They went to another store to get the matching tires I needed. They did it in a timely manner and kept me up to date. Good prices and also let me know how my breaks were.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They refused to put a bald tire as my spare but left me with a flat spare???? They also didnt reprogram my TPMS sensor so now I wont know if my new tire is going flat. Here I thought Les Schwab was a reputable company. (Response to owners response) - You should also know better than to leave a paying customer with a flat spare that you couldve aired up and a TPMS sensor that I payed for to be programmed. Im not wasting anymore time and money with your place. Next time treat your customers with proper service.

I had one of our employees take one of our fleet vehicles into this specific location today. We told them to inspect the brakes. They said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Here’s a picture of what was actually wrong. The entire brake system and that specific tire was nonfunctional yet my employee was told that everything was fine. And of course the first thing they tried doing was selling some brand new tires. I called them to point this out and spoke with both a mid-level manager as well as the store manager and I will tell you it was a pretty unfortunate and sad interaction. The customer service culture at that location is being driven by a manager that I believe doesn’t understand the customer service experience. I am livid. The store manager spent 75% of the time blaming us for not having told them that the brakes were already broken. Saying that this is why they did not catch it. Keep in mind they say they offer free brake inspection’s, well he made it clear today that free brake inspection’s are only a quarter of a real brake inspection. If you’re looking for accuracy, don’t use their free service or just take it somewhere else.

I needed windshield wipers for my Volvo s40, walked in and 15 minutes later an employee had the new wipers on, they were polite and fast, Les Schwabs is great! Thanks Les Schwab.

I had a recent problem with a under inflated tire while traveling down I-5. A different tire shop had rotated the tires earlier that morning with out correctly adjusting the tire pressure(s). This Les Schwab location quickly helped me out and at NO CHARGE... THANK-YOU!!

We were traveling and had a problem with a wobbly feeling in our van. Called and spoke with Blake who told us to come right on in. He found a balloon in our rear tire and they got us a replacement and back in the road within about an hour and a half. Excellent service and fair price! Thanks Blake!

As always, Les Schwab Tire Center in Keizer was excellent. They were very busy but still fast, courteous and professional.

They did good work at a fair price. However, they didnt even move my car into the shop until the time frame I was given had already elapsed. If they say theyll be done in an hour, expect it to take an hour and a half.

Best customer service! Great products: had 4 new Mazama all-terrain tires and 1.5 inch lift on my Jeep Renegade and it later experienced 2 ice/snow blizzards and then a rough, rock trail and handled like a CHAMP.

We lost our boat trailer wheel, axle, and suspension on the freeway on Labor Day. We were able to get a flatbed to haul it to Les Schwab. They were closed, so we spent the night in our camper next to the boat.Within minutes of the store opening, the techs were evaluating the trailer. Josh told me they would try to get the parts out of Portland, but he couldn’t guarantee anything, since this was not a typical situation.We were amazed when we got a call around 3pm that the trailer had been repaired. It is actually better than new. Josh and his team were fantastic and the price was very fair.

There were some young boys with a broken scooter and they fixed it for them for free. I just love this place.

I recently had a tire that was flat so I called les schwab for assistance. They had an employee that was heading to a service call so they call him and rerouted him back to assist us. He arrived within 10 minutes, he got right to work replacing the flat tire with the spare and was done quickly. Not only was he fast but he was very professional. Once the spare was on I drove a few blocks up the road to their store, I bought a new tire at a great price and they installed it really quick. They gave us such great customer service which I thought they went above and beyond. If I would of had to call a tow truck for help it would of cost me more than the tire itself.i cant express to you just how much I was impressed with them. Fast, friendly and very affordable.

My father started trading with Les himself, in Prineville, back in the sixties, buying school bus tires. He told all of us kids to always buy your tires from Les Schwab. He is 98 and still does. I am 63 and I too, am a lifetime customer.I ran over a softball size rock/boulder from a recent rock slide while traveling in the gorge. I took the tire in the next busiess day, only to discover that the tire was destroyed and I would need to buy a new one. They had the tire in stock, but they surprised and reminded me when I went to pay my bill, that it was still under warrantee, cause we purchased 4 new tires in late summer from this very store.I drove all over the west in my career as a salesman-averaged 60,000 miles a year! And a piece of my good run that I had in business is because a Les Schwab Tire Store was always close by to get me through another minor road or auto emergency and back on the highways to my customers. The free popcorn, coffee, and clean restrooms were always a welcome feature that . . . heh . . . made me smile and be comforted.

