I called Custom Car Care early this afternoon after learning my new wheels and tires were being delivered today and asked if they could put them on my truck for me later on around 4-5pm. Joe, the owner, said no problem and fit me in the schedule. When I walked in Joe greeted me and knew who I was before I told him! They got my wheels and tires installed in no time at all and for a really great price. While I waited I was able to chat with Joe and learned about his business and got fantastic advice on how I should maintain my high mileage 2020 Ram 1500. Im glad I did my research and chose Custom Car Care! Will be going here for all my service and repair needs moving forward.

Custom Care Car is great at communicating with their customers. They reach out from time to time to check in your services and the day of service they call you and walk you through all of the work and breakdown the cost for you. They are fairly priced with their repairs, and best of all they let you have a loaner car while they work on yours. They always fit me in their schedule and everyone is honest and friendly. You don’t realize that there are honest mechanics out there and they are it! They don’t try to upsell you or convince you to spend money you don’t need repairs for. I’m am so glad I found them. Ive been going to Custom Care Care for a few years now & I have always had a great experience! Theyre so professional, they go through the work with you & explain everything in full detail, and they never get impatient by my (too many) questions! They stand by there work! We had a little blip a couple of years back (nothing major at all, had to do with sticker & not repairs) & they took the car back at no charge at all. They have provided a rental whenever it was needed as well. I have gone to many different mechanics throughout my years, & I wil never use another again, I have a security with Custome Car Care as no other, & have never had a questionable experience as I have in the past w/ some mechanics taking shortcuts & overcharging. I know the work is absolute quality & theyll never ever steer you wrong. You can just tell how they operate that they truly care about their customers & their vehicles. Work is quality & I am certainly willing to pay for quality & not ever wondering that things may not be right/put back right when I get back behind the wheel & go. I was more than pleasantly surprised dealing with Custom car care. First thing you notice is how clean, neat an organized things are outside.. You go inside and it continues in there. But the one thing that really set them apart was their welcoming attitude. Ive been in more than a few places where they act almost like you bothering them.. Far from the case here. From the first call i made to them to Checking my car in for some work they all smiled and had a very welcoming demeanor. They did just what I needed to be done. The quality was perfect and cost very fair. My Yukon XL Denali has never driven so straight and handled so well .. Kudos to you guys.. I am new to the area and needed to establish a new relationship with a trustworthy Mechanic, having trust in your mechanic is key in this day and age.I am glad that I found CCC. Joe and his ASE Certified team are the best of the best they explain everything a customer needs to know about their vehicle in a way that everyone can understand, they dont overcharge, they dont say that things need to be replaced when its not needed, they are trustworthy & very friendly most of all they are honest people. This is the second time I brought my car here and I honestly have no complaints, looking forward to the next time I need some work on my vehicle. Just moved to NH from FL. Had to get 2 cars and 1 truck inspected. My daughter recommended Custom Car Care and they were very helpful. They did the inspections quickly. They let us know what was required to pass inspection and what could wait to be fixed so we wouldnt have to pay for everything all at once. They even let us know what manufacturer recalls were outstanding on our vehicles. Will be going back!

I’ve been a customer of Custom Car Care for a couple of years now and every time my vehicle has any check engine lights come on, Joe would take the vehicle and check the codes and gives me good estimate and when the repair will be and what the cost will be. Also I find it very convenient that he has a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop for repairs. Not many places does that besides dealers. Service is top notch.Nick

Custom Car Care is absolutely, hands-down the best car repair place in the state! I am a car person and, like pets, my cars become part of the family. So I dont take them to just anyone. Last time I took one to a dealership that dealership bought me new rims because of the damage they did.No worries about this at Custom Car Care. Joe treats every car like its his own. I just brought the latest addition to the family into his shop, and even with the special rims I have, they didnt put a single scratch on them!! I know people have better things to worry about but I cant tell you the anxiety it gives me to hand the keys over to someone else.More importantly, Joe is honest and fair about his work and prices. He wont jerk you around like some people and hes there to fix what you need and not create a domino effect of other things you need to have repaired unless its truly a safety issue. I had a local place trying to get me to pay $100s for a new tire when all I needed was a patch, correctly done (from the inside), and shes as good as new! And thats just one of many stories I have.Cant say enough good things about Custom Car Car!

