix my windshield properly.

Dont waist your time, they take entirely too long, and they dont attend to you at the door. This is my first review on any place Ive been to and this place is not the best. I only when to it because it was near by, but I ended up with scratches on my new Enkei pro rims and a slightly crooked steering wheel. Yes the car is straight when I let go of the wheel but if I hold it completely straight it goes to the left.

They get right to the point and that may seem rude but they deal with people trying to get over on them all day long, They are trustworthy here.

I was told 2 hours. Now 4 hours later still not done. Bad customer service. Employees took more than one hour for lunch at the same time and gamble on the dining table. I will not come back again.

Terrible customer service I will never take any of my vehicle there again

$35 Front end alignment and $10 tire rotation and all done in an hour. Ill be back again for the $8 oil change.

It’s much better than the nearby white car repair shop. It’s not going to pit you. The boss has an accent but can speak Mandarin. If there is a problem with the car, they ask for free. It’s good to go today.
