Jesse and crew have impressed me. When there, employees are courteous and engaging. They make a point to make the customer feel wanted/needed. They all exceed my expectations.

Called ahead to be sure their alignment rack could accommodate the ride height of my track car and was assured it would be ok. Showed up and the splitter wouldnt clear. Offered to remove it on the spot and was quickly told they werent going to align my car. Probably a fine place if you have a stock car, go elsewhere if you drive something custom.

These guys are always very helpful. They treat you right, do quality work, and I have never had a problem with them in the years I have been going here. Support local business and take your car to them! Not to mention that they have better prices than Schwab’s most of the time too!

New to Salem and had no idea where to go when I woke up to a leak in one of my tires due to a screw in it. Went to Cascade to see if they were able to patch the tire or if it needed to be replaced. They were able to repair it in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me a single penny! I appreciate their kind gesture and will be a loyal customer for my automotive/tire needs! Highly recommend!!

Had a cheap mount and balance of my winter tires this year. Went directly to Portland from my appointment and was scared to death on freeway the balance was so off. When I returned to Salem I had the guys at Cascade check the balance. It was off by at least 5oz. per corner, adding up to 22 oz. overall, and they surprised me by making it free! Do yourself a favor, skip the less reputable cheap tire shops and go to Cascade first. I should have. Thanks for your excellent service. You will be my first stop Cascade.

Ordered some white lettered tires online and had them delivered here and installed. For whatever reason, they were installed with the white lettering on the inside, no idea why anyone would do that. Unfortunately I didnt have time at that moment to have them fix it. I come back to get an alignment and have them install the tires correctly. I decided to come back to give them a second chance and to support a local place instead of Les Schwab or someone bigger but they tell me its another tire installation fee, one I already paid when they were initially installed. So they decided that in order to fix their mistake, I have to pay. I got it fixed (for the fee, of course) and would have continued to use them to service my vehicles but I wont be giving them any further business and wont be recommending their services.

They did a great job got me back on the road to making money I am a general contractor and need my truck thanks alot for the same day fix

Great place, great service. Very quick and often available to get right to your needs. I needed trailer tires replaced same day so I could still travel to go riding. Not only same day but within 1hr of my flat tire I was back on the road. I now only come here. For my truck tires and quick swap of some ATV tires, everytime is quick and quality. Locally owned is another good reason, as if there service isnt enough.

My parents always come here because they say the service is great and the prices are way better than the Toyota dealership. So when my check engine light came on, they recommended stopping here to get it checked out. Well, my parents werent wrong. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, they diagnosed the issue free of charge, and told me exactly what to do in the unlikely event that it happens again. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I was short on time and went into Cascade Tire because they were the closest and fully expected to be charged for the fix. Instead, they fixed the tire at no charge AND I was in and out in about 30 minutes. PLUS, they were extremely nice! I am VERY impressed! Thank you Cascade Tire! I will be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start off with, Cascade tire got rid of one of the most personable managers, Pete. Pete was always so friendly and had a smile on his face. Fast forward to the present and you have this Tyler kid running the front. I wont even go as far as calling him a manager because, although he might be, his attitude and lack of manners and respect toward customers is grossly disturbing. A manager should never act in such a manner. He also doesnt seem to be aware that the customer is always right, considering the fact that he enjoys yelling at customers when theyve done nothing wrong. Lets not forget the fact that he cannot put wheels on a vehicle properly, just ask about his recent wheel off. The best part? Tyler still works there! I will not be returning to cascade tire pros after years of service. What cascade tire once was, is no more and that is the sad truth.

Rockstar service at a budget price!

Dropped by with a low tire warning light on. I was met in the parking lot by a friendly gentleman who immediately took my car to check the tire. The problem was a leaking patch that was previously put on by one of the big chain tire shops. Apparently they had gotten a bit aggressive & ground through the rubber into the cords. Cascade was able to place a larger patch on the tire & send me on my way. I definitely know where I will be purchasing new tires when the time comes. Thanks for the great service!

I had my tire pressure light come on, went into Cascade on my lunch break. They found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes of my arrival. All of the workers were very friendly and honest! Definitely going to be returning for any future needs.

