I felt very at ease and welcomed there. Everyone appeared to know what they were doing and we all very efficient. It was busy at the time, but I never felt rushed or dismissed. Professional and fun group
The service advisors are friendly and fun to work with. They communicate well, too! Letting me know what to expect when I hit certain mileage marks. I arrived early and that wasnt a problem. They got my truck right in and got my service complete! My only complaint is the car wash. Done half way, in my opinion.
The service is always exceptional. I was able to use a voucher to pay for it from my Buick points. I particularly appreciate the car wash at the end of service. Unfortunately, I happened to step onto the sales lot while waiting, and was met by a sales person. The vehicle he showed me came really close to making me want a new one. The next day, I found a new 2021 Encore with all of the updated features that were not available on the 2014. It was at the Power Auto Center in Corvallis, and I ended up trading up. Because of that purchase and Corvallis being just about as close as Salem, I will probably switch to that dealership for future service.
Went here to test drive and look at a multitude of SUVs for size and cargo space. Looked at several while I told them already had financing setup with my credit union. They ran my credit again and numbers were extremely different from my credit union. My credit union believes they werent running it properly or something because the differences were unreal. Luckily I found the vehicle I was looking for elsewhere in Portland where financing was done with my credit union easily. So furious and feel they were feeding us BS lines that made no sense at all on my credit what so ever!!! I went there because many years ago they did do me right. This time was a joke, games, and lines of BS!!!
The service, as it has been for the last two plus years I’ve been going here, was great. Always efficient and I feel the team cares about me and my vehicle providing updates and recommendations as necessary.However, there are current mask mandates both inside and outside in our state and I only observed one person wearing a mask and only part of the time. Two of the service advisors didn’t even appear to have them. The tech that took my truck wasn’t wearing one. The detailer that delivered my truck back also wasn’t wearing one. This is a huge deal to me. This is not a time to be ignoring these mask rules. Hospitals are full and this virus doesn’t care about vaccinated or not. My family has two immune compromised people in it and I felt unsafe at your dealership. If these mask rules are blatantly disregarded on my next visit, I will not be returning.

We had one of the best experiences when purchasing a vehicle! Mark was fantastic communicating with us about a car at a different lot and had it brought to Salem to see.We purchased it the same day and have had exceptional customer service in regards to getting the car detailed after purchase as it wasn’t done yet as well as having an unforeseen car issue (our car was as is) but he brought a loaner car for us to use until we fixed ours. Drop off was fine, concerns I had conveyed over the phone we’re noted, and communication was great. However a bit bummed about the pick up. The biggest issue was that I wasn’t given any information regarding my concern about the brakes condition. The guy giving me my keys didn’t know where my truck was, just that it was out in the lot somewhere. And finally, minor, but when I was told that they were washing my truck and it’d be ready for pick up soon, I was a bit stunned to find it completely untouched by water, still dusty windshield/hood and saw dusted in the bed; not a big deal, just don’t tell me it’s getting washed if it’s not!

Took our truck in for a check engine light and they literally returned it exactly the same with the message on dashboard and light still on when we tried to talk to them about we just got the run around and told us to try things ourselves to fix it... now we have to take it else where again
I do not recommend this place at all my family and I bought a 2016 white Ford escape Ecoboost 1.6L the transmission broke down within a year. We were told nothing major was wrong with the car makes me wonder why they sold it to my family as is. I feel like they took advantage of my family now they gotta broken car with a really high apr. They are just in it for the money they show no remorse. I will update with a name just so you know who to not buy from if you do go there
Friendly and communicative!Pro: Quick-A lube, filter, oil change, cabin filter, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and a wash and was out of there in under one hour!!Con:-The wash could have been a little better executed. Still had poo on my passenger window. Gives you a “half-effort” type of feeling, and makes you wonder what else was completed half-efforted.
Typically my experiences are commendable. This last time, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep asked me where my locking lug key was at. I explained same place as always and I found it odd. My mistake was not resolving before I left. However I went home and thought where it would be. I had no reason to remove it. I called the dealer back and asked if he could inquire with the technicians that had worked on my vehicle previously. He stated it wouldn’t help because they don’t hang on to things like that. So if they have a customer’s equipment, they find it, they toss it? I asked if he could at least get the locking lug off, as it is a original GM accessory. He suggested I go to a tire shop instead. I have difficulty trusting someone who throws away my personal tool (assumed because he wouldn’t ask the technicians) and not try to help me resolve it and refer me elsewhere. I guess I should find another dealer as well. I really rather not, as mentioned all previous experiences have been good, but that trust is broken. Now I have to wonder what else is happening during my service visit.
WORST EXPERIENCE we have had with a Dealership. Ran our credit when we already had pre-approval letter. They tried to get me to go with another bank. Drove two hours to sign the paper work that was suppose to of been ready for us to just get there and sign everything ready to go, waited three hours. Apparently no one there knew how the pre-approval letter works and or how to get the correct paper work done for that. So they did everything wrong… the pre-approved letter was good for 30 days, they didn’t notice everything was wrong after the 30days so since they didn’t do the correct paper work. I had to reply with my bank.
Anyone that buys from them is crazy with their add on dealer markups. We went somewhere else and saved the $5000 markup.
They were very friendly and greated me as soon as I came in.
We worked with Tony and not only was he very pleasant and professional, he made the process very pleasant and easy. I really do not like the process of buying a vehicle at all, so this experience was like a breath of fresh air. To top it off, after we signed the paperwork, they detailed our new car and filled the tank with gas. A+!!

