Employees are always helpful! I ask for whichever product Im after, and they point me right to it!(I love their products, but cannot be in store long without getting a migraine -- too many scents)

I love bath and body works. This store, however, is very small and not very well organized. The shelves were practically bare and what products were there were a mess. I walked in and proceeded through the store taking a few minutes to look around before I walked out. Not once did anyone so much as acknowledge me, let alone ask if they could help me. This was very disappointing.

Smells good as always. Nice staff and clean store...they had new candles out.

The girl working the front door today Sunday 8/15 i think her name was Alexis g was probably the sweetest employee i have ever met in a store. She made my day and probably everyone else’s who walked in as well.

Good, not real busy from 1:30 to 3:00 right now! If u need to go for Christmas! They are running low on some things, having delivering issue. Like us allWas actually their to replace a plug-in, that got destroyed during shipping! Which took much longer than expected. FYI when u order on line, they pack it as much as they can with little padding, not that big a deal unless u order glass!!Like the aromatherapy and plug in holders and scent refills. But always nice and willing to help

Candle sale day! Clean fast & friendly!

I was just there to load for the wife but the staff was very nice and helpful. They do work hard at their job!! I appreciated their help.

The place is nice however very small location. Thus on weekends it can get full and its hard to walk in around in store.

I went in for something specific, but they didnt have it. The young lady working there took the time out to escort me around until she found me something I did like! I left there a very happy shopper! Great place, wonderful experience!

One of my favorite stores, I love the shower gels. Best time to buy is when they are having the clearance sales.

I liked the variety of lotions, perfumes, candles and such to choose from. There was also a 50-75% off sale going on, so this was a good first experience.

There are always coupons for large amounts off or free items with purchase. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Never have a bad experience.

A nice place to get bath supplies. This facility has a variety of candles, oils, lotions, etcetera... when I was there the employees were suffering from a severe case of holiday-burn-out... They were not particularly helpful to me; they were more interested in assisting other customers. Over all, I found what I wanted and left.

Rude management and rude employees you dont get greeted when you enter. They only talk to you if they think your going to buy stuff. Then if you pick out something they come greet you and bother you by trying to sell you more products. If I want to buy something Ill buy something if I want to window shop Ill window shop. Either way if Im going to spend nothing or $50 bucks or more. I should get greeted and treated well your in the customer service industry. Try treating your customers better because if nobodys buying you dont have a job. Will never step foot in this establishment again.