We have been extremely happy with who I call Customer Car Care. We have our 92 VW Cabrio serviced here and they are very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They always present their findings in what has to be/should be done now, what can be put off for a while, and which ones should just be watched. They may or may not ever become a problem. Besides their findings they will also give you options (if there are any) and would advise you if any repairs should be combined now so they dont have to charge you again to do the same type of repair in the near future. I am not a mechanic but something like - we have to take the fan assembly off to replace your fuel pump, now would be a good time to do your serpentine belt because you are almost due and we will already have the front of the engine off (that is just an example). It is always nice to find a place you can trust and we found ours with Custom Car Care!

I have been going to Custom Car Care for over 15 years along with other family members of mine. Joe is the greatest, very knowledgeable and will fix what’s needed and not try to sell you things you don’t need. You never have to worry about having to go back twice for the same issue, it gets fixed and fixed correctly the 1st time. You get to leave with a peace of mind that you’re good to go until you’re next service!!! CCC has the greatest mechanics and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!!!

Joe and his team of team of professionals are top notch. They have been my mechanics for many years now and I trust no one else in the business but them. The best service, besides good price and trustworthy service, is they offer loaner cars so you don’t have a wait around. Just take the loaner home, go about your daily business and when the car is ready, take the loaner back and pick up your car. It can’t get any more convenient than that.

I had an issue with an oil leak. CCC stood behind their work and fixed the leak at no extra charge. They are always very attentive. They always call with a followup to ensure you are satisfied with their work.

Complete all maintenance perfectly and in a timely manner. Their courtesy checks at the end of every visit are extremely thorough and help make sure your car doesnt have any small issues that will make it have to come back in sooner than it needs to. From the location of parts for a non-existent care company to servicing the vehicle, CCC has been able to keep my car up and running. Went in for a transmission leak, they called and told me I had no transmission leak and that the problem was a steering leak so I gave them the go ahead to fix. Charged me $500 dollars for one steering line. I got a second opinion, turns out there was a good transmission leak, and the ENTIRE area of the transmission was soaked, so not really sure how they missed that. It was a $40 fix from the second person. No way in h*ll would I ever recommend this place. I definitely feel I was taken advantage of, being charge $500 for one steering line...not to mention they didnt even fix what I went in for...

I have been taking my car here for over a year and this review is long overdue. The first time I visited to replace rotors and brake pads based on reviews I found online and was very impressed. Even small issues like a leak in the roof was fixed. Customer service is amazing, honest, right price - nothing negative to say.

I liked dealing with Phil, he is fair, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable. Other shops would have most likely taken days or even weeks on this job, but Custom Car fixed my Galant in 1 day, they even gave me a free loaner car for the night. I cant see bringing my car anywhere else from now on, I finally found a mechanic shop I can trust...Im told I can be tough to deal with and quick to criticize, but in this case I had a 100% positive experience. I would rate this shop 5-stars.

I do all auto work on my cars myself. But when I broke off a spark plug in the head off my 2008 Ford F-150, and then broke the extraction tool off into the broken spark plug, I knew I was in over my head.I had the truck towed to Custom Car Car. In just two short hours of work they pulled my broken plug, and removed all 3 remaining plugs that also broke in half into the head.If you’ve ever had to deal with this common issue on your Ford, you’ll know that non-dealer mechanics usually quote just under a grand to do this job and the job goes up from there if the plugs break. Joe and his guys dealt with 4 broken plugs for almost a quarter of that cost and they did it in no time at all.I am amazed and I will definitely be going out of my way to use them again in the future when I find myself in a bind.
