Have have had 2 terrible experiences. one time they double charged me for my entire purchase and the company and the store couldn’t do anything for me (September 2020) the second thing that happened was i went to do a no receipt return and the girl who is working accidentally handed me the wrong card. so she gave my merchandise card with $55 on it to another customer and they used it. I will hopefully get my money back for this incident. I love the clothes but you’d be better off going to a different location at least

Most inconsistent hours and rude staff. mall closes at 8 and they’re gated with ppl working inside by 7:20. ridiculous

Staff is so rude

This is the one store that clothes fit me right, its a little pricey but clearly for all the right reasons. The customer service is amazing and kind as well in stores, workers helped me on learning about a sale that I used to by a bathing suit!! Will be back multiple times for sure

Janelle was so helpful super friendly and easy going. So was the other worker a blonde girl. I love this pacsun it always has the best sales

Lol so bad 2 workers. 1 not doing anything besides looking like they did something. 1 slow af. 4 customers in line been here long enough to write a review. Still in line.
