Seriously, these guys are great. They stand behind their work and take great care of their customers. Ive been a customer for a few years and trust them 100% with my vehicle and their suggestions for making my car safe and reliable. After replacing rotors and brakes I had a caliper seize and they replaced the rotor for me via warranty even though they didnt have to. Could have charged me for a new one, but didnt because they value my business.

I had the pleasure of having my vehicle diagnosed, and repaired by the professional mechanics of A Plus Auto repair in Salem. The owner and Master Mechanic Rabih Chaghouri is great, professional and friendly. I came in with a million and one problem. My 2015 VW Passat needed so much since I couldnt pass inspection to save my life. He had it all done and ready for me within a few hours and while I waited he offered me coffee, water and lunch. Lol. At the end, when it was time to pay, I didnt feel ripped off. As a matter of fact, my wallet was smiling all the way to the bank.

I have to drive almost 45 mins to get there, but its so worth it. These techs do really good work.I take my kids car/tuck there of service. Once they finish the job it just feels good to know its done right.I would recommend A-plus to everybody. Give them a shout sometime. Youll see what I mean.

These guys are the best! Fast, fair and they will never steer you wrong. They are one of the few, honest car repair shops that will actually downsell you: if you dont need to repair something, or if there is a cheaper way, they will recommend it. Refreshing.

Highly dissatisfied. My husband bought a van from Odai in June, it had multiple issues that only got worse. As soon as it passed inspection (3 months later) I was left to deal with all these issues. Now its October and the belt snapped and cut my power steering line, while both kids were in the van. I had to call AAA for a tow and have now been completely black listed by the shop. I recommend not buying anything from this shop. I have already put 1000$ into repairs after purchasing.

Quick, efficient, good price.

Drove down from Maine to pick up my sons car at a local auto broker and upon arriving, the car had two flat tires. Stopped into A Plus Auto without an appointment and all the lifts were occupied. The owner ensured me that he would take care of us, get everything fixed and get us on our way. We needed two front tires and he suggested we really needed four. I asked him to just put the two front tires on and there was zero pressure from him regarding the other two. But he stressed that we would need two rear tires very soon. He offered us a very comparable price and lets face it, I was at his mercy and he really could have taken advantage of us. He was fair, kind and took the time to explain to my son how bad the tires were, why they were bad and explained that the tires are really the foundation of the car. I would recommend this garage to anyone! As you can see from one of my previous garage reviews, they are not all alike!!

Scheduled an oil change for first thing in the morning. Waited in office for 10 minutes. Never greeted, ignored by technician who walked into the office and back out. Left and went to Valvoline. Should be C Minus Auto.
