This is a really nice furniture store. It’s huge. They have everything from bedroom furniture and dining room tables to couches and decorative items.The people are friendly and helpful. There’s a wide range of pricing too.

Everything was great from Sales to Delivery! Our Adjustable Base/Mattress arrived even sooner than expected! Everyone was very helpful, professional and accommodating, which made the whole process smooth. The guys who set up were exceptional and we are very pleased! We love our purchase, thank you all!!

I’m giving this two stars because my sales rep, Bridget, was so nice and helpful! The store is awesome, but the furniture takes so long to come in! I ordered a couch in early May and was told it’d be delivered by mid June. It’s now August and I still don’t have it. I am now being told early October! This is the first time I’ve ever bought something like this so I am not sure what is considered normal, but being told a month and now being told 5 months is a big difference! The main reason I chose this place is because of how fast the couch could be here. pretty disappointed!

We went into Furniture Row looking to buy a pull out couch and had the best experience. The sales people were not pushy at all and Jesus really went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for in our price range. We had an awesome experience and we will definitely be going back for any future furniture needs! Thank you so much, Jesus! You made us feel comfortable and you were so knowledgeable. Best experience ever buying furniture!

What I really like is that you can look around without the associates hounding you...but if you need help they are VERY helpful and friendly. It also seems as if the floor is always full and they change the design/layout so it always seems different. Its a nice, spread out store and the clearance area is very nicely done. It doesnt look clearance if that makes sense. I have gone into other places in the past but sometimes get a sensory overload and find FR easier to look around in.

Finally got my other side of the couch took a lil longer but just happy to get it. 3 stars because I had to send back a coffee table because it was damaged upon delivery. Even when I told them I wanted to cancel it 3 times they still tried to send out other one. I declined as I found another coffee table elsewhere. I did not want to risk it being broken again. They have serious issues in communication skills. Other than that everything worked out fine.

I would give the Springfield, MO store 0 if I could. We paid in full $1581.50 for a bed and dresser on Jan. 16, 2021 and was told expected to store to pick up late Feb. 2021. Well, date was pushed to middle May and now August 2021. Furniture Row had our money and we had no bed and dresser during this whole time. When date was pushed back to August 2021 due to every excuse possible, I requested my money back. No guaranteewould show in August either. Our refund check still has not arrived. Its been a week since the store manager Andy said he mailed it and the check still hasnt arrived. We live 1 hr and half from Springfield, MO. . I have called store several times and Andy would not return my phone call last Fri. Andy acts like he could care less if we get our money back and its bad enough we have waited 4 months and no furniture and they have sat on our $1581.50. I will never shop here again. I asked today for the store to do a stop payment and have another check issued and Andy keeps making excuses with the post office delivery. I called the regional manager Tom and left him a message to contact me. No call yet.Just received call back from regional manager. Tom said theyre taking care of refund for us. We shall see.Update: two days later we received money back on our debit card. Didnt receive check. This whole experience was a disaster.

I ordered bedroom and dining room furniture in December 2020. I was told that it could take as long as late February or early March to receive. I asked specifically if there was any chance that it could take 4-6 months like it did when I bought from Ashley’s furniture. Which is why I chose a different company this time. I was ASSURED, by the salesman Jesus that that didn’t happen with them. Now it’s almost April and I have no delivery date in site. I have a standing approximation of “ mid to late March on the bedroom furniture and mid to late April on the dining room set”. It’s the last day of March tomorrow so I assume they will be late on that. But no one has reach out to me to update me. When I call, I get apologies and excuses. I will not return to this store and I’ll actively convince people around me to go anywhere else that has immediate delivery options.

So I left a review telling about my horrible experience here and it has been removed along with another gentleman that posted just before me with the same issue!! UNREAL. I received NO APOLOGY after I waited 5 months for my furniture that I paid $3000 upfront for to only find out it was sitting on their showroom floor with a price tag on it!! So unless you enjoy giving up a large sum of money for someone to use for free for months on end..SHOP ELSEWHERE. Ill see how long this stays up..

Nothing in stock the sales lady was pushy even after I said Im looking for something to take home today.

This is an amazing store. It is huge and has everything you need from living room to bedroom and it was at a reasonable price.

Stood around waiting on a salesperson to come by for about 10 mins, store was mostly dead not hardly anyone in there, all the salespeople were too busy texting on their phones to offer any customer service. After waiting for so long, I just left.

If you cant find what youre after here, youre after the wrong thing. Vicky was amazing - super helpful if not overly friendly. Highly recommended

Ordered a love seat in June, told it would be here in August. Never heard anything, called in August told it would be soon. Called in September and told it would be October or November. Went to the store and they lied about when they were told about the delay. Very frustrating.

Furniture Row is your one stop shop for all your furniture needs. I have to give a shout-out to Dalton (Bedroom Expressions) and Derek (Denver Mattress) for their excellent service. They didnt just attack me and try to sell me something as soon as I walked through the door like Ashley Furniture. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my bedroom mattress questions. Dalton kept me constantly updated through the entire furniture buying process. He even went out of his way to price match another company that wasnt even competing in the same area.

Drive my neighbor to town and conned me into driving him here to dumpster dive. Had to tell him that the king mattress inside their dumpster wasnt going on the roof of my Pontiac Grand Prix...2 stars because of the experience of my 1st time there...Nothing to say bad against this business at all, Im sure its a wonderful store.

While looking at the furniture make sure you check it out completely to see how well or not its made. For the price of things you would think its all high quality but its definitely not. Stores are pretty quiet and staff was at first friendly and helpful. After the initial greeting they were pretty scarce.

Prices are way out of line for the area. The sales people for the most part are very snooty. I will never go back there again. I was shopping for furniture for a home I had just bought and I was I was in jeans and a tee shirt and was treated like I was a hobo. And it eas implied that because I am a large person the bed I was looking at would not hold me. I cannot recommand these stores at all.

I walked through the store looking at multiple bedroom dresser options multiple times and no one approached me to see if I needed help. Not even once.

The furnitures that me and my wife buy at a reasonable price are still going strong. We purchase most of our furniture from Furniture Row. The employees are their to give you a tour and ensure that you get taken care of at all times.
