Excellent service. Needed a foundation quick because Pottery Barn messed up my order & I had a bed, mattress but no foundation & guests coming soon. I got the foundation within days with a simple phone call to Mattress Firm- thanks Tom. Delivery folks were great, wore masks & booties on shoes, arrived early & were very polite. I am furnishing a new home & with Covid supply issues, a lot of problems getting product so having 1 effortless procurement was a relief!!

From start to finish, my experience at mattress firm in Salem New Hampshire was easy and stress free. Tom was very professional and honest. I tried a couple of mattresss out but they didnt have the firm mattress I wanted to try. I went in today to do a “comfort exchange”. Unfortunately because of the current pandemic I was unable to try out my current mattress that I purchased in the end of June. It didn’t end up being the right fit for me. I gave it over a month and can’t adjust to it. Tom was great helping me pick out a mattress that was a better fit for me. The store was clean and I felt comfortable trying out the mattresses.

I had an extremely difficult and frustrating experience with the online order/delivery version of Mattress Firm in that my scheduled delivery was cancelled twice. I reached out to the Salem store to see if they could help me with a store pick-up. I spoke with Tom who was extremely helpful in providing available options, pros/cons of each. All it took was one simple phone call to this Salem, NH store location. Klaus was most professional, helpful, accommodating and pleasant and his co- worker Thomas was just as helpful. Not all Mattress Firm stores are the same as I witnessed from going to another Mattress Firm store location. Tom s was a great help. He got me an amazing deal.on a high end mattress for a crazy low price. He went through everything he had to find me a same day deal. Got me an adjustable base for a fifth of the price. He was pleasant and more worried about getting me a deal than his own commision.

Ruddy and Dino delivered the mattress, came on time and did their job really well.

Thomas was very helpful, listened to our needs and presented us immediately with several options. After narrowing things down, he placed the top two side by side for comparison and my son made the choice he felt was best for him. Thomas took care of the rest. It will be here Friday!

Klaus was such a nice guy, very professional, very knowledgeable. We weren’t planning on fully committing to a luxurious king size mattress. We were just driving by so it was more of a laugh to go in and check. The whole process was so thorough and quick and easy that we walked out not even 15 mins later with a mattress purchased. They have a payment plans that make even the lowest income household be able to buy a top quality memory foam mattress. We were gobsmacked. We thought the monthly payment was too good to be true. Before walking into mattress firm I was overwhelmed with the thought of buying a new bed. There’s a lot of different brands/styles and it’s a costly investment. We only were going to try it out and then decide at some later time if/when to buy. From the moment we walked in, Julie was a pleasure to deal with. She greeted us with a big smile and was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive and helpful. She had some great advice to help us decide on the perfect mattress, and we ended up making the purchase right then and there! So glad we stopped in, because if we had ordered online directly we might have gotten one that wasnt the best fit for us. We got the Purple pillows, too, and love them. Cant wait for the mattress to arrive in a couple weeks!

I could not decide which store in Salem NH to go to because there are three. We were very glad we went to 233 South Broadway. Store mgr Jon Petersen and his assistant were extremely helpful. Hubbie wants very very firm mattress and I want extremely soft. So Jon found the perfect twin for each of us and we will just put it together as a king. Very good day!
