We weren’t actually looking to buy, but Maita Toyota sparked our interest by emailing us about trading in our 2011 Tacoma for a newer one at the same payment plan. I replied to the email got a text message response and was told someone would contact me. Waited a couple days and no one text back or called. In particular I appreciated Nik and Sal, both of whom went above and beyond to work with my schedule and met me in the evening to look at a Tacoma, which I ended up buying. The vehicle was in good condition based on my mechanics inspection, and Ive absolutely loved it so far. Waste of time this place is. Cargurus will give a pre-qualify with participating dealerships. This dealer is a participant until you bring in your pre-qualify. Then they will have you fill out a credit app and Shop your credit to a bunch of different banks which puts a bunch of dings on your credit all while holding you up all day... waste of time go elsewhere.

I recently bought a car from them and had it shipped to NY, i only saw the car in pics and videos. The transaction was smooth and even though we had some hickups once i received the car Nik was very helpful in helping and sorting out the issues. Buyer beware. I recently purchased a 2007 Jaguar XKR from this dealership. Before purchasing I asked the salesman over the phone about the condition of the vehicle. He stated it was in near perfect condition. No damage and looks new was his response. I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped across the country. I was disappointed upon arrival as the car was NOT as the salesman represented. There was damage to the front left bumper and fender...as well as damage to right rear bumper. There is a problem with the headlights, the gas gage doesn’t work, and there are even tail lights out on the car. While I have yet to find out the cost to repair the headlight situation or the gas gage...I was more than annoyed that I had to write a check for $900 today to repair the body damage that was not disclosed. If you decide to purchase from this company you better ask for very detailed photos before doing so.

Dont buy here! After the fire we used our insurance money to buy a Dodge at legend auto. Motor blew within 3 weeks... No problem we bought the warranty... The powertrain warranty they sold us covered 5k our engine was 22k it had blow by which they would have noticed when the inspected it. Well now were on to electrical problem. The truck had a tracker installed that drained 2 batteries before we once again we had to pay a sh×÷ ton of money to fix. Oh and the board is bad too. Thanks legends for also changing the decals from 2500 to 3500. Were so far upside down in this truck I cant believe it. Dont buy from these awful people.

Bought the truck I wanted, agreed to a finance plan and went home. They called me the next day and told me they got me a better plan. Saved a good amount of money.

I purchased a C300 recently and I absolutely love it! These guys worked hard! It was even more affordable than I expected at first. They have a bunch of different stuff and all of their cars are in great shape. They arent the cheapest option, but definitely have significantly cleaner cars than most other places I have been to..

If I could give 0 stars I would these people are not as honest as they want you to believe. Look closely before you go to this place. We drove 4 hrs to go see a car they said was in great shape it was not the back taillight came off in my husbands hand.

After having issues a week after buying the car and them not willing to look at it. I brought it to Ford with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the service. I sent them the receipt and was told a check was in the mail 3 separate times. Well I never received anything excepts empty promises from a shady dealer.

Made the paper work a breeze (they did everything over the phone in advance. When we met, it took less than 5 minutes to complete). The car was actually nicer than the pictures (the posting did not even mention some of the options the car had and it looked much nicer than the photos). The price was reasonable. Im very happy with my experience.

Ive looked through all of the used car dealers on Fulton strip and at Legend I found a great deal that was worth taking a few trips for from Bay Area. I shopped for a used sports luxury sedan and right from the start Louis with his firm and honest handshake got me interested in what he had to say. The car that I got was in very good condition, but there were few things that needed to be taken care of. Sam took care of everything at his own expense and my car ended up in a show room condition before I actually paid for it. To cap it all off I got a really good deal (I did my research prior) and drove off the parking lot with a huge smile. Legend guys were pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a good deal and an honest approach.

Bought a 2013 BMW 328i from Sam and Louis. Car was near perfect, needed just a few things but Sam worked it out with me (he didnt have to though, because its my car soon as I sign the paper as-is) . Been 18,000 miles since and so far so good.Update: 35k miles later the beamer still hasnt needed anything but brakes and oil changes.