Got a flat Wednesday stress out over the tire didnt have extra cash cuz of the holidays coworkers told me about this place came in and the service I got was better then any other place my tire could not be repair didnt have cash til Friday. He put the tire on so I didnt have to drive on my donut and told me about the other one was bad to. I purchased tires from a Tire Pros in San Diego, CA about 18 months ago. I was told when I bought that we could go to any Tire Pros and we could get help with whatever we needed. This however, has not been the case. The tires that I purchased did not last the full mileage warranty. Not even half the mileage warranty. For over a month now I have been trying to get some help with getting new tires and submitting the warranty claim. And for the past month I have not received/made any progress with getting new tires or submitting a warranty claim. I have called weekly asking for updates, do I need to do anything? The response has been I havent heard anything yet Ill call again. Well today, I called to see if anything had moved and was told, Ive called all three of my reps and havent heard back. You will have to call who you bought the tires from and see what he can do. I asked, Alright well is there anything I need to do? What would our next step be if we cant get a hold of anybody? The response, Like I said, you would have to get a hold of who you bought the tires through and see if he could help you. I bought them from a Tire Pros which said, any Tire Pros can help with you. I have all the required paperwork, I rotated the tires when it was required. I did my part, now why cant Tire Pros do their part?**Update**I contacted corporate Tire Pros via there website on November 6th. The next day, November 7th I received a call from Tire Pro HQ and said they would have to look in to the purchase of the tires. I was contacted the next day on November 8th and was told the cost of a completely new set of tires would be taken care of since Tire Pros no longer has a relationship with Goodyear. Cascade Tire Pros received the new tires on Saturday the 9th of November and I went in on the 12th of November to have the tires replaced. In the end, Tire Pros covered the cost of the new set of tires, ($650), and even replaced them with a even better set of tires then I had paid for. The tires have a 75,000 mile warranty where as my old ones only had 55,000 miles. Everything worked out in the end but having to get there was another story.

Took a tire in for warranty... it clearly blew out the side (4 inch, rip in the side wall... clearly not cut... had already been confrmed with other tire shop but brand required I go to cascade). 80k mile tire with only 30k on it. Brand customer service requested they call them to get fees, etc covered. Cascade refused to service it... said someone hit something with the tire causing it. But theft were happy to sell me one. No thanks... not even if they were the cheapest in town!

I was a Schwab guy forever, and loved them. Cascade Tire Pros in Salem off 12th takes service to a whole other level. Great products, and have always gone above and beyond to help me out.

Feel a little ripped off. $120 to mount four tires. $70 for an alignment just to change a toe which didnt even have to be changed. $20 to scan your tpms. If youre rich this shop is for you. Not friendly either bad communication.

My wife and I were making payments per my verbal arrangements with Tyler the Manager at Cascade Tire Pros for some previous work we had done. We had bought a 2001 Sebring convertible for my disabled father. This was his dream to have another Sebring as my father and my mother had one before she passed away and it was her favorite car that they had ever had. The Sebring we bought was the same make, model, and color as they had previously. The Sebring we bought needed a new motor. We spoke with the manager and he said we could make payments just like we had been on the previous work. We received a call from Jessie the mechanic on the evening June 12 stating the car would be ready the next morning by 9:30 am. My wife, father, and my daughter arrived at Cascade Tire Pros at 10:30am and they had to wait until after 1:30pm for the car to be ready. My father drove home. The next day he was out and about and on his way home and it stranded my father in 100 degree heat for over an hour. We took it back to Cascade Tire Pros they gave us a call in 2 weeks saying it was ready. My father went and picked up the car and yet again it over heated in 100 degree weather and left him stranded over an hour on the side of the road (My father has had multiple strokes so he is very heat sensitive and being out in the heat made him very sick). We took it back to Cascade Tire Pros they got a second motor and it was faulty (so it never got installed) they sent it back. Cascade Tire Pros then got a third motor and after completing the work on my fathers car the owner Ryan decided that he had spent to much money and the payment arrangements was no longer an option. Ryan further went as to refuse to allow me to pick up my disabled fathers VA permanently disabled plates. I explained they were not normal plates. They never expire and because my father is a disabled Veteran that the plates move from car to car that is registered in my fathers name. Ryan still said I could not have them so I explained again plates are not registered to the car they are registered to my fathers name not the car as with normal license plates. I still do not have the plates. This is not the way to treat anyone much less a 100% Permanently Disabled Veteran that has survived cancer; and now has Parkinsons due to his service to our country.