These guys are awesome!! I dont believe they should have to wear masks while they are working so hard! Their shop doors are open, the air is clean and crisp, no need for a mask that doesnt work!!!!

I was pretty disappointed, i waited an hour and a half and still didnt get serviced. Nobody talked to me i had to leave to pick up the kids from school.

I pulled in, no appt, told them the problem. They tried fixing the problem. The problem ended up being a Ford warranty issue. They gave me detailed information to share with Ford. They worked on the problem for at least an hour and didn’t charge me anything. I took the paperwork to Ford and they are fixing it under warranty. Most people approach having to take their car into a shop for repair or service with extreme trepidation. They fear being ripped off by the unscrupulous; all they want to calm their nerves is a fair price, integrity, good communications, skillful work, and a solid guarantee. In the Pacific Northwest, Les Schwab is famous for all these things.They are not a full-service mechanics shop, but they are the best choice for what they do-- tires, batteries, brakes, and struts, as well as some other associated work. I have had all this work done at one time or another. My last work was replacing struts-- I was given an estimate beforehand and they delivered on time and to the penny. I dont know if they were the cheapest choice, but they beat other estimates in this case and I chose them with confidence.About their guarantee and service: I recently drained the battery on my car and after a night on the trickle charger, it still didnt start. I called Les Schwab in the morning and they showed right up. After a jump start, I was merely asked if I was going in to the shop to get the battery replaced. I said I was, so I followed the driver back. Because it was a Les Schwab battery still under warranty, the cost of replacement was quite reasonable and I was soon on my way. The whole experience lacked the panic and gnashing of teeth that so often accompanies roadside problems.This is not the only time I have relied on the good graces of this company help in times of trouble. You might find cheaper tires, but if you plan to stay in the Pacific Northwest, I suggest that you wont regret choosing Les Schwab.

I went in to your shop due to my front end continues to give us trouble. The guys in Keizer shop have been chasing the issue down. We came to the conclusion it is my rims. We looked for Ultra-62 which Principle which does not carry for a 15 tire. Every time I took my 91 Dodge Dakota they were very responsive and worked with my concerns.

I purchased a set of tires from this tire store in Keizer quite a few months ago. From past experiences with any business I pretty much figured thatll be the end of their willingness to back their prodoct. Ive punctured a couple tires. Ive needed them repaired and I have yet been charged for a tire repair. These people at this shop have backed up their tires 100 percent. I just dont know of very many companies that do what these people do at Les Schwab. I am very, very impressed with their treatment of regular customers. They were amazing! I woke up to find a flat tire on my truck right before I had to take my kids to school. Luckily, my roommate was able to drive them and I got my flat taken off my truck. I blew a tire out on the freeway on a Saturday afternoon. When I got to Les Schwabs by Fred Meyer N, they got me in and out VERY quickly. I have All-wheel drive on my car, I needed two tires. Prices were very reasonable, and because of the speedy service, I was still able to make it to the Duck game.

Great place to get tires and have your car or truck service. Well on the 19 of May the service was not that good. I waited 30 to 40 minutes. Thats so bad but when I saw athoer car come up and only waited about 5 minutes. I went inside to ask how much more time I had to wait. Two of the men noted that I was concerned they decided to have me go to Bay two. I was not happy. That why I checked only two Stars.

There’s no better service anywhere than there is at Les Schwab. They should teach classes on how to take care of customers. Whether it’s purchasing new tires, or if you have a flat (like I did today) and are in a pinch, they’ll give you professional, pleasant and fast service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great great customer service, And they treat you like a member of the family every time you come in theyre never in a bed mood.