The service department is on lunch..call back in an hour, called back in 2 hours,an after another 30 minutes and 4 phone numbers and 3 transfers to get to the service they still couldnt help me. My AC in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali was fixed and it took then faster then they said, blows very cold . The noise I’m hearing in the front end is still there. They should have offered to go with me for a ride to help solve that issue. Now I’m going to have to drive back there and wait. I live an hour from the dealership

We never have a problem making an appointment and are invariably serviced on time.(the car of course). The people are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Dealing with this Business was a true headache. I purchased a new truck that needed some repair and they could not get it right after months of trying. They agreed to get me a new truck of the same kind. They gave me a written deal and told me it could take up to three months to get my truck. They send me home with my deal on paper. After two months they call me to let me know that the truck had arrived, and that they couldn’t honor the deal they had sign on two months ago. It was a total shock to me that this place couldn’t have the decency and respect to keep their word for what they had agreed on paper. They made me loose time and money and they refused to provide at least the basic customer service that any customer deserves . Certainly this has been the worst experience I have had buying a brand new vehicle at a dealer. On top of that my second truck has the running board package but they gave it to me with out them . They said they were ordering them for me and they will call me to get them installed it’s now almost 4 weeks have past and no call . I decided to go and buy the running boards myself I paid $1,200. It’s just incredible how this people can literally screw people over at No Mercy.
Buyer beware do not buy from this dealership. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and after four days was told that they did not like my trade-in and wanted me to bring the new vehicle back. purchased over 20 some brand new vehicles in my lifetime and would be very cautious with this dealershipAnd I was told that you could not speak with me because the matter has been handed over to attorneys and the next time I heard from your attorney it was too late you guys took me to court and never sent me any paperwork and published it in a local newspaper that I did not see and defaulted on the judgment and I was also sick with the Coronavirus. And the report stated that I left in my used truck completed the deal and came back to Lays later and left my truck that did not run and took the brand new truck which is not what happened. For anybody thinking about going to this dealership please contact me I will do everything in my power even pay the difference if youre able to get the truck cheaper at Salem GMC to facilitate your purchase at another dealership because I can promise you one thing I will get you a better deal anywhere else if youre willing to spend about a week with me searching for what youre looking for. This is how passionate I am about not letting anybody else deal with this dealership and getting a lawsuit slapped in your face. So imagine you taking a vehicle into the dealership for a trade in and you leaving with a brand new truck in the dealer telling you two days later when you came to pick up your belongings out of the used truck that they didnt want to do the deal. Have you ever bought a vehicle and had buyers remorse or wish you didnt buy it and try to take it back, not one dealer in Oregon will take the vehicle back if youre not happy. I understand that the dealership wasnt happy with my trade-in but the deal was complete I paid for the brand new truck in full gave them the title for my trade in and had to contact the DMV and file a DMV investagation to get power GMC 2 release the title for the new truck and they had some special agreement with the DMV investigator to where the investigator contacted me and told me that take the truck back and until I started stating ORS which is Oregon revised Statute laws the investigator realized I knew what I was talking about and gave up on me and told the dealer that they better release the title or theyre going to have a lawsuit which they did. Please please buyer beware Im not getting anything out of this but trying to save somebody that headache that I went through. Now there is a $10,000 judgment against me that the dealership is probably going to take me to collections for. Not one letter did I receive at my home stating that they were taking me to court not one person showed up to my house to serve me but yet before they went to court they sent tow trucks to try and steal the vehicle and harass My Father which is 65 years old daily and threatening him with lawsuits when he had nothing to do with the deal. For anybody doubting my story I will send you a complete copy of the lawsuit, the proof I have from OnStar that I never left there in my used truck when the deal with complete, the Visa transaction when I paid for the new truck and all the papers from the lawsuit stating the facts the dealer came up with. The top it off I did call the lawyer towards the due date of the lawsuit because a friend of mine scene the notice in the local paper and I was able to contact the attorney just in time and he told me that he would get back to me which he never did and took advantage of me waiting for his phone call to go to court knowing that if I didnt show up the dealership would win by automatic default. This is a flaw in the judicial system, if somebody files a lawsuit against you and somehow can convince the judge that they did everything in their power to contact you and they could not theyre able to leave a newspaper ad for a couple of months and if no one responds to it theyre able to get a default judgment and you automatically lose.

