We took my daughter here for her first hair cut at 4.5 years old! April was our stylist and she did phenomenal with my daughter. Gave her the full treatment and treated her like a princess! She washed, cut, styled her hair and then let her sit under the professional dryers just so she could have the ultimate salon experience. I am so happy with how her hair turned out and I will definitely be back again to visit April for another cut!

April was my hairdresser and she not only did a beautiful job on my hair for the wedding i was in, but she was such a kind and loving soul. in the few hours i was there, she made me feel empowered, beautiful, and inspired. i will never go to a different hairdresser again!

Ive been going to this salon for years and they always do a great job. The past couple of times Ive had master stylist, Beth Jimenez, and she is such a sweetheart! Highly recommend.

This place was the worst! Came in to get my son a haircut and the lady was extremely rude wouldn’t cut my sons hair the way I wanted to! He was moving around but not as bad as I expected if she couldn’t do the haircut why take the child now my son has a crazy haircut long pieces everywhere uneven and has a bowl cut! Nothing that I wanted! I just said if you would t do the cut I wanted just trim so he can see and she botched it! She kept rolling her eyes at us and giving us attitude when we said it was uneven. Worst experience ever!

Okay so basically I went here around Christmas time maybe a little after. So when I got there we had to sit for like 20 minutes (which is fine and expected from a hair salon because she was probably finishing up on someone else) and then we got called back. Everyone who worked here was super nice and helpful and I was really liking this place. She brought out the hair samples so I could show her what I was going for and I asked for a dark brown color which is my natural color. (I remember specifically it was a number 6 lol) Then as the woman was dying my hair I started to see it looking really orange. I didn’t say anything because I figured it would be okay and so I tried to calm myself down and let her finish. Then when she shampooed it it was a little better but still orange and when she dried it the roots were orange and the ends were GREEN. And I told the woman and she said AND I QUOTE “that’s just how it transfer.” And I said “this isn’t what I asked for I asked for brown” and she had THE NERVE SO SAY “Well if it was brown it would look like mine. You don’t want it to look like mine do you?” So I paid ($40) and left and went to my car then went back in told the lady at the front desk and she had a different woman redye my hair. By the time that was done the green was gone but it was still very orange. And if you know hair you know red/orange dye is the HARDEST THING TO COVER UP. So I’ve gone to different places and dyed over it multiple times and you can still see the orange shine underneath. I appreciate that they agreed to redo it but that shouldn’t have happened anyways. Over all would not recommend this place though the people working there were very nice.

I always have a great experience at Penney’s salon! Love the stylists, they do very good work and it’s just a pleasant experience!

Dee is the best hairdresser ever! She is so very kind and I walked out with my hair exactly the way I wanted it.

Very hit and miss if you will get a good cut. 2 of my boys came out with butchered haircuts so we had to fix at home.

Salon was good on my haircut with Marie 5 💫Then I would give Tricia a big fat Zero I had my 14 year old daughter there to get a trim and it was 67 dollars when they got done and we complained and got back 30 but even 37 was more then we asked for but glad to get some money back.

Walked right in and got both my girls hair cut. They both turned out really cute and I paid much less than other salons Ive been to in the past.

I called today, explained what I would like also stating that I have long hair. I then asked if there was a specific person available that specializes in long hair or even balayage hair sessions.. The woman said All of our stylist are very good Which I know that, but I also know some dont like to do all kinds of hair, long hair, some specialize in cuts.ect.I know because Ive went to beauty school..the phone got handed over and I explained again and asked if there was anyone available..then got asked in a rude manor Okay so what is your question? I then said Its okay, never mind. There was no help, and it felt like they did not want to help me. Never will call again or recommend. I just would say poor customer service.

The reception lady was nice. Manager and ither employees were also nice. I Took my daughter to get her very FIRST hair trim, she had BEAUTIFUL hair. I specifically told the lady where and how I wanted my daughters hair trim . The beginning of her cutting my daughters hair she stated that because of the texture (wavy) of my daughters hair it would come out uneven and said the same statement a few times throughout the process. I let her know if she couldnt do it I could wait for someone else, she reassured me that she could take care of it.. After finishing my daughters hair the first thing that came out of her mouth was this is totally uneven and she wont charge me for the cut. I looked and she butchered my babys hairs. She claimed it was because she kept moving too much. Yes my daughter is 4 yrs. Old so we had to tell her to be still a couple times but no more than 3 times. And not to the point where her hair should have came out the way it did. She got the manager and the manager wanted the SAME lady to fix it... Im sorry but if you cant cut wavy hair in a straight line then you should go back to cosmetology school. And why would I allow the same lady that did a horrible job with my daughter and her first hair trim fix the problem?! Now my daughters hair is horribly crooked, choppy and uneven..

Complete bait and switch. Call for a haircut and get told $18. Go in, get taken back and get the haircut. Go to pay and it is $24. Get told she was a master stylist and they charge $24. Never once was I told that ahead of time. Never will go back again.

April gave me a terrible cut. 2 other people tried to fix it and couldnt. Still charged me. Stay away!

April cut my hair and one side is about an inch longer than the other side. Very disappointed

They make working on Thanksgiving mandatory for their employees. Aweful
