The bed was comfy but we did not receive a base with legs in lieu of a frame and box spring that we had purchased. Overall disappointing and do not intend on returning. Be very clear with the sales person because there is plenty room for “miscommunication” despite your best efforts.

If I could give Mattress Warehouse zero or negative stars I would. Have bought two mattresses from them from two different manufacturers. Both were defective. First mattress exchange no problem. Second mattress was clearly defective but had a small stain on it. They didnt deny that mattress was defective but since it had small stain on it they would not give me full credit, however they generously, and I mean this is in the most sarcastic way, gave me credit towards buying a new new one.....why should I have to pay and why and only why do mattress manufacturers and retailers get out of replacing a clearly defective product due to a stain...thats how they get you to buy an entirely too expensive hot mattress cover that made my bed uncomfortable. Two years later mattress defective again. They are willing to give me another mattress without third party inspection, but are going to charge me $100.00 to deliver new mattress and if there is something wrong with existing mattress they do not refund $100.00. In their letter they gave me the option of returning mattress to somewhere in Maryland so I dont incur the $ 100.00 delivery charge. I LIVE IN SALEM, VA. Excuse me..but that is horse crap.So in four years I have had 3 mattresses become defective. And the second and third time they wanted and now want more money from them. I am a GM of a retail store and if I did business this way I would be out of business. I am not faulting retailer but Mattress Warehouse as a company and their policies. I will never grace the doorway of another Mattress Warehouse nor will I refer them. So buyer beware..

They changed the deliver date without notice! I took my business elsewhere !

I had intended to go to another mattress store in Salem, but, since Im not from Salem, I just followed my GPS and there is where I ended up. When I came in I told them that I had called the day before and was given a certain price. The sales rep (Kenny) informed me that their price was almost twice what I was quoted! I then figured out I had the wrong store and I was prepared to leave when Kenny told me he would honor the competitors price. I ended up with nearly at 75% discount on the mattress!I would recommend this location to any and all.

I have had to exchange since may and getting ready to again today, nothing but spams when I get up and didnt have this at all on my old mattress, not pleased at all! The sales men at the store r very good with all the help but the products r not feeling anything like what I picked out hard as a brick, has cause a lot of pain will be back today, never had any problem with mattress before from other companies! I paid a lot for this but never again. Last week exchange came in to have holes in it, another two days later and spams started back up with the exchange mattress. Their test for whats right for u not good I couldnt even lay on my side without having the spams when I get up, this is just not for me no more elevating BEDS! Im really disappointed! LAST THE SECOND MATTRESS WAS ALSO DIRTY AND SHOWED THE PICS THE THE SALESPERSON AT THE STORE HE STATED THAT SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT THE FACTORY

We felt NO pressure from him for a sale. After shopping around at other places, we decided to come back to him to purchase our mattress. He wrote up the paper work and made arrangements for delivery.Delivery and setting up went very well. Best experience ever buying a mattress and boxspring. Kenny M. provided great information with NO pressure to buy. I am very happy with my Stearns & Foster and never thought I would be able to afford this high quality brand. Because of a great price and excellent customer service I looked nowhere else and purchased a fantastic mattress on my first visit to the store. The delivery was right on time and the gentlemen were very nice and professional. Because the mattress was really thick it made the bed higher. The bed was too high for our dog Sadie to jump up on the bed. Kenny and Allen suggested a low profile boxspring and it was PERFECT. Sadie used to get on and off our old mattress numerous times during the night. With the Stearns & Foster she stays on the bed all night --- SO COMFORTABLE!!!
