Excellent - professional and pleasant.Optional shuttle service, instead of waiting, while having ones vehicle worked on.A pleasant waiting room (and restrooms), with a TV, fast WiFi, free hot beverages, and paid cold beverages and snacks machines.And, most importantly, the service is just outstanding - Roxie, the adviser whom I had the privilege of communicating with, was very knowledgeable and patient attending to my requests and replying to my questions, and just kind and warm...Thank you!!!

The staff were polite and courteous.From a disabled point of view, there was construction going on for remodeling, and I had to walk quite a distance to get to the waiting area. However, when my escort noticed the trouble I was having he made sure the cart was brought to me when it was done, rather than me go to it.I had trouble with the drink machine and the young lady went overboard in trying to help me, banging on the machine, calling for help and then finally returning my cash and bringing me s bottle of water. Very helpful.

Dependable services, at prices that beat the local competitors. Had transmission service done for cheaper than what the transmission shop wanted. I paid $307 here at ford for transmission service and oil change. Local transmission shop wanted $360 then after not doing it discounted the price of i were to bring it back so they could do it for $260.Me Having the confidence in Ford to leave my vehicle at Ford for oil change and transmission service with Ford fluids.... Priceless. Well almost, at least they will take care your your vehicle like it’s their own and not have to worry that your stuff will be riffle through.I Put my Trust in Ford, for dependability and service of their Ford vehicles.Thank you Ford for your good products.

Had my 2018 F150 for 3 months rebuilt my transmission and still does not work. Apple CarPlay was not fixed called texted about the issues with NO response. Called again today and got a salesman and about 3 hours later the GM called with nothing but excuses and was condescending and dismissive of fault. I called Ford directly and they told me to STAY AWAY, yes Ford told me to stay away and go to a more reputable dealership and I suggest for you to do the same! Anthony Lammé 3/18/21

Used their service earlier, now my Ford Explorer Limited is in the shop. 2nd week, needs a starter motor. Quoted me $550. for new. I checked 3 other shops, all were about $336. $214 lower and all said the Explorer would be ready the next day. Donofrios Skyline Ford. Way over priced, slow and borderline incompetent. Ordered wrong part etc. 3rd week in and still not repaired.

Have only been here for basic service, has always been a good experience. Scheduling can take a bit, they seem to always be quite busy.

Dropped off car for service. Excellent safety measures (masks, distances). All very nice folks.