Got a flat in the middle of the night, dropped it off before they opened because they were the most convenient location. Called in the morning to ask if they could look at it and they fixed/patched it within half an hour NO CHARGE!!! I was awed. Super fast friendly service, would definitely recommend again! By far the best Les Schwab in town. I know people at multiple locations and took my truck to the Lancaster store and they tried to rip me off. Called Keizer to see if my friend could be a second opinion and his employee told me that my truck was more or less fine after he spent an hour looking at it. He even tried to help me find the elusive sound coming from my front end. Gave me some options of what to do in the future and said come back in six months for another check up. Great place and honest employees. Blake is doing a great job here with his team

Today was pretty fast service. Went in for tire rotation. Sat in lounge. They have popcorn, coffee and TV news for you.

Even tho the location was busy they where kind and attentive. I never felt like an inconvenience they all wanted to make sure I got the help I needed. Great customer service is not a guarantee in this area but after just one experience Id trust this staff to do so everytime !

If you plan ahead to wait an hour and 30 minutes or more, you shouldnt have trouble with their service. I never have a problem with the outcome of their service, but a long wait time is costing me wages today, which isnt ideal.Reiterating: plan ahead according to wait time, and go during their less-busy hours.

I really like Les Schwab! The guys are efficient as well as courteous. They know their business! I think their tire prices are a bit high but when they fix a flat, its worth it!

Had to take the car in for a flat again today. Always excellent service and great customer care. They even stowed my tools away that I had in the back of the car from getting the spare out yesterday.

Service always seems fast and friendly. I wish I couldve bought my most recent tires (31x10.50 r15 Duratracs) from them, but I was quoted over $500 more than Discount Tire. LS does a better job balancing, so if I have issues with my free balances, I come here and pay the $60 to have it done. Staff is nice and informed as well.

I walked in at about 11:15 explained just needed a rotation and one tire checked for slow leak. There were 2 other people ahead of me figured no big deal maybe half hour to 45 mins. As I’m waiting, 2 people ahead finish up then about 10 new people come in. They do 3 people before me of new group that came and by that time it was after 12:20. The blonde lady at front is chatting with her friend for seriously a half hour ignoring customers and letting me get skipped. I had to leave at 12:45 because they kept saying I was next knowing their huge mistake. This place has done this to me multiple times and I was fed up. As I’m leaving someone nearly hits me pulling in. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy then tells me that it’s hit or miss to come back a better time. Hit or miss when I’m one of 3 people in morning? Employees just say what people wanna here and didn’t even apologize to me.

Les Schwab is THE ONLY TIRE STORE, as far as my family goes. Tires, lifts, Air-bags, flats, they have done it all for me. Not to mention a location in Enterprise!!!

Wow!!! I had a dead battery and after getting a jump, arrived after closing. Blake and crew anylized my problem and sent me down the road 100 percent. Had to buy a battery, but peace of mind as winter is coming is priceless. Did I say this was after hours. Customer service is 110 percent.

6/19/2014. I’m a designer-engineer by trade, anal to the extreme, few people have the patience for my level of detail. Basically I’m quirky. I explored very specific wheel-tire fits for my “toy”, knowing they would be outside of the book recommendations. Blake was patient, explained the risks of special order wheels, and I took ownership of the risks. We measured & verified the hub to fender dimensions. We ordered the wheels and tried them on the car before mounting the tires. We ordered the tires and mounted one before mounting all four. Basically stepping gently thru the process and verifying each step, which meant several trips to Les-Schwab and waiting for multiple orders to come in. End result, I don’t think I could have filled the fenders any better. Kudos to Blake, his unwavering patience and Les-Schwab tires.

I have been a customer of the Keizer store for over 35 years. The reason why is because of the quality of service and the backing of their products. Pricing is fair and includes many things that other tire stores charge extra for. I just bought new Maxxis Razr 35x12.50x15 mud terrains for my Bronco. Very nice riding tire and balanced real nice. I sometimes just stop by to chat with Manager Blake and others of his staff. His suspension and mechanic guru is Josh. Josh not only knows his stuff but is a great guy to talk with. Yes, I am high on this store and those that work in it and for good reason! They treat me like a friend and take care of my Bronco as they have done for the 20 years I have owned it. My wife and I were up here in Oregon visiting with relatives looking at apartments when our brakes started making some gnarly sounds. Josh took us in with no appointment first thing in the morning and got us out in 45 minutes with brakes in perfect condition! Definitely recommend these guys! They even gave us quotes on some work they thought I should get done soon too.
