I brought my first ever truck I owned here for the years I had it and they always took great care of me and the truck. One of the guys, I believe his name is Mike, he knew I could do some mechanical stuff on my own and would be upfront about what he thought I might be able to tackle, and what he would recommend they take care of for me. I even had to get my truck towed into their shop a couple miles away due to my belt snapping and they treated me well and got me out of there in no time!

I feel a second review is necessary after picking up my vehicle. Crede Zacharios is theyre lead or hemi mechanic. DO NOT trust this man with your vehicles. He did nothing on the diagnostics for my car, but recommended it go to the dealership. He did not bother to come and speak to me but kindly marked off that my car has had its due inspection, where nothing has been marked as checked. He did not bother to run an actual diagnostic on the check engine code but instead wrote down a list of possibilities, all of which are on Google and still tells me nothing. I was told there were several things it could be, some they could fix, some they could not. However this mechanic seems to have forgotten how to do his job and didnt even eliminate the things that it could be that they could fix, instead they left it parked on the street through out the night and I got it back with a nice new dent in the front side. So if you value your money and vehicles, just stay away from firestone. Theres mechanics that will do better and even do payment plans for those who need it. This firestone has notoriously treated female customers like they are idiots as well. I was even told by one that I was wrong on the code showing up and there was no way that code was for my car..maybe I was reading it wrong..that was until I took my phone in with a photo of the code time stamped for that day. Not really something a customer should have to do to ensure the mechanic gets the right info before dropped a car off. If you enjoy sexism and negligence..by all means. If you value your time, property, and money..I recommend not. They also like to remove comments stating facts and not just puff happy pieces.

Went in today after dealing with some battery troubles with our car, and firestone was the only place that had a coupon on their website for a free battery check. So we instantly went to see them first and was not disappointed! Firestone on commercial street did a great job at taking care of us. They were honest with our car results, did not suggest buying a new battery like a lot of other places would have, but instead gave advice on when to come back and take a look at it again before the weather gets colder. Definitely will be back here with any car issues.

So I woke up this morning and had 2 of my tires slashed, thank God Forestone was open on a Sunday and could get me tires that fit my car! The receptionist Kayla is absolutely amazing and helped me so much with everything I needed. I highly recommend coming here for tire needs.

Ignore those ignorant comments!!!! Because the experience I had.. I am so grateful. It does cost money, but they really tackle the issues and look out for you!! Plus they handle so many different vehicles at once.. U wait for quality work!!!They caught/diagnosed things other places missed!!! My battery and alternator tested fine at other places but the battery light came on and off so obviously it was deeper than that. Long story short.. I got a janky used car I should had knew the sales price was too good to be true!!! Bridgette was very nice and helpful. Kayla was awesome!! She helped me out big time.. I basically had a serious alternator issue[like car was on its life line], my tire was the wrong size [Sleezy dealership], i was way over due for an oil change & i could use: a coolant flush, back breaks replaced relatively kinda soon[or something IDEK], new latch for my trunk, need bulb for light [soonish] AND could use spark plugs soon to keep it running since it is an older car.. ANYWHO.. The total about made me have a heart attack. I had no idea what to do.. Kayla helped me out so much. I was able to get a credit card [reasonable payments.. W kinda fair credit PLUS it helps your credit] to get the alternator, new tire, and oil change. She is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what needed to be done ASAP verses what could wait. The mechanic Crede verified everything she told me. He also was amazing. He checked everything out for me. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed other things for free!! He also showed me the parts and showed me what was wrong with them. He fixed my other tire that had a staple or something in it, did something else w my coolant i dont remember FOR FREE. Gave me a warranty too and said to swing by with any issues. They didnt try to sell me anything extra they understood my situation and explained to me what needed to be done ASAP w the why/how. They did a great job. My car sounds COMPLETELY different. I am shook. I love firestone. Those bad comments are just haters of people who dont want to pay for GOOD HONEST service. You get what you pay for!! They checked my tire pressure and insured they were all properly inflated for free! Very nice 👍 Only reason I didnt rate them five star is that they dont do free repairs like fix flats and bead leaks for free unless you bought the tires from them 😉 I use another company in my hometown of Kansas City Missouri called Discount Tire. They repair any tire free, even if you didnt buy it from them. Thats EXACTLY what keeps me a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

Many companies will try to cheat women, thinking that they may not know if certain repairs actually need to be done or what is going on with the vehicle. Firestone associates treat me with the utmost respect, are honest, and verify any and all repairs before working on the vehicle. They do what they can to get me the best price and provide a fantastic service.

These guys are great. They put me into tires that were a reasonable price that I feel very comfortable with. It was of utmost importance that the car is safe when my kids drive it. They made sure this happened, while not trying to up-sell me. Very pleased!!

Aligned it perfectly.All was well and was honest about the state of the tires and wheels.Sales and techs explained everything and I had service previously at the dealer, which didnt do a good job and didnt even change the wheel bearing and seals at all. I went back to the dealer and with their paperwork, I was able to get it fixed.Went back to firestone and they aligned it and balanced the tires with no issues.Great CS and with empathy and concern for the customer.Thanks again and coming back again.Truck runs straight and perfect.

My family have been customers of this location, faithfully, for many years. It was terribly cold yesterday and in the middle of my hectic Monday - I picked up a nail on the road. I limped my poor VW into the shop after giving the store a call for heads up. When I got a call back a couple hours later after having gone back to work, they said Id picked up a nail, but they patched the hole and I was good to go. Laddie was initially who helped me, but Mike finished up the service. They were both so kind and made me laugh (good stress relief) and made an otherwise unexpected mishap not a disaster for a Monday. I just want to say how Mike has repeatedly gone above and beyond and it feels like were visiting family to get our vehicles serviced as needs arise. I also have been meaning to get washer fluid because the light has been dinging at me for two weeks; the boys topped it off and reset my sensor free of charge. I would have been happy to pay for it, but, they just did it and around this time of year, every little bit helps. I cant thank Firestone enough for employing these great people. If theres a problem, they fix it and get it right the first time - without charging an arm and a leg. Thanks so much, Mike and team.

