Truly refreshing! These guys are still your honest back home mechanics. I called here after traveling 3.5hrs away from home, only to start hearing grinding noises when I got to Salem. These guys were heading to lunch in 5 mins, yet cared enough they got me on a lift and went to work. He had me back on the road in no time, and wouldnt even take a payment. Salem is truly lucky to have these guys in their back yard!! Thank you again guys for helping me out and getting me home safely!

Shawn is amazing! He has great communication and customer service! I asked him to do a pre-inspection on a vehicle I saw online. The Car Fax said no damage. I live in Eugene. He picked it up and started the process. He sent me pictures of a lot of damage before he got started. He could have made money by finishing it first, but he put customer service first and let me decide if he should continue. I told him I didnt want the car afterall so he took it back. Its so refreshing to find an honest & good mechanic. For anyone who lives in Salem, I highly recommend his services!

They get it Wright the first time

Good Friday 2018 I started to worry about my car. I drove it to Capitol Toyota. One of my brothers coworkers scanned it because it had a check engine light on. The check engine light went off but they told me to drive it over to State and Lancaster and let Carlson Auto fix it. One off the mechanics put a egr valve on it for me and told me to bring it back if it keeps giving me problems.

I took my car in today for 6 things to be done to it . Shawn had the guys check my spark plugs while I was standing there and it did not need a tune up...NO CHARGE FOR THAT... CARL PARKER checked the rest of the 5 things I was told by somebody else that needed to be done right away and only 2 on the list of 6 were needing to be taken care of. CARL did my car and its perfect now and runs great. This shop is more then honest and they go out of their way to help you. Shawn is awesome on his prices and he does not do something if it does not need to be done. I used to be a mechanic and own my own shop until we entered the computer controlled era, so someone Recommended These guys, and I have to say these guys are the greatest. Honest, Straight shooters and will NEVER try to up sell or recommend any unnecessary work! Great prices, honest, AWESOME!

Just got our car brakes and AC repaired by them and they did a quality job as far as my husband and I can tell... well, except that now, only a couple days later, we have noticed a lug is snapped off our front tire. In my experience lugs dont snap off unless improperly put on. So now we will have to drive across town to go back in.

They were not taking on any new clients because they are too booked. Theyre clearly doing great work to be that busy, but they cant take on more work so it was a wasted effort driving over there.
