We had a hard time finding a shop who could service our trailers. Everyone either turned us away or didnt know what they were doing. We finally found JJM. They were happy to take in our equipment trailers and make all the necessary repairs that we were struggling to get fixed. They are really specialized in what they do. We use the trailers for our construction business so we needed a quick turn around. They just right on it and had it back to us in less than 24hr. Significant work was done to the axles, brakes, and wiring to make everything right. Really professional job.

JJM installed a plow on my GMC Sierra PU and they did an excellent job.They were professional, efficient, and pleasant. I will definitely bring myservice to them again.

Good communication, quick turn around time and so far seems like they did a thorough job. And to anyone that has complained about customer service, I strongly disagree. I was very comfortable and pleased with my experience. Will be bringing more business in here since I was not mislead. I like straight forward work and thats what I was given.

Everytime you call they are there to help answer questions. They are great mechanics willing to get the job down on time and on budget. If things look different then what was asked of them to do, they will call you and go over problems that was not mentioned during vehicle,truck or trailer drop off.

Had some brake issues and was referred to the place. Was not sure was to expect when I got there - not like walking into the Buckingham Palace. I was pleased with how quickly they diagnosed the car and fixed the issue which was related to rotors. Was happy with the honesty and very reasonable cost.

Jeff cuts corners to make important repairs. When the repair is on him to take care of he does it at his own pace and cuts corners when he knows exactly what needs to be done. He would rather continue to find a cheaper way out that may not fix the repair and continue to inconvenience his client then do the right thing and call it a day.

Not a friendly place, especially to women. Told my vehicle was apart so I couldnt go to my own shop, then called 2 days after to find out they had lied because they just got parts in, & were around, so a 2 day job became a 7 day job. I drive 3 miles & my vehicle smoked & made grinding sounds, I returned to the man (I wouldnt say gentleman as he was so rude) saying what do you need..whats the problem you just left! Unfortunately I know exactly what was wrong because I worked on cars as a teen w my brother. The mechanic put my brake on backwards w out greasing it. Id give then -10 stars

Great place. Was in a bind and one of my drivers got a flat tire in Salem. They were able to change his tire and get our truck back on the road promptly

I took my plow to a fisher tech he gave me the ryn around so i called jjm they told me to bring it down they would look at it, not only did they fix it they stayed past closeing hours to make sure i got it back that same day. I will always take my stuff to them from now on

JJM is an excellent place to get work performed, they typically dont work on heavy equipment but they reset the bead on a backhoe tire for me and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I definitely recommend them and will use them more in the future
