I had an amazing first wedding dress try on experience at the Bridal Gallery in down town Salem. The entire gallery was reserved for myself and party for a private appointment, adding to the overall exceptional experience. My consultant Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced with over 20 years in Bridal. I showed her my wishlist and she brought out a dress that I had thought I wanted. After trying on what I thought my dream dress would be, I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. Michelle picked out 6 more amazing dresses I ended up finding the the one!

I had an amazing experience here! Michelle was so kind! As I was looking through the dresses they’re weren’t very many that struck out, I was getting nervous but the perfect one ended up being one of the last three on the rack! I never thought id find THE DRESS right in my home town! Thought I needed to go to the big bridal shops in Portland, but nope! Today 10/16/21 I said YES to my dream dress, everything I looked for in dresses put into one! & the dress ended up being RIGHT on my budget! 🤍 Glad I went there I recommended everyone to at least check this place out.

Had such a great experience at The Bridal Gallery. My stylist Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle pulled a few gowns for me to start and to learn what I like or what I was drawn to. I ended up finding my dream dress with the help of Michelle and I couldnt be more excited! I had the most amazing experience here. I came in a little stressed after really struggling to find a dress that checked all my boxes at other places and walked out with my DREAM dress. The whole process was amazing and my consultant Olivia was a dream. Incredibly kind, amazing listener, so so helpful. She’s one of those people who asks you questions and genuinely makes you feel like your answers matter so much to her. She honestly made the whole experience amazing. 10/10 would recommend both this shop, and her. So happy with my experience.

At 1am I set up a very last minute 10am appointment and didnt think they be available but they were. I walked in and Cheyenne helped me out with my tux consultation I say it that way because I was in need of a tux right there and then, I was told they usually have tuxes sent to them as they place the order but then said she could help me out as long as what they had in inventory fit me. I was in Desperate need of one and luckily the tux that they had on a few manikin actually fit me, I was satisfied with what Cheyenne had picked out for me, everything fit but the pants, which they took care of almost immediately. They went that extra mile and took care me with a great tux, made me feel welcomed and really saved me from going to the event in slacks and a shirt. Thank you so much Cheyenne for putting everything together in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend this place and will be going to them whenever Im back out in Salem for a special event.

Michelle was so very lovely to work with! She was attentive, helpful, and super encouraging. I would highly recommend this boutique. Just make an appointment, we didnt know that. Where to start.... First, I had to PAY for our appointment. $150 NON refundable and no frills or added bonuses with this appointment. We had first scheduled our appointment for 6 people, ($50 fee, but the $50 would go towards the dress if we purchased from there.) I called them two day prior to our appointment to ask them if we could have some added guest making our total 9, they said yes but I would need to pay for the extra people, making my total of $150 and only $50 of that being somewhat refundable.The store was not busy at all during our appointment, my Daughter (the Bride) showed our assistant what type of dresses she was wanting, only to have dresses come to her try on room that matched nothing of her choices. My Daughters sister, and maid of honor was not allowed in the dressing room to help assist my Daughter is trying on her dresses.Our Assistant was very commission driven, and I felt she was putting my Daughter in dresses she felt would be best fitting for my Daughters body style, and our top end budget. My Daughter was so frustrated, and asked if her best friend could come give her a pep talk in the dressing room and was declined this request. She was also declined the request of having her Sister in the dressing room as well. After several dresses were a huge miss, my Daughter got emotional, and frustrated with her assistant. The assistant came out to us, and told us that our Bride was crying because she didnt feel supported. When, in truth our poor bride was frustrated that she wasnt being heard and couldnt have support in her dressing room, and was getting dresses that were nothing like what she has envisioned.This was such a horrible first wedding dress shopping for us! HORRIBLE! And I had to PAY to be a guest in this store! When we asked about our Daughter getting a swag bag, we were told it was only for brides that bought a dress... extremely rude. Unprofessional, and they only show you the dresses that bring in their assistants the highest commission. no regards for thoughts and dreams of the Bride herself. Save your money, and your tears... go support other bridal stores.

