Its okay a little too small for the amount of volume the store services. The staff could be a little more helpful as well as the owners who dont have alot of personality. I mean if your business is in the community at least acknowled your clientele upon entering and leaving.And one more suggestion get rid of the boxes scattered around the store someone could get injured. Overall the store has a decent amount of beauty products.

Have a lot of products but are not equipped with knowledgeable staff that know about the products.

This store has all types of hair products from hair for braids and weaves to oils for your hair and scalp, shampoos, relaxers, wigs make-up and nail products. Unfortunately, its jam packed with so many items that there are boxes on the floor making it difficult to navigate down the isles. There is usually a girl on the floor to help find what you are looking for. Another perk is you get to earn points. After you reach 500 you get money off your next purchase or you can let the points build.

I absolutely love this store!! It has EVERYTHING that anyone could want, for very, veryyy reasonable prices! The people who work in the store also take their time to help you find everything you need and also help you match your hair (if your buying extensions) to the correct color that you should be buying! If I could give this store 10 stars I would!! This is my #1 go to store (since the day it opened Ive been going there!) I couldnt even put into words how much I love this shop if I tried to!! Yes it true when shoppers enter the store they greet you and ask if you need any help with anything this is great customer service and security their location is not in Newton its in Lawrence a rough area! I do like the parking this is PLUS! Awesome selection of products magnificent displays awesome on organization! And price! this store is high volume and can get busy I find all the staff to friendly safety conscious they do an excellent job on customer satisfaction and answering trying to answer questions I find it better if YOU know what you want and YOU know what works with what! These folks JUST provide product that is better than most stores and sure beats the place down the street from them or in Lowell and forget about Sallys and having to trek into Boston every month!

They have a decent combination of products and the prices are good.

They have some good items, but severely lacking in variety. Since it is new, I wont be too critical. However, if youre looking for that right shade of lipstick or liquid foundation for example, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Good experience. Had a wide selection of urban hair products. They dont follow u around asking if u need help every minute. Down fault is they dont ask u if u need help. Had to find someone working the floor and she wasnt very friendly at first and very young

Not customer friendly, seems paranoid they follow customers. A lot of they items has no prize tags you have to ask and each time they tell you a different prize one on same item.
