They clothes are TINY. I’m not plus size anywhere else and never have a hard time finding clothing but their sizes only go up to large (carrying an XL is common sense to me but maybe that’s why they’re not that busy). I should also mention their large fits like a medium possibly even a small. The clothes are tiny and they wonder why they aren’t expanding their business? This isn’t a place moms shop for their kids and kids don’t have money so I’m not sure what their target demographic is. As I grown woman I can afford to shop there but unfortunately, having been through puberty, I can’t.

I purchased a shirt and their store about two weeks ago, after the first washing it completely frayed at every seam. I told him I didn’t have the receipt and I didn’t want the money back but I would like to exchange it for another shirt.Because I didn’t have the receipt or the tags that was on the blouse they refuse to reimburse me or replace the shirt, the store is way too expensive the clothes aren’t that good and they don’t honor their merchandise. I don’t recommend the store at all I certainly will not go back

My sister and I went in today looking for dresses to wear to a wedding coming up. We were in the store for about 20 minutes just browsing, there were 2 women up at the counter and one was following us around the store. We would walk over to look at something and she would be right behind us. Anytime we would look up she was there right beside us pretending to fix mannequins or clothing. She asked multiple times if we needed a dressing room. I know that’s her job but If we tell her no the first time don’t ask 4 other times. If someone needs a dressing room they will either tell you, or walk to the dressing room. We felt harassed the entire time we were in the store. We felt targeted like the girl thought we were going to steal something. I made a couple of comments to her to ask her to back off and she kept just getting closer and closer. We felt so uncomfortable. I will not be going back, and I will be making a complaint tomorrow.

I love West End Boutique! All the girls are so sweet and welcoming every time I go. Huge selection of beautiful clothing and accessories. Reasonable prices and always leave pleased with my purchases. I always get complaints when I wear my clothes I bought there.. definitely recommend going and checking this store out.

I went in with my friend and fell in love with the items at this boutique. However the customer service made me feel very uncomfortable. I caught the staff staring me down while shopping. Almost felt like I was being targeted. I was set on trying on a dress but I set it down due to their unwelcoming attitudes. This was the first time I felt like I was being racially profiled or felt the insecurity that the store staff has.I see the the bad reviews below. Very unfortunate nothing has been done to fix their customer service.

They sold my 16 year old daughter a a dress for $199.95 and told her how beautiful she looked and she ended up buying it and when she got home she tried it on and it barely fit its HIGHLY unappropriate. She can barely move in the dress. Unfortunately I was not there when she purchased it. But the women that were helping her look for a prom dress told her she looked amazing in it basically so they could sell a sparkly dress to 16 year old who is excited to go to prom. And they do not do returns for refunds .Only in store credit. Weve had the dress for 18 hours only. Still in the bag with tags. She only tried it on for a few minutes. Not happy about this at all!

TERRIBLE experience! We were trying things on and the helpers were just walking around and not helping. As I tried to hand someone more clothes, a Hispanic worker got mad and wouldn’t let us try any more on. Then a white worker dropped my money on PURPOSE because she was mad about how we tried so many clothes on even though we ended up buying some things. Honestly, I would not recomend this store. The workers here are so RUDE. They walk around doing nothing then get mad when you try to try clothes on just because they have to be the ones putting the clothes away if they don’t work out. I’m sorry but if you’re gonna work at a store, just know you’re going to have to help people around and not get mad when you have to put clothes away because I hate to break it to you but that’s the type of job you chose, have a good life & next time choose a better job :)

Asked the employee to find another size in the back. She picked up the phone and I assumed she was calling to ask someone, so I waited for a very long time until I noticed her checking herself out in the mirror and overheard gossip on the phone. Apparently, she had called up one of her BFFs to chat and had forgot to do her job. Did not spend a dime here!