We had the most WONDERFUL experience today with Michelle! She listened to the jumbled mess of ideas that I had in my head and created a selection of dresses—and I loved Every. Single. One. She made magic happen within my budget and I am so grateful.Olivia was also working and was so kind and helpful when we had questions and took a fun boomerang of me with my dress bag to commemorate the occasion. I cannot recommend The Bridal Gallery enough! 💕

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and oh my goodness it was the best experience I’ve ever had!! I am so glad I decided to come to this bridal gallery! Almost every dress I tried on I really liked them all, but I found the perfect dress and I’m so happy! I went to a big bridal shop before I came to the bridal gallery and they had only 1 dress and I didn’t even like how it looked on me. I started my appointment extremely nervous but Olivia quickly helped me feel at ease and she listened to everything I liked about dresses and my concerns and she quickly found a new dresses that were better than the last. When I tired on the dress I decided to get it truly felt magical and the owner was so kind as well. They hyped me up and made me feel like the bride I’d always imagined I be. I had a wonderful experience finding my dream wedding dress. At first I wasnt feeling the dresses I tried on but I feel like we were working our way through the appointment to find my perfect dress and building up the excitement for when I found the one! There are so many beautiful options I know you will be able to find yours! A bonus is that they are very affordable! I always thought my dream dress was going to be way over my budget...well they proved me wrong! THIS place was incredible!!!! I had the place to myself on a Sunday and they were so very accommodating!! We were able to bring in champagne and snacks and have my daughters on facetime, all while having my max amount of guests with me.. well work the $$.Michelle was the one who helped me and she REALLY listened to me!! I visited The Bridal Gallery for my wedding dress while I was in Oregon visiting family. I live in New Jersey, but wanted to go to a place in Oregon so my grandmother could come along for the experience. I scheduled online and received a call from someone right away to ask some questions to customize my experience. They were so friendly. The day of, we arrived and had the best time. Our consultant was fantastic. (I cant remember her name, Im so sorry! Though everyone we spoke with was great. It might have been Heather, but its been almost 2 years since I went in. ha) She let us look around and pick things we liked, and then she asked what I was looking for and picked a few more things for me. The trying-on process was great, she was super helpful, and they allowed us to drink a bottle of sparkling wine that we brought in! After trying on a few, our consultant had an idea - I wanted a fitted bodice, but I loved the idea of sleeves. She came back with a jacket, and it perfectly matched the dress that I loved - and they werent even made to go together! I knew that was it. I was saying yes! (At the risk of sounding cliche.) The jacket had elbow-length sleeves, and I wanted full-length, so we were also able to order more fabric for the seamstress to extend them. The ordering and shipping process was so easy. I was nervous since it had to be shipped to them in Oregon, and then from them to my parents in Texas (where the wedding was), all while I was living in New Jersey. But everything went smoothly and arrived safely! The Bridal Gallery communicated everything to me and were so great. Everything arrived at once - obviously the dress and the jacket, but also the extra fabric, and bra cups, as well as straps if I wanted to add them to the dress (which was strapless). All in a nice garment bag. I couldnt have asked for anything better, and I am still in love with my dress, even 6 months after the wedding. Thank you!!(Note: the alterations were done at a separate place in Texas, only because thats where the wedding was.)

I loved it! I went to two other bridal shops before this one and neither gave me the bridal experience like The Bridal Gallery. They did everything your expecting and wanting when you try on wedding dresses. My dress is so perfect i cant wait tell alterations.

I had a good experience there, Michelle was very helpful and was respectful of my budget and my taste. She kept kept track of the gowns I liked the best so that I could come back and get it. While I did purchase a gown somewhere else she still reached out to check and make sure that I got a gown.

After searching at several other bridal shops, I finally found a dress that had everything I envisioned at The Bridal Gallery. Michelle and the rest of the ladies here were so helpful, patient and kind. There was no feeling of pushiness or the need to make the sale like I experienced at other places. They made me feel confident and beautiful, and there was such a great selection of dresses. I can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams in my dress!

