I wouldnt have thought to leave a review but when checking google for their hours I noticed their reviews were surprisingly low and I have no idea why (beyond a general suspicion that reviewers offer less leniency to stores run by POC). Anyways, I live nearby and visit the location with some frequency for basic shipping/returns and the overall service and experience is totally normal, polite and pleasant

I don’t understand what all the 1-star reviews are for. We’ve been going in there fairly regularly since it opened for a variety of services and it’s always been excellent service. They do require masks but that’s a regulation everywhere.

This business is near us and we have used them probably 10 times. The service is awful and keeps getting worse. I dont know why they are in business if they dont want to be. Anyway we are done. Wont be going back. Would rather drive a few miles than give them any more business. Take my advice -- stay away.

Went in first thing in the morning upon opening. I was greeted with a smile. I let the owner know I had no idea what I was doing. He helped me with everything..... We shared a few jokes about covid, I left assuring him I would return.

I went to this location on my lunch break with my service dog. Before I even made it to the counter en employee asked me from the back of the store if my dog was a service dog? I answered yes and continued toward the counter. That same employee asked me 3 more times if my dog was a service dog, I continued to answer yes and tried to ask where I could drop off my prepaid package. She refused to tell me. At this time a man came from the back of the store and stated β€œit’s a simple question, is that a service dog.” I again answered yes. He then asked me what service the dog provided?I found this line of questioning to be extremely insensitive and the continued badgering to be uncalled for. At the time I was the only one in the store and it is still unclear to me, why after I answered their questions service was not provided. Extremely disappointing experience.

Fraudulent pricing And terrible customer service. Came to print some missing pages from a long document. I only needed 5 pages from it. Owner charges 2.50 for 5 minutes on store computer to print. I could see the wrong pages would print in the print box with page range i entered. when i asked owner for assistance to print correct pages he overrode my objections, printed the wrong pages. Told me he was going to show me how to use the software to do it right. When all was said and done his computer charged me double. I asked for correction because he ran up the bill doing things i told him not to. He refused while his poor wife helplessly looked on, said he was charging me his training time! He intimidated and yelled. Watch out he is a cheat. Now i have to dispute the charge with credit card co.

Terrible customer service! Came in to this location for the first time to drop off a prepaid package that needed a few pieces of tape to secure the box. After scanning the prepaid shipping label he told me it was going to be $3. It not about the money. It was the fact he stated he was going to charge me after he checked in the package, thinking I would have no choice but to pay him. Additionally, when I told him I wouldn’t be coming back he snapped back and said I wasn’t welcome. WOW! Drive over to the UPS on S and 19th and the lady there was happy to tape the package at no charge.

If I can give the store a zero I would have! I’ve never been disappointed in UPS before. My previous post at the post office- I ended up having the same experience here at this UPS store!?!They wanted to charge me for tape to tape down my small box? A small little strip of tape to help out a customer??The UPS store on West El Camino has never done this and has always treated me with respect and courtesy. This man was rude and very irritating! Do not go here!

I just went into this store to mail a small package and I had my service dog with me. The manager instantly turned her nose at me, asking where the service vest was and where my doctors note is so she could read it. I was so appalled at how rude she was to me and I asked if she was going to turn me away just because of my service dog with no vest and she said yes!! For such a pet friendly town, I cant believe how awful of a store manager she treated us. Do NOT try to take your service animal in here.

Malik, the man behind the counter. Ever helpful and willing to go beyond in the name of customer service.I needed a prepaid shipping label to Canada. The ups label I used unfortunately had a problem and I had to use FedEx to ship it myself.Came back to ask for a refund and Malik spoke to the UPS corporate people about refunding my money since the lable was unused. They said the store has to eat the cost and Malik refunded my amount from their pocket.Plus, I always see them trying their best to save customers some money. Really appreciate them.

Tried to charge me $250 to send a package that cost just $22 to send via US Postal Service, with faster service. Owner charges for everything. If you get his wife you might receive a few inches of tape and a little bit of help without being charged through the nose for it. Will not be back.

The woman at the store was rude. Argued with me about having my small dog and how dogs were not allowed. I apologize and said my package is ready can you please just scan and give me the receipt she did but then asked me to put my item in a box . It was already in a box. She then told me it would take her to long to fix the return so take my item and the receipt I will never return to this location again. Just rude customer service.

Came here to mail a prepaid document but neither the man nor the woman working knew how to do that. They tried to send me to a UPS distribution center which is totally unnecessary.Total waste of time. Had to go to another ups store to have the document shipped. I will not be returning to this UPS. They charged me $1.00 for a piece of tape about 4 inches in length. And he didnt tell me this until afyer processing my order so I couldnt take my business elsewhere. I think it was the owner too, and he had a bad attitude.There are PLENTY of other UPS stores in the area who dont mind taping up your packages. I understand it is their policy but bad policies make for bad business so I wont be back.No one was in there (probably for good reason), so the wait wasnt long. That is why this isnt a one star review.If you guys change your policy Ill be happy to change my review, as aside from this it was a clean store and quick processing.EDIT post business reply: Because the manager lied about the tape requirements, I feel obligated to clarify the facts for future, would-be consumers. The box did not need 24 of tape on both sides. It was stapled (and glued) shut on one end. And the other end was 3 in width and 12 in length. At most 12 would have securely shut the box. I decided my experience with this store was actually 1 star after the manager showed a complete disregard for his current or cuture customers ups shipping experience. If he wishes to challenge the tape requirements, I will be happy to post photos with measurements to avoid the false claims he is making.
