I don’t know if they got rid of employees during the pandemic and never hired people back once things opened up. It used to be a decent wait time. I’ve been here 3 different times during the course of 2021 and each time the employees seem overwhelmed. There’s usually only 2 people working and a lot of people having to be served. They look stressed out. I appreciate the good customer service considering the amount of customers they have to serve. FedEx needs to hire more people for this location.
Spent more than 2 hrs in the store without help while the two associates (Brianna & Angel) talked behind the counter.
Jonathon needs some valuable lessons in good customer service. Jammie and Marcus were amazing and extremely helpful.Being that Im in the service industry I was very surprised with Jonathons lack of consideration. He appeared to be the manager and could have done a better job at teaching the other employees the skill of critical thinking.
Would not accept my package, which are always accepted at USPS and UPS. Was happy to sell me a $14 box to put me already boxed and taped package into. This kind of upsell has occurred before, and after I already paid for shipping label. Your choice is to start all over again, of just suck up the loss. Try to avoid Fed Ex.
I came here every week, sometimes multiple time a week, for two years, and they are awesome. Hansford, the manager, treats both his customers and his employees well. And his employees are a reflection of the organized and kind guys that he is. I was always greeted, felt welcome, and was well taken care of. If I had a question they would happily answer it. If they didnt know the answer, they would figure it out. They were quick to help and did what it took to make sure whatever I needed was done right and as quickly as they could (without cutting corners or sacrificing quality). If you need shipping or printing services I recommend you go here.
8am Thurs I needed to make copies, print quickly from my email, and get back to work fast. There was parking available which is a plus in the city and I was greeted. When I said I needed to print from email the gal told me she would have to print from behind her counter because the customer printer printer was broken. She instructed me which printer name to choose. I kinda freaked out a bit because 4-6 customers came in while I was sending print jobs to her. But when I was done with my emails, and 5 copies, she had my printed pages ready! And I was out! Printers break, but good companies and good employees help their customers how they can and I am a very happy camper!
Super friendly staff!! Used app to have a document printed in store, print was completed ASAP and was ready for me when I got to the store! The young man that assisted me was super helpful and knowledgeable, and ultimately just an all around nice dude! Clean store with just about anything you need for printing and/or shipping! Highly recommend this location based on my own experience!
YOUR MAIL IS NOT SAFE HERE! I had my purchases shipped to this FedEx as a Hold Location. They placed the items on the shelves clearly visible to the outside. The location was broken into and my mail along with others was stolen. They dont put them in a secure location in the back. Instead, they display them like products on the shelf in clear view. Even after the break in they still do this. I filed a claim and they denied it stating that I was not authorized to file a claim as I was not the vendor. I had the vendor file a claim on my behalf and FedEx also denied it stating no reason. Now Im out $159.
Terrible customer service. I went in to make prints and they said they were too busy to help me although there was only one other person. Terrible attitude. I do not recommend coming here.
Just used them to ship a package to my home country. Everything went smooth. Rates are a bit higher than dhl but pretty much the same.

Friendly local service. Its refreshing using a place where they remember your name and who you are. I have always been served in a timely manner. I print, use the internet, and mail from this location. Keep up the great work!
The manager here was incredibly patient and helpful with a small project I was working on. Though it was small it was extremely time consuming. Over the course of an hour and a half the manager helped me get it right. The total cost of the project was about $6, but he treated it as if I was spending hundreds. I didnt get his name but he was white, middle aged and the name on the receipt is Handsford. I highly recommend this staff.

I came in greeted the guy that was working & I stood in line while he assisted another customer. I stood there for about 3 minutes up until I asked him was he the only one working because he didnt tell me I will be right with you or anything so I had to speak up very rude
Nice clean store, convenient do it yourself copy/printing service. The service is unfortunate though. Ive gone a few times now and it was never great but the last time the girl had an attitude for no reason.
I go there quite often to print out job ads from my emails to take home. People are very friendly, especially the one on 59th and J Street. They already know me by now, lol!
Although some reviewers had bad a bad experience, I have been using this Fedex branch for years.Sometimes they are busy and I have to be patient. However they provide an excellent service to all clients.The parking is tricky since it is a shared parking with Peets Coffee and probably with next door office building.