My fiancée and I were visiting friends near Salem and decided to stop in at Power GMC. They had one of the very few Sierra 1500 Diesels in the area so we wanted to take a look. Gustavo greeted us and was very welcoming. He showed us models we were asking about and helped clear up questions I had about the differences. Since the model they had in stock wasnt the trim line we were looking for, he searched the nearby inventory so they could transfer one in for us. While they were working to bring in a truck for us, the sales manager, Rick, was staying in contact with us and helping. Ultimately they got the truck in that we wanted and made the purchase. This dealer is over an hour drive from us, but we went back to them because of how nice it was to work with Gustavo. We didnt leave the lot feeling gross like some places can feel like. Many thanks to Gustavo and crew for making this investment a really nice experience!
What service!!!! I had my GMC truck towed to Power. I then received a text from Steve, I assume the Service Manager, indicating that the truck had arrived and he would get back to me as soon as they diagnosed the issues. They got on it, and Steve kept me updated. He asked permission for anything they needed to do; and once approved, they were efficient.If I had any issues, checking out was like being in front of an airline ticket agent, typing away forever! But that does not detract from the most excellent service I received. Outstanding!
I love how my experience is with the oil changes at the Kia. And the GMC truck. So i decides to ask if they can service our traverse. They said they could so now all our vehicles are services in one central area

Great service department for my GMC. Arrived at the appointed time, was checked in, and the vehicle service was completed about 20 minutes before the quoted time.
I really appreciated how Mike really listened to me when I was telling him what was wrong with my car and when I went to guaranty Chevrolet in Junction city and they did put new parts in my car said they fixed it but then 15 minutes later I drove away and it was blowing out hot air I was really upset because each time I had to drive down there I had to take a day off from work so I wanted to make sure that everything was going to be covered under warranty Mike really went the extra mile to make sure it was covered under warranty and instead of two parts which is what guaranty Chevrolet said it needed it needed about 13 different parts and now my car seems to be working fine and I have air coming now which I really appreciate. I love the fact that I didn’t even have to ask for a loaner car Mike just offered that to me and since I run my own business in independence it was extremely helpful. Thank you to Mike and thank you to all the people that were involved in fixing my car and assisting me I appreciate it so very much. Hope that you all have a good week coming up here tomorrow. And I really hope we all can get through 2020 and the next year will start to be better! LOL :-)

Will not return! Was more then helpful to show me any truck, but not knowledgeable one bit. Could not get the models of the vehicles correct which made it harder for me to find the vehicle I wanted. If you want a good deal this isnt the place to go! They want MSRP for their vehicles and will come in with a very low offer if you bring a trade in!

Took truck in for an oil change. When picked up the truck I noticed large damage on my tail gate. Told the service adviser and the service manager. Service Manager was very disrespectful, verbally abusive, started calling me names, cussing, asking me personal questions. Didn’t want to admit that the damage was done by them. Told me that I can afford to fix this scratch. So I told them that the truck is not leaving the lot until the damage is fixed. So he called cops on me and got me kicked out. I am SHOCKED. I mean the damage was clearly done by the dealer, if you guys pull up the camera videos you will see that the truck came in without damage on the tailgate. I dropped it off with a coworker and he can prove that there was no damage.
