They have amazing helpful staff we came in looking for good quality bookcases and they have them made out of solid wood which is hard to find and dont have to wait for months for delivery

Many beautiful furniture items. It can he challenging to find so keep an eye out for smaller signs near the property.I was a little put off by the staff. I dont know that it was a negative thing or not. Normally in that kind of setting the sales floor personnel are rushing to determine your favorite color, first dogs name and the plot to your favorite sitcom. These guys were more relaxed and allowed us to just wander. Its probably a plus.

Please read my whole review. It ends positively!The service was mixed but mostly good. Our sales associate was wonderful, we waited for our furniture to be built and delivered only to discover that the color was not what we expected. I called while the delivery guys were still here and the person I talked to acted like I was out of line and the only offer was to refund my money. That may sound good but we had waited 2 months and then we sold our bedroom set the night before delivery anticipating that the furniture was going to be everything we were promised.We accepted delivery and I took a drawer from our bedroom set to the store and Tim was very helpful. He agreed that it didnt match the sample and began the process of replacing our whole bedroom set.Currently, Tim called and said the new set has been built and I stopped in to approve the stain. Ill update when the new bedroom set is delivered.Im very impressed with Tims attention to this issue.At this point, I recommend Woodsellers. They have a great selection at reasonable prices and they are standing behind their product.Update, 6-2021.All is great! The furniture arrived and it looks terrific! It did take a long time but that is still a product of the pandemic staffing at the factory and supply issues, not the fault of Woodsellers.I highly recommend Woodsellers because they stand behind the sale!

First time there and we were really impressed with the choice of furniture and quality. The gentleman who helped us was professional, pleasant and helpful.We surprised ourselves by buying a chair.

Good prices for quality made furniture.

I went in today looking for bedroom furniture. Found several sets that I liked but one I loved so I put down my hundred dollars and they ordered it for me. it cost a little bit more than I wanted to spend but I know Ill be happy with it. I had great customer service and I was actually happy that they didnt force me to wear a mask. It actually was key in me making the decision to buy there.

High prices found same item at more furniture for about 350 less

I use to love going to Woodsellers but the way they treated us last time was terrible. We were not happy with our couch and stated that with them. The young man that helped us was even laughing at us because he knew my husband was upset.(which isnt okay) We have ordered alot of furniture from them in the past but wont bother to go into their store again. As a customer we dont need someone treating us like dirt. Shame on them.

Love this store. My husband is a disabled vet who was in the 82nd Airborne Division. He likes to do business with people who are good to the vets. The salesperson and owner were very friendly. They have a great selection of unique pieces of furniture at a reasonable price.

I have purchased many pieces of furniture from them in the past, there quality is excellent. We went in this weekend and not one employee was wearing a mask, we refused to continue our search in their store, and walked out. Maybe you dont believe in a mask but this isnt about you, it is about compassion for your neighbor.

I agree with the last review. We have bought quite a bit of furniture from this location. We were very disappointed that they did not have a mask required sign in the door. And obviously the owners are not requiring themselves or their employees to keep customers safe. VERY!!! Disappointed!!! Its called compassion for others.... try it!

Visited the store in the past few days. None of the employees were wearing masks. One walked past me and stopped to talk an arms length away. I had to move back. Hard to believe they dont know its against the Governors executive order for employees not to wear masks. Their customers were compliant. There is no acceptable excuse!

Wish I got his name, but the man in the shorts and T-shirt helped me twice and I found the table I loved. Such an awesome selection of unique pieces and a great variety of items too!They have Amish made furniture as well

Nice furniture, but expensive, very expensive .Depends how you look at it. We had 2 salesman offer to help us, then left us alone when they saw we didnt want their help at that point, I like that.The name indicates wood items for sale, but a lot of it was regular furniture. The name made me think I was going to see something totally different, and the prices put me off. Also, most recliner chairs were the rocking type.

If you are looking for a furniture seller that will be responsible when it makes a mistake, for a business that makes it right, or cares about the customers experience - shop elsewhere. This is literally the only store of any kind where the service is so poor I wonder why they are still in business.

Great place! Really cool furniture and nice guys inside to help. I purchased a Murphy bed and would recommend this place anyone looking for somewhat local, sturdy, nice looking furniture. Lots of Bed frames, tables, dressers, chairs, tables and couches. There are even mattresses!

They have alot of beautiful furniture which of course comes with significant prices.

All issues have been resolved, Woodsellers picked up the sofa and refunded me in full.*******At this point I have absolutely no trust left in this storeFacts:**it took 9 weeks to recieve my new furniture, paperwork states would receive in 6-8 weeks**I still am waiting on my $50 rebate card**Couch came with a broken lumbar support, I am still waiting on their maintenance person to schedule a the repair.

Excellent selection of furniture styles and price ranges. Friendly no pressure sales staff allow us to wander around the (absolutely Huge!) showroom for hours without pestering us or following us around from a distance like most of the other stores. We have bought many pieces of really high quality hand made furniture over the last few years and have not been disappointed.

The furniture is horribly overpriced. We bought a coffee table for $350 - it looked nice. It does still kind of look nice, but it is clear by the weight of it that its not made from quality material. The whole thing weighs about 30 lbs - no way this is solid wood. When we picked it up in the first place it had a broken leg - which they didnt notice. I cant say Im surprised since the wood is of such poor quality. Its not durable - its not high quality. If this had been a $100 table I think it would make sense. The problem is they sold it for nearly 4x that. I bought a table from furniture row about 5 years ago for $150 that has withstood far more abuse.

Terrible experience! Order a custom couch, told it will be here in 4-6 weeks. Turns into 8 weeks, then 10, then “oh the truck driver forgot to pick it up, won’t be here for another 2 weeks”. I asked to renegotiate the price due to all the time I have/had waited and they were completely unwilling. Their response was “stuff happens”. Yeah stuff happens, you just lost a sale!!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a HUGE selection of wood furniture which can be custom ordered to your specifications: stain, cut of legs for tables, handles, etc. It is wood heaven!!!

Very nice and friendly place. Only problem is its very hard to find.
