Looking for a specific subject matter in the Childrens section and a very helpful staff member took the time to find a number of books for me, even though it was near closing time and I am sure she had other things to do. Cant get that type of service at an online book seller. Definitely going back! Plus, I got a coupon for a cookie!!!

Books books books who loves some books. I know I do came here with the kids I actually like Barnes & Noble’s a lot. Considering Amazon and all the things that happened to actual physical stores. I’m really excited that this business has been able to sustain itself through the pandemic. I like it I like coming to the bookstore there’s nothing like it it’s nice the staff is pretty friendly and overall it’s just a nice place to get some books some hardcopies and just walk around maybe grab a coffee and I like bringing the kids here get them a couple extra books to read

Outstanding service. I was unsure as to where a certain book might be located, so the CSR took me up to the second floor and not only showed me all the possible selections (the book I was interested in was part of a series), but also pointed out the discount involved by purchasing a back-to-back pair.

Smaller location. Staff helpful, but I wish they had a free buyers reward program.

Great selections of books at decent prices. I come here to browse books. There are so many selections to choose from ranging in Health and Wellness to History. From China to Australia and United States to Mexico. There is so much to learn from this book store! Always usually most of the time organized book store! Making it most of the time easy to find a book! Also Starbucks on location right in the store! Couldn’t ask for more. Unless you ask for more books! Will return!

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, great selection.

As always, personable and friendly customer service. It was crowded but we only stood in line for about 5 minutes. Found great clearance items and Legos! Also found a hot water bottle with a knit cover that reminded us of my mothers (who passed away and her hot water bottle was lost).

Great if youre not looking for a specific or popular book. Clean, organized, never have what Im looking for.

For some of you that might not know.. people used to buy books before the kindle was invented. Barnes and nobles is still awesome. Escalator was broken when we went but the staff is super friendly and the book selection is awesome. Who needs moving stairs? Not this guy.

Quiet most days, which I like because crowds are not my thing. Friendly staff.

I love book stores and so wanted to have a good time here. But. When I approached the cafe counter, the young man was changing a trash bag. He then came to serve me. I asked him to wash his hands, but he would not, claiming he was not actually serving the food. In my book, anyone serving behind a food counter needs to keep their hands clean.Rather a shame cos the book staff are terrific. Clearly book lovers. However, if you pardon the pun, it rather left a bad taste in the mouth.

Always have a wonderful experience here! I love sitting and getting a coffee and either do homework or read a book! The staff is always so sweet. Wonderful atmosphere!

It is always great going to Barnes and Noble. My kids really enjoy our trip there and pick out books to read during trips or on weekends when we are at home.

Very clean and well organized (for a book store). Obviously they have a wide variety of books, and plenty of places to sit and read them! Sometimes the Starbucks barista will come around with free samples as well. It feels like a very welcoming and very charming environment.

Ordered a latte with soy, was charged to $.70 charge got it and asked if it was soy cause didn’t look right. 3 min later was given a different coffee that was 1/2 empty no foam and now I’m sick. Clearly they just dumped it into a cup with soy written on it

Its a bookstore, how can you go wrong. I recommend buying your books first, then getting your drink at Starbucks inside because you get a free cookie coupon with your receipt.

Place is relaxing. Yet I had to wait 10 minutes after calling for someone nicely 3 times with just an excuse me? And hello? The starbucks workers finally came out from the back after a line started forming. When I asked about any coupons for drinks since they are a whopping $5 she glared and said I would need to have them printed. I asked to just have a latte and she charged me for the sugar syrup. Unsatisfied. Didnt feel too comfy sitting down there.

Bookstore is ok. Less magazines than other locations. At the cafe the new team still doesnt know to make hot good lattes.

Ive gone to this Barnes & Noble many times, needless to say they have tons of books here. Chances are youll find what youre looking for. They also have a good manga selection, so thats a plus

I was there with my daughter. We got there about 10:30, and didnt leave until about 2:30. We both got a large coffee drink and I added a cookie to mine. We were working for all but the last hour. Then we shopped. The store was well-stocked with books, calendars and Christmas gift stuff. Lots of Harry Potter merchandise. The store was not busy and there were not a lot of employees around, both of which made it ideal for working.

My daughter would live here if she could. I love the selection of books and journals. Staff is great and is very helpful.

Love going here to read and study. Wish they had more tables and chairs to sit at to study and do homework. Peaceful music, and the best atmosphere to shop for and read books. Cafe is really good too, just pricey because its Starbucks

Im a booknerds so i love me a book store. I had a hard time finding a certain book. Staffed helped me and i was very pleased when she went to go get it for me instead of sending me in the direction

My chill store is B & N anywhere... When you just want to read. Just read. Undisturbed. And if you have the Nook you can read any book, hard to find books, for free in-store. Well, the catch could be, you have to spend on wake-me-up coffee as your eyes get too tired of the page flips. Worth it.

Clean, well organized store. Awesome kids section. Great gift/ toy section. Gift ideas and accessories everywhere! A little pricey with mediocre coupons via email.

If you are looking for a great place to have a quiet read with nice background music and friendly people, look no further. I love going here just to have a nice time to myself while enjoy my favorite book. Their book selection is outstanding and you will definitely find something to suit your reading style.

I was there on the night before Christmas Eve and everyone was in good spirits. I found some good presents, got a hot tea, bought myself a book, and headed home. There wasnt any line and I was offered help a couple times.
