I went to Brothers Automotive to get my 2006 Chevy Impala diagnosed just to find out that my head gasket blew, which ended up bending an engine rod or two. This meant that I had to get my entire engine replaced 😬 (expensive, I know).Throughout the process of getting my car fixed, I was provided with a reasonable quote for repairs, consistent updates on progress and timely service. They even have a warranty on their labor (1 year or 12,000 miles), so that was definitely an added bonus!Most importantly, you can tell that the employees in this shop are really good people who take pride in their work. One of the workers that I spoke with consistently over the phone named, Phil, was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything that was happening with my car. He was also very sympathetic towards my situation, which isn’t something you see everyday from a mechanic. This shop cares about their customers.Car problems are not fun, and rarely are they ever, “affordable,” but my overall experience with this shop was a 10/10.The next time you are in need of automotive repairs, skip the local dealership and take your car to Brothers Automotive. Time for cars scheduled maintenance and so I phone to book an appointment. They said they were fully booked for the week so I call in Monday of the following week. Still the same excuse. Finally was able to book a week after and then waited for another 2 weeks to get my car back. Not the way you guys should treat a loyal customer whos not coming back ever to avail of your services!

I went to them to have a potential vehicle purchase looked over, and they were so kind and attentive. They gave it a thorough check and explained it in a way that a noob like me could better understand. With their advise I bartered the dealer rate down by 1,500. They also knew so much about the car before even looking at it. Im from spokane and if I get a car of this model and make Id still drive it down there to have the big work done. They are fabulous!!!

My car broke down while I was in town and since Im not from the area I was definitely panicking. They saw me the same day and were friendly from the beginning. As someone who doesnt know much about cars Im always worried that people will take advantage of me, but they explained why they were doing what they were doing, showed me the broken part, and even offered to fix it just enough to get it back home so I could take it to a preferred mechanic. I had them just do the full repair and it was done quickly. They felt super honest and kind, and I really appreciated everything!

These guys seem to be very honest and did a fine job of handling a very annoying problem that I brought them. My Volkswagen Jetta has a clutch built out of plastic parts. Shame on Volkswagen. They installed lots of new clutch parts for me and shortly later the plastic parts gave out. They replaced everything free of charge as it was still under warranty. Im sure they spent a lot of time doing that and they did it with a smile. However we all agree that plastic should not be used to build a clutch. Thank you to the Brothers for the hours they spent putting that right for me.