I just had my private appointment. It wasn’t too expensive to do that. Michelle was the lady who helped me that day and she was very helpful and nice. I had SO MUCH fun! I found my dress quick it was the 4th one I tried on! I’m going back for my bridesmaids here soon!

They are so knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you feel special every time you walk in the door. Their selection of both wedding and formal/pageant dresses is extensive. This was my first time looking for a wedding dress and I was super nervous as I have no really strong opinions about what I wanted. It started out strong as I had Cheyenne helping me out pick dresses out. The first two were great but eventually she picked one that trumped them all. I ended up saying yes to this dress and I could not be happier with my choice coming here. I highly recommend coming to this gallery as everything is clean and tidy and everyone was super nice. I had the best experience working with Michelle at The Bridal Gallery! She called me a couple days ahead of time and we talked about what I was thinking about and what I liked. When we arrived she asked about pictures I had been looking at to get a better idea of what I liked. She never rushed me or made me feel pressured at all. She was also really great at asking me questions to help me decide between a couple of dresses I was liking. I have a difficult time being decisive especially with something like this so between my gals and Michelle I finally found the dress. Loved loved loved going here! This was only the 3rd store I’d been to and I found my dress literally 3 dresses in. My bridal consultant Michelle was AMAZING she pulled all the right dresses even pulled a tux mannequin up next to me while in the dress I chose to see what it would look like against the color tux my fiancé will be wearing. Would 1,000% recommend going here. So glad I #saidyestothedress here and not anywhere else. - I drove down from SeaTac area and so glad I did. Can’t wait for my dress to get here!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress at The Bridal Gallery. The sales associate helping me, Michelle, did a perfect job pulling dresses for me; she listened to what I wanted and didnt put any pressure on my to rush or to like something. She knew exactly when to step away and give me some privacy with my girlfriends so I could think about what I wanted. She pulled a dress for me that she had a good feeling about and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this salon as a place to shop for your wedding dress. Angie and her team at the Bridal Gallery are amazing!!! I got my dress, veil and jewelry at the bridal gallery. From picking out my dress to alterations to taking it home the day before my wedding I had nothing but a positive experience. I went here to find my dress and do my alterations. I was so happy with the service I received and was in aww how nice everyone was. They made me feel calm and Im a very self conscious person but they were understanding and caring to my needs. Michelle was so nice and I appreciate all she did for me. For someone that doesnt like clothes shopping & is insecure I never expected shopping for a wedding dress could be fun & after trying another store first & having an awful experience, I was dreading trying again. She went out of her way to make this a fantastic experience, made me feel beautiful & special! The deluxe bridal appointment was absolutely amazing. The bride had all the focus and our consultant Lexi paid great attention to detail. She made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I had gone to a different bridal store and had left almost in tears: Everything I tried on looked hideous, my consultant didn’t listen to what I said and she was on the phone for most of our appointment. I didn’t want to go through that again so I ordered a dress online, praying I would like it and it would fit me. But then I decided to try out the Bridal Gallery on a whim. What a night and day difference! Michelle listened to everything I said, she was with me every step of the way, and everything actually looked good on me and flattered my body type! I was truly amazed at what a positive experience it was for me! Michelle even brought a dress to me that she thought would work with my body type and bingo!! That was “the one”. I went to a box store before I heard about the Bridal Gallery and found a dress that was eh, figured since it wasnt my first time getting married I wasnt going to have the same response I did the first time around, just because it wasnt new. By the time I was going to pick up my other dress, I just decided it wasnt for me. I didnt want to go back to that box store due to the transactional feeling that I received, so I went into the Bridal Gallery due to my sister-in-law getting her dress there. I made an appointment on the website which was SO easy. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I went to look at dresses. We were paired with Rebekah who was absolutely wonderful! She had such a fun personality which really matched well with ours. She listened to what we did and didnt want in a dress. I tried on my last dress and as I walked from the dressing room to the mirrors, I got that this is it!! feeling. The whole first interaction was wonderful, no pressure and very willing to work with us. From February of 2017 to July 2017, we worked with Rebekah, Dave and Angie on fittings and tuxes. It was so nice to call up and they instantly knew who I was by my first name. Talk about service! Dave worked with the schedules of all our groomsmen to get their initial fitting done and then once the tuxes came in. We even had an unusual situation happen with our youngest (12 months) and his tux. We waited as long as possible due to him growing a lot in the first year to get him measured. When the time came to get his tux, the manufacturer changed their sizes and no longer offered his size in our colors. Dave gave us some suggestions so that we could get a tux for him. We tried to look around and werent able to find anything local for him. Before I even had time to freak as a bride, Dave texted us that he had put out the word in his network of bridal people and found us a tux in the size we needed and the colors matched!! Crisis adverted thanks to his great customer service! If we hadnt already decided to rent our bridesmaids dresses, I would have done it ALL through Bridal Gallery as they were so easy to work with and took care of us the whole way through. I cannot recommend this store enough! I went to 2 other stores prior to this one. The first one, horrible customer service. The second one, good customer service but was not finding a dress that I loved. We went to The Bridal Gallery and were immediately greeted by Rebekah, who was my consultant. She was phenomenal! She sat down and talked to me about what I do want, and what I dont want. She then walked me through the store having me tell her what I saw in different dresses that I liked/didn’t. Every dress that I tried on was amazing quality. Rebekah actually ended up choosing a dress for me to try before I made a final decision on one that I liked; the dress she chose was the one! She was fun, encouraging, supportive, and really listened to what I was telling her. The store itself had tons of dresses in different styles. The set up was classy. There was plenty of space for my guests to sit and be comfortable. They had cute gifts for my in my fitting room and a nice robe. These ladies know their stuff, and I would highly recommend The Bridal Gallery to anyone.