I brought our car in to check some dash board Trac control and ABS lights that were coming on. Since we had our brakes completely redone here 2 years ago. So we brought it in to check these lights. The technician took our car for a test drive which we didnt need them to. Since they should have just been running codes to see why these lights were on like they were instructed. Now, 2 days later we are told that when the technician took our car for a test drive, he almost wrecked into another car because of a major steering malfunction. And that our car is now not even safe to drive. (No steering/driving problem before bring our are in) so what should have been maybe $100-$200 problem, Im being quoted around $1000. And still, nobody knows why the lights are on, but regardless now its a $1000 job and my car is undrivable since being in their possession. I know things are slow, but what the heck, they werent instructed to test-drive the car, and they told me. The technician, drives the car harder than normal people, to diagnose problems. Well, he found a problem now that he drove it. Thanks for the help Firestone, Im an essential employee during the covid-19 problem who cant get to work because of these guys.

Ive always had a great experience with Firestone everywhere Ive lived, but these folks take the cake. I have been here twice. Both times without an appointment and usually on a Saturday. Both times, Katelynn greeted me and was just a fantastic gal to do business with. She is happy, efficient & goes through everything with ease. Her time quotes are spot on and I really appreciate the phone call to let me know my car is ready. Of course the mechanics always do a great job! Its just nice to feel confident that from walk-in to driving away, these guys & gals take great care & create loyal regular customers. Firestone is lucky to have this team working for them!

I took my Volvo XC90 for alignment. They had it ready in a few hours, and the free inspection they performed was actually very helpful.

Not an Aweful experience but not the greatest. I dropped my truck off for brakes and possibly rosters if needed, came back and was told the rotors had life left on them but they replaced it anyway, also broke my hubcap and said it was already broke ...

Friendly service, got the work done that I came for. They helped me understand more about my vehicle, and they have a deal for 10 bucks to inspect everything.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and it took an 1 hour and 45 minutes. The time they anticipated it would take (1 hr 15 minutes) was longer than it should take to rotate tires and they did not communicate throughout that it was taking longer than expected. Very frustrated with how they handled this simple task and customer service.

Customer service always appears friendly however both times Ive taken my vehicle here, it never gets fixed. I got charged for an alignment that they didnt even have to adjust because I was told its spot on. $90 down and my truck is having the same issues, youve successfully wasted my time and hard earned money. There is another local shop that I called and dropped the truck off at the same day... they fixed the problem in an hour. I will not be returning here.

After being lied to about how much work my car needed, I only go to places I can trust. Firestone has fair prices, and will even show you on your car exactly what needs repairing and why. And if theres a cheaper option, they tell you instead just upselling you

Look for coupons. There are always tons. We have been taking our cars to this Firestone for a good 5 plus years and have always had great service. We take advantage of the lifetime tire rotation and do all our oil changes there.

First off I took my Mercedes in and these idiots had no idea what to do with it but they took the job on anyways. They didnt put a cap on the boot they had destroyed and didnt tell me they destroyed it. It cost me around $2,000. Another thing I noticed the discounts they give are made up because they literally choose how much they want to charge you on the spot. Dont get screwed and just dont use dishonest mechanics like these.

Very poor experience. 4 new tires installation and air leaking next day in 2 tires. When I took it back to fix leaking, they did a very dirty job and didnt check the presure on the other 2 tires.👎👎👎👎

We are traveling out of state for basketball tournament in our rv on a Sunday no less, rear tire started losing air. The guys here were incredible...changed our tire out at no cost. Saved what could have been a terrible day.

I went in here to Firestone and got two new tires on the front will the back tires are LT and these tires on the front or HT doesnt that make a difference because I think my transmission is falling apart well I might be a little bit crazy but things are coming loose this is no fault of mine shouldnt they give me my tires back

I called for a quote talked to the service manager and asked him how much to balance 2 new tires (new goodyear wrangler) that I already have,installed on the rims all they needed to do is spin balance and I would install them. I was quoted $80.00 dollars just to balance them! I then asked to have the cost of an alignment I was quoted $114.00 wow this company are really in love with themselves. I live in west salem so I went to les swabbs and talked to lisle and his quote for the alignment is 59.95 and 13.50 per tire to balance. what is firestone thinking about. Have they forgotten it is the customer that pays their bills. The service manager tried tell me all about an all wheel drive and that i had to have 4 new tires to evenly match each other and that is not the case. the tires have to be evenly matched in height i explained and then told him that I have been a mechanic for 35 years that i have my own shop and that i am a.s.e certified . and he still tried to sell me new tires even tho i just bought 4 new tires from amazon and was just trying to get two of them balanced and a four wheel alignment. swabbs balanced the two rear tires for me already i did not want to install the two front tires until i could get an alignment at the same time INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO ME THE SERVICE MANAGER CHOSE TO TALK OVER ME AND WAY OVER QUOTE ME AND TRIED TO SELL ME ON WORK BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE CAR ! WHAT IS FIRESTONE THINKING ? I WILL TELL ALL MY CUSTOMERS OBOUT THIS AND SEND THEM TO SWABBS

They lie about the work they do or they will tell you something needs to be done to your car when it doesnt. I dont trust them.
