I have been a client of Cars Inc for over a decade......and they have done everything from being a trusted advisor on purchasing a vehicle to servicing a host of models and brands of cars I have.What I love about Cars Inc is both the level of customer service with transparency as well as a passion and technical expertise. Making sure we know WHY Im having issues (not just putting a bandage on things,) to routine maintenance to fabrication of solutions when Ive got a vehicle that is a project they do it all great and are priced to value and back up their work.

I could not be more pleased or truly impressed with my experience utilizing CARS, Inc. This week I purchased my husband’s dream car. Not only was the owner, Dan, readily available to answer any call or text I sent him with questions or concerns, he went way above and beyond to assist with walking me through the dealings both with his company as well as my own lender to which the whole process I was unfamiliar. Don handled my lack of knowledge with such patience and in a professional manner wanting to help educate me through the process. I felt absolutely no pressure and the exchange with him and purchase of the vehicle was with great ease and at my pace. Definitely not anything resembling a typical dealership experience. I loved the personal touch he provided! I think I have now found my forever establishment to purchase from and further service my vehicles!! I went here to service a Used Mercedes I purchased and I didn’t want to drive to Manchester for the service and repairs.7 years later and everyone in my family has purchased a car from here. They have the best selection of imported cars and the service that Dan and his staff provide is top notch!! He is honest and cares about his customers. Bought an excellent car from this place at an absolute great price. Took care of the small problems that needed fixing to make the car perfect. Already have a 4 thousand miles on it with no problems at all. Will be doing business here again and keeping up with my car maintenance with them!

Excellent staff, friendly, quick and efficient! I was in and out, will be bringing my car in the future for all my needs. Clean workspace and entire facility is spotless. High end cars are a tell tale sign for me that a business knows their stuff.

This guy is an arrogant and rude person. They didnt have many options or any decent deal but even if they had any, we would rather not deal with a disrespectful arrogant salesperson.

Six stars for Cars, Inc. Owned BMWs for 40 years and wish Id found Dan and Cars, Inc. much earlier. Dan possesses three characteristics absent in auto industry - honesty, ethics and integrity.