Really wanted to try this place out :( Called to see how many are allowed in for an appointment, they told me 2 but if you pay $49 you can have 4 guests. A special moment to share with loved ones at a cost? That $49 can only be applied to your dress IF you buy that same day. Very wrong. This is a special moment in peoples lives.

I went yesterday and OMG! Let’s just say it was everything! Customer service was amazing and I didn’t feel rushed one bit to choose a dress. Finally, after months of looking - I found my dress. I walked into the store with little hopes of finding a dress today as I have been looking and just havent found the one. I was greeted right away, and Lexi helped me despite me not having an appointment. She showed me dresses in my size, and listened to me when I told her what I was looking for. I immediately saw a dress that I just couldnt take my eyes off of. This ended up being my dress, and I am so excited to walk down the aisle in it! My first wedding dress experience was the worst. I won’t point fingers but I left feeling like that hippo in the tutu in Fantasia. Then Covid. A postponed wedding. I was NOT excited to do this again. I made an appointment and went to meet Michelle at The Bridal Gallery with zero expectation and not very high hopes. Michelle was amazing. She made me feel like a beautiful bride. She knew my insecurities and picked things that would flatter me. Everything I tried on looked and felt good. I was in such shock when I found “The One” that I left without it. Thinking I was just in my own head. I literally looked at pictures of me in that dress everyday since I left. Today, 4 days later, I went back and purchased my perfect dress. Walked in on Saturday and they were super busy but made sure to still greet me and show me to the outlet section that I had gone to browse. I honestly was not planning on buying a dress but did see a couple I thought I would try on to get a better idea of what styles I like. Knowing I was probably just browsing They still were able to accommodate getting me in a dressing room even though they had a full schedule. The woman that helped me didn’t treat me any differently knowing that I was on a budget and not there to spend thousands of dollars. She made sure to show me gowns that were in my budget so I wouldn’t fall in love with something and then be disappointed I couldn’t get it. She asked questions about what I liked about certain dresses and what I didn’t to get an idea of my style. I felt like I was given the full experience as if I had made an appointment and ended up trying a dress that fit me like a glove right off the rack! It was totally different than what I had envisioned for myself originally but it made me feel like a bride not just like I was wearing a pretty dress. I didn’t expect to walk out saying yes to the dress but I did and am so glad they accommodated me at the last minute. The dress was the only one left and not able to be ordered and I would have missed out on the absolute perfect dress without the bridal galleries help. Definitely recommended!