This past weekend I went Auto shopping for a vehicle and came across a one of a kind sales person. Kian Mash at Legend Auto Sales. What made him one of a kind was the customer service that he provided. I came by to test drive the CLS 550 he listed. However it had been sold 2 days before. I was a little sad; however there was one coming available on Wed. Kian also pointed out an S500 that was available. After much hesitation I took it for a test drive and fell in love. I didnt want to make an inpulse by so we went to breakfast. I notified Kian that I would be back and provided him my contact information. On the way to breakfast we passed a couple of lots. I proceed to another dealer and fell in love with a XTS. However due to the service at the other dealer. I just wanted to go home. Next morning my plan was to just go and look and hold off until I get what I really want. I sent Kian a text on Sunday and apologized fro not coming back to the pick up the car. I explained to him what happen and that I was going to wait for the CLS. Well I get a really nice text from Kian Good morning sorry to hear that, but let us try and I will promise we will beat any one on percentage rate by far. I notified Kian I was really hesitant and I will think on it. He gain texted me. I could get you another 600.00 of the S550 fo you if you still interested. That is a fantastic deal. Please keep in mind the car was already at an amazing price. So I notified Kain that I would come by. My intention was to go by and apologize for not coming back.I get to the dealer; we walk in and start discussing what happened. I provided Kain a copy of my report and he said let me take it to the Finance Manager while you look around. While walking around the show room flow i come across a 740i simply beautiful. Knowing if I get in this car im going to want it. Kain stated just sit and feel it. Kain came back from the Finance Managers office and stated I can get you a deal on either one. I wasnt for sure so I went for it. I waited about 20 minutes and he came back to let me know I was approved. What an amazing experience to know that finally someone kept their word. Kain provided exceptional service along with the Fiance Manger Sam. They went over the details of the sale, contract, specks, warranty with me thoroughly. It was truly an amazing experience. Kain knows his cars and truly cares about each one of his customers. Just learning about him and his personal experiences; made me feel very comfortable with going back to him. Marc the internet salesman was great I found a SUV on their web site and negotiated a cash deal with Marc via email and phone and sent someone to look at the vehicle for me and then drove down from Chico Ca to pay for and pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was EXACTLY as described, and the price was exactly what we had discussed. Marc had sent me a photo of a printed quote from his cell phone and when I went to pick up the SUV Marc met me at the dealership before they opened so that we could handle the paperwork and have me on the road in time to get back to Chico in time for work. There was no pressure on the lot and the staff was all friendly and very helpful, and they made my girlfriend very comfortable while we were finishing the deal, not at all the creepy feeling she got from the other dealers. I will be buying a sports car soon and I will definitely be going back to this dealership.

He is the best at what he does, as he doesnt try to force you into something you dont want or need, rather works hard to get you into the vehicle you want. We will never go anywhere else for our cars!

They will trick you and lie!! Dont trust them. Their cars are overpriced and the staff is rude af. I will never be coming back here again. They just try and get money out of you for lemons.

After making a purchase December 8th, the vehicle stopped running December 22nd. Requiring $1,400 in motor repairs. After approaching Sam R. he said it is a used car, you dont know how many days it going to last. Unwilling to cover any of the costs. I assumed a $17,000 vehicle would last more than 14 days without stranding me. Dont bother buying a car from this place.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THERE OTHER DEALERSHIP TRUCK DEPOT!!!!! I bought a truck from them about a month ago .. I drove from Inland empire to Sacramento to pick up the truck thats an 8 and a half hour drive one way.... I get to the dealership and find the truck has a missing shock, bad leak from the pinion seal, driver side step motor was bad, passenger side mirror was not working, amongst other small issues. They took money off for me to get issues resolved . Well on my way home not even 10 miles down the road the check engine comes on, there is a vibration at 72 miles an hour . Come to find out that next week when I took it in the carrier bearing was shot, the drive shaft was to short for the lift that was on the truck by 4 inches, the truck had no tire pressure sensors in it, the pinion seal was completely destroyed and leaking rear ended fluid everywhere, rear break line had a slight leak but couldnt see it from the oil from the rear end the list goes on and on ! Long story short and about 3grand later the truck is finally fixed and drive able ! I call the dealership and disclose on top of the money they took off for the repairs it cost me another 2 grand, well they said sorry truck was sold as it and we wont help with the bill.... AND TO TOP IT OFF I PAID A LICENSING FEE TO THE DEALER IN MY PAPER WORK AND 3 weeks after having the truck I get a letter from the dmv that my reg is due in 2 months! I called them about that and he said well the reg was $800 and something I said ok thats not my problem the truck had back dated tags I paid for the reg to be current.. they say they will take care of if it but Im sure this will be put on me as well since this dealership apparently doesnt know how to properly inspect there vehicles and fix any MAJOR issues. You would think when you spend OVER 30,000 dollars and drive over 900 miles round trip the service would be better . I am HIGHLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED With how these people conduct business . You all have been warned do not waste ur time here at this dealership !

Family bought a used SUV from Legend Auto. Vehicles motor blew up within two weeks, after that the hybrid battery went out! Vehicle is sitting, payments and insurance still have to be made.

Last year we bought a 2008 Nissan Titan and the same week we bought it the transmission started having failures. We contacted the dealership and after months of begging, they took the truck to a shop. Then after 2 months in the mechanic shop, we got the truck, which failed again in the next month. It was our first purchase ever and it was the worst!
