Her lash skills are very high quality, professional looking, and she makes sure you’re happy and comfortable! This is now my second time going and I feel like a million bucks walking out!! I started getting eyelashes about six months ago and I am so grateful I found Irmina! She takes her time, is a perfectionist and would never let me leave her salon until I have perfect lashes! She is professional and her salon is beautiful! I tell her make them thinner but longer and not as thick as before.. not even knowing what Im really saying but picturing it in my mind...I open my eyes and my lashes are exactly like I imagined! If I could give her ten stars I would, thank you Irmina! ♥️♥️

Irmina is AMAZING! I drive from Boston to see her because 1) she accommodates appointments as early as 6am, so I can go before work, and 2) is faster than any other person I’ve received extensions from (a full set in just over an hour!), and 3) is super nice, clean, and reasonably priced. Nothing but positive things to say, and definitely recommend.

I’ve done my eyelashes here before a while back and I have an appointment coming up, and I’m so excited to be back!! Getting my lashes done here always has me walking out extra confident. I love that they go over all the details with you from the start so you’re not left with any unreasonable expectations. No one has ever explained the different styles and lengths to me like that before. The prices are reasonable, the environment is warm and inviting. Amanda has always been so great with fitting me in to her schedule even if it means staying late, you can really tell just how much she appreciates her clients by how well she treats them. I so look forward to my relaxing 45mins in those super comfy beds every two weeks! Getting your lashes done is a luxury and a treat and this wonderful salon is worth every penny! I can’t say enough about The Art of Lashes. They are SO incredibly professional. Their techs are expert in what they do...LASHES! Pro all the way. The proprietors Adam and Irmina are alway up-to-speed on the latest innovations in lash extensions and they regularly pass these on to their clients. As a journalist and talk show host, I’m in front of the camera ALL of the time, and so I rely on them regularly to keep my lashes looking great. Though at the time of this writing their salons are temporarily closed due to the pandemic, they still came through for me by recommending their strip lashes line. I ordered them immediately and absolutely LOVE them! I’m certainly looking forward to visiting the salon again soon, but in the interim, I HIGHLY recommend their wonderful lash line which you can find easily online. Thank you AOL...you’re simply the best! 👁 lashes 👍!!!

I went for the first time to get my lashes done and I saw Amanda. She made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer every question I have. She was absolutely great at her job and you can tell and loves it too. I recommend 100% going here and seeing her. You will not regret it!

The art of lashes staff is wonderful! They’re always flexible with my schedule, as well as always kind. Not to mention, I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go! I have been getting my lashes done here religiously every 3 weeks for the last 6 months, but as of recently Ive noticed a lot of changes have happened since the new location in Winchester got closer to being ready and my overall experience in Salem really changed.I had always had my lashes done by Ariana and they were PERFECT every time. Before my last appointment I received a phone call a couple of days prior that Ariana was going to be out on Medical and I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled and came in and had my lashes done by Cassandra. She was very nice and professional, however my lashes were nothing compared to the quality work Ariana provided. When my service was all done, I had some lashes longer than others and an entire clump glued together. It is very uncomfortable and looks like I have mascara caked and clumped on them. I was told by Cassandra that Ariana would be back at some point but then later found out she was no longer working there at all...When I went to book my next fill online not only was it nearly impossible to get an appointment that worked for me, because I cannot leave my job during the day when all the appointments were open. when there was a date that worked I was almost overdue by a week and that would have resulted in costing me more money. They now also charge up front for an appointment whether it is a full set or a fill! I dont always have $60-$80 available all the time so that meant if I didnt have the funds to prepay my appointment I would lose the time I had already had to search for to accommodate me!I had no issue making the 45 minute drive to the salon, but now with the lack of quality work, inflexibility of scheduling and inconvenience of paying up front, the commute I make now is not worth it. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

My full set they gave me a girl with 1 month experience! Then charged more if I wanted someone with experience!Awful eyelashes fell out same day. The lights are all DIM! you cant really know how they look until you leave.After expressing unhappiness, Amanda suggested that I go somewhere else! I DID!

I had eyelash extension before but this experience was AMAZING! it really changed my look my lash artist was so welcoming and gave me exactly the look I wanted. The pricing is very reasonable so I can afford to maintain this, I highly recommend

The owner, Irmina, did my volume lashes and they’re even better than I imagined.. so big and fluffy!! I was a little nervous at first but Irmina and Adam (and Louie) made me feel very confident i was in good hands! The entire salon from waiting area to restroom was extremely clean.

I have never gotten eyelash extensions prior to this place, therefore i did a lot of research before getting them done and i am hands down in love with this place! Its very clean and the employees are awesome. Irmina is amazing, she didnt try to make me do the fullest and most expensive, she really does what she feels will look best on you! They even did a free consultation with me before i decided to book my app. My lashes have never given me irritation, i hardly remember i even have them at times! They are super light weight and look amazing. I highly recommend this place!!