I worked with Lexi and she was amazing! She talked me through what I was looking for and my budget, and showed me dresses to get a general idea of what I liked. Then she brought different styles into the fitting room and found me the perfect dress! I definitely recommend working with her if you get the chance!

Best dress buying experience ever!I am a bridesmaid for my youngest brothers wedding in October. The wedding is on the East Coast and my husband, daughter,and I are the only party members from the West Coast. I attended one bridal party fitting via video chat, but I really needed to try dresses on to know what I wanted.I set up an appointment with The Bridal Gallery in minutes over the phone to try on dresses from a specific dress line that matched what the other women are wearing (this store is the ONLY dress shop that carries the specific line within driving distance).I was impressed by the text messages confirming my initial appointment & reminders.When I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the associate greeted me warmly. She was friendly and attentive while she escorted me to a room filled with dresses already selected for me to try based on the few details and preferences I gave over the phone. I found the perfect dress in under 15 minutes from her selections - not easy to do for this plus-sized, self-conscious mother-of- three! My attendant was so encouraging & knowledgeable, and she worked quickly to assist me with ordering my dress and having it delivered so I can be fitted and confident with plenty of time before the wedding without traveling far from home.I just got my text today that my dress arrived and Im so excited to return to The Bridal Gallery to try it on!

The entire staff at The Bridal Gallery is AMAZING! Rebekah was my consultant and she was so helpful and patient with me and my party. With her help I was able to find the PERFECT dress for my wedding. They also offer so many extra benefits from the alterations all the way to dress preservation after the wedding. I will tell everyone that I know who is getting married to go check out The Bridal Gallery!

I had an amazing experience here. Rebekah listened to everything I wanted and helped find exactly the right dress. The specifics I wanted required some alterations to be made and she helped me see them on the dress so I would know exactly what they would look like. They have a HUGE selection of plus sized dresses which was such a relief for me considering everywhere I went had NOTHING for me to try!I highly highly recommend you come here first before trying anywhere else!

Rebekah was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a few things that I liked about different dresses and had been unable to choose until she helped me find the perfect dress that had everything I wanted! I said yes to the dress here and couldn’t be happier!

At first glance this would be a great store to shop because of their reviews. Then you learn they bribe brides for those with discounts. My friend purchased her gown from this store and like many we expected a great relationship based on how great our consultant was. Not the case, she was left severely disappointed after her alterations had gone wrong and of course they blame the bride for weight loss. When you’re already a size 4 there is not much weight to be loss. You would think they would take pride in a bride wearing one of their gowns and make sure the work paid for is executed properly. Little to no care for their work, their brides or their reputation.edit to respond to business owner: What problem could that type of assumption solve? Other than a way to charge your shamed bride for more money when in actuality it was the tailors miscalculation. I’m happy you take pride in your alterations department, it makes you a lot of money without accountability. If you worked hard for your reviews you wouldn’t have to pay for them. Which probably explains why the majority of your good reviews are after a bride has purchased a gown and the majority of your bad reviews are from after it’s all said and done.

I came in for my first dress fitting EVER today and had the most amazing experience. I found the dress of my dreams with the help of the amazing staff. YAY!

I absolutely loved The Bridal Gallery. Rebekah was an amazing consultant and helped me find the perfect dress for my country western themed wedding. Gave amazing advice and helped make the whole experience so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing selection of dresses and a super fun/positive experience!

The manager rabeckah is absolutely fantastic. Walked in just to see if they carried bigger sizes because I’m a on the larger side. Walked out with my dress about an hour and a half later. Had such a wonderful experience I will be recommending everyone to start here.

I have bought all of my pageant dresses here, and was so excited to purchase the most important dress of all: my wedding dress. My mom, sisters, daughter, and I had so much fun with Rebekah, and I really appreciated all of the help I was given. I couldn’t decide between two dresses, and Rebekah asked guiding questions to help me reach my decision. I can’t wait to see how my wedding look comes together this fall!

