They are supposed to open at 10 am and it is 10:30 waiting for them to open, I imagine that the ceos do not know about this.

Worst store policy ever period. I bought two pairs of shorts same size first pair way too big. Second pair. Way to small. Once you give them money for their clothing they keep your money for the rest of your life. Their store policy is you cannot try closing on in the store and if they don’t fit or you don’t like them you cannot get your money back ever that’s right ever. You can only exchange with other items in the store. So you can’t try the clothes on Which I know all stores are doing now because of Covid. But you can’t get a refund ever even if you just bought it unbelievable. I have never been in a store in my life where you couldn’t return it five minutes after you bought it with the receipt and get your money back. There is a reason why their stores don’t stay open very long do not shop there.
