Worst store ever. Understandable that stores are short staffed, but inform your clients and delegate them to different locations! This store is NEVER open and when it is the sales rep is the rudest. It is 4:30 on a Friday and once again, closed. Dont utilize this location.Response to the owner: delegate your clients to the locations which have more functionality at the moment. Dont force this one employee to take on the additional work load because you are short staffed. You are not doing your employees or its clients a service for overworking your one employee. Make it worth your employees time to work for you, and then you wont have these staffing issues.

Awful customer service from the moment entering the store. Took my younger sister in there to go prom dress shopping and we were informed she would only be able to try on TWO dresses. The associate was incredibly rude towards us and we ended up just walking out. Terrible experience, would NOT recommend!!!!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The employee was incredibly rude to me when I asked her what they had in my size I could try on, she said we have tons of things, so I pointed out a bunch of different dresses all of which she said no to. It didnt seem like they had anything at all in my size, or at least not that theyd show me. I was also not allowed to look myself, as you are not allowed to look through the racks without an employee which I understood, but they were not helpful at all. Stay far far away from this shop, especially if youre plus size.

Tremendous experience, Carmen is super attentive, accommodating, respectful, professional and above all very responsible, she was always calling and did not leave me until she helped us get a beautiful and beautiful dress, very grateful thank you