I came in and was ushered in and given a first class experience. I was the number one priority and was shown a great number of dresses in my budget that were beautiful. I am a plus size girl and there were still plenty of options. I was treated like a queen. Definitely, 100% would recommend making an appointment. P.S. they donated a turkey to someone who needed it for each purchased dress!

L was very apprehensive of wedding dress shopping and admittedly put it off, but I would have started sooner had I known how awesome The Bridal Gallery, and Rebekah in particular, would be to work with. As a plus size bride, options can be a bit limited and clothes shopping not always fun, but Rebekah was down-to-earth, a true expert in this industry, and helped me to become a smart wedding dress shopper as I walked away with a better understanding of the industry and the lingo. Admittedly I did look at other bridal shops afterwards, none of which provided the same one-on-one expertise or attention to me, and all were pushy for a quick sale. Ended up back at The Bridal Gallery because they were willing to work with my specific interests and help me find a dress in my budget. Really cant say enough good things about them, highly recommend to brides and bridesmaids alike!

I was able to get an appointment with them right away at the time I wanted to. Rebekah was the one that helped me during the whole appointment and she took into account everything I was looking for in a dress. I was able to find the dress of my dreams within the first 30-45 minutes of being there! great experience!

First dress appointment and first dress I tried on. Absolute best experience! I thought I wanted the experience of trying on dresses, but when you know, you know. My consultant was amazing and really listened to what I wanted. She was with me the whole time. We ended up customizing the dress in the end. Amazing!

Absolutely amazing staff and wonderful personalities! I loved my dress and it was pressed to perfection! They worked with me all the way to the day of. All bridesmaids got their dresses from here and they were perfect and a great selection to choose from! My husband, dad, and father-in-law also had an amazing experience in getting the tuxes from here and they where exactly what we were looking for. All come very fast when we ordered them .

So I must admit, I am about to get married for the second time. After a dreadful experience with Davids Bridal and refusing to steam my dress, I called The Bridal Gallery and they were able to steam my dress for my first ceremony in time for the wedding (I had a week or two, not long at all). They saved the day! From that day on I always told myself if I ever needed something, or perhaps I had a daughter some day that I would return and recommend any friends to this amazing place!My first marriage ended (it was for the best) and now that I am getting married again, I returned to see Rebekah who was a total saint! I love this woman, she listened to everything I wanted (exact opposite from the previous wedding) and helped me try on gowns I saw online. Then asked if she could make a suggestion for an option to try...wouldnt you know it, she found the perfect dress for me! I had several limitations with standing and needing assistance or breaks in between trying on dresses with a disability I have in my feet. She was SO patient, attentive and helpful! I couldnt have asked for a better experience and Im so happy to have found my dress here.I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery to anyone in search of that dress for their special day. I drove four hours to come to the Bridal Gallery and it was absolutely worth it! The staff were friendly and welcoming. This was the first bridal store I have visited (and Ive been to many) where I felt that the staff were truly happy I was there and eager to help me.Samantha went above and beyond my expectations! She was so sweet, patient, and talented at finding dresses that fit my style and price range. I loved that she was a practical person, just like me. Not once did she push me to try on a gown outside of my price range. I would not have found my perfect wedding dress without her help! I am so thrilled to have said YES to the dress! One of the more dated and behind the times boutiques in the area. A little more claustrophobic compared to other bridal salons and family is pretty much sitting on top of each other in the viewing area. I would recommend bringing just 2 or 3 of your family members/close friends with you.My consultant was Rebekah and although I didn’t find my dress here I wish I did. She was attentive, informative and sensitive to what I was looking for. She mentioned that I wouldn’t find what I was looking for in my budget. However, instead of settling on the options she brought me, I was able to find the same dress I loved there at Blush for less (hey, $50 is $50).I’m grateful for my time in this cute little boutique but happy I kept shopping.