Irmina and her employees are incredible. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable about eyelashes. The art of eyelashes in Salem is such a clean and calming place to visit.I had previously got my lashes done by a salon that did not understand the actual art of eyelashes, it was inexpensive but was ruining my eyelashes. After going to Irmina I will never trust anyone else with my eyes. She removed my old, horrible lashes and is repairing my natural eyelashes while also being able to add some extensions. She knows exactly what she is doing and takes care of every eyelash like it is her own. I cant recommend the Art of Eyelashes enough! One of the very few places in the area that actually knows how to correctly do eyelash extensions!

I loved my lashes a lot, but its been a week or so and my right eyelashes fell off almost all of them, they started falling off the day after which was odd

It was an awful experience. I went in, in hope of an “eyelash lift”. However, when the whole process was finished I had only had one of my eye lashes curled and the other wasn’t. Rocio was the name of the girl who attended . I could feel her struggling curling my eyelashes, but she didn’t want to say anything. When we were done, I looked at myself in the mirror and she could see my dissatisfaction. But the only thing she said was “when you wash them, they should look the same” after I told her “this doesn’t look right”. which they didn’t. AT ALL. So I called for a refund, and the manager said, “we will give you a refund, all you have to do is send me pictures so we can see how they came out. which I did. He called me back the next day after a while, and said I can only give you some of the money back. He said his master artist reviewed the video of me getting them done and she did all the steps right. BUT, why did they send me home with one curled lash and not the other? That’s horrible customer service. They DO NOT give it their all, they only care about the money. When I went to get the money back, Rocio once again attended me and made me wait and was very rude. All in all, I recommend you not to go there unless you like mediocre jobs.

So I never write reviews toward businesses, but I knew I needed to write one about the Art of Lashes today.I got my lashes done every 3 weeks by the Art of Lashes from August 2017- July 2018 and I was NEVER disappointed. I had the pleasure of being worked on by different lash artists throughout that span of time, and each artist was super professional, made me feel super comfortable (enough to be able to fall asleep while someone was working on my eyes!) and allowed me to leave feeling nothing but satisfied and beautiful!Now, if it had anything to do with the Art of Lashes work, I would have never stopped getting my eyelash extensions back in July 2018. But unfortunately overtime my very sensitive eyes became irritated from the lashes, a reaction occurred ( that had nothing to do with the art of lashes work or their products), and I was sadly forced to take them off (with the very gentle and quick help of the owner herself, Irmina, who came in for me on a day when the salon located in Salem NH was closed, in between doctors appointments for her newborn beautiful baby girl).Anyway! Here I am back today, August 2019, still obsessed with lash extensions and the Art of Lashes work, so I decided to try again....but no luck, my reaction came again overnight, waking me up around midnight with eye pains and swelling. That was when I decided to reach out to the Art of Lashes through their Instagram account, literally at 12:15 in the morning, in hopes someone would see it later that day and create an appointment for me to have them taken off, but NO!Instantly I was given a response back through Instagram at that insanely late hour, apologizing for what happened to me, and creating an appointment for me to have them taken off at the earliest hour the salon/ lash artist could (again on a day the salon is usually closed!!)This salon and all the lash artists that work there go above and beyond for their customers, inside and outside the salon!Thank you Art of Lashes!

I have been here two times, and both times I was made to wait 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. No one came out to tell me they were running late. (They don’t have a receptionist, so you just sit in the waiting area until someone comes to get you.) Apparently they don’t place any value on their clients’ time or schedule. It’s annoying and I find it really disrespectful.

I do not have enough good things to say about The Art of Lashes. The location is not only easily accessible from the highway but also close to other local shops & restaurants. The business itself flaunts a gorgeous white and pastel color scheme which is both relaxing and fun. Upon entering I have always been greeted with a smile and offered a refreshment.As far as the services go, I will NOT go to ANYONE else for lashes again. Irmina is extremely professional and takes pride in her work. She also takes direction very well and is willing and capable of lashing in a variety of styles from cat-eye to doll lashes. She worked with me to find the right style for my eyes but also to give me lashes that were full but not too dramatic as I work in a hospital setting and did not want to look too overdone. For special events I have also gone with longer fuller volume sets which I also adore when I want to feel super girly. The lashes stay on longer than I have experienced at other local salons and allow for minimal makeup application. Im very low-key and dont like to have to put in a lot of work to look great and these lashes do the trick! I have also done brow tinting and spray tans with Irmina and she never fails to deliver a great service.The customer service is fantastic and you can see that she really takes pride in the work that she provides. I would highly recommend The Art of Lashes for all your beauty needs, you will leave confident and I PROMISE you will be addicted.Hope this review is helpful in making your decision to try The Art of Lashes!xo Rebeckah
