The latte was okay super sweet and super creamy but Im not sure there was any coffee in it not to my taste but if youd like a sugary sweet drink with a pretense there might be coffee in it then this might be the place. People are friendly but the person I dealt with could have been more business like nowhere did I receive the cost of the drink even though I knew what it was but nobody told me and counting back change didnt happen. A little business training and customer service could go a long way.

This has been my go to coffee shop for a few years. The drinks are great, the staff are friendly and efficient and the business is locally owned. You can also add CBD to beverages at some of the locations, which I think is awesome and an innovative move for the business.

Really good needs to be more and less Starbucks.

My favorite place in Salem. Every time I come to Salem from out of state I get every excited to go to this place. The ladies are very friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Wish they had many more locations.

I’m not an outgoing, chatty person. I appreciate that Java Crew is all business and just prepares my coffee and doesn’t waste time with asking me how my first hour of the day has gone, where I’m going, why I’m going there, how I like going there and what else am I doing after that!I also appreciate that they don’t make you sign a paper to push tips, or have a pad to make you select a tip also. I can’t afford tipping every time I get a drink! Java Crew makes me feel no pressure to talk or tip, which therefore makes me a repeat customer and tip when I can :)

Every time I go through this java crew I get the same thing every time and every time, the price is different. Today, my medium drink was $6.50. Are you kidding me? Even Starbucks isnt that expensive. When dutch bros and Starbucks are just around the corner, I wouldnt even think of paying that much for snobby, slow, service that I always get and very low grade coffee. If you want to keep up with the big dogs, youre going to have to get better staff and lower your prices.

I like java crew better than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Their prices are OK but their drinks taste like coffee and not just sugar (Dutch). I love the specials drinks they put out everyday because it introduces you to items not on the regular menu.

I LOVE the crew here, always friendly! They are a great addition to your morning routine or afternoon pick-me-up. They even remembered me enough to ask how work is, and how my job interview went! It wouldnt even matter that the coffee is delicious (it really, really is, like heaven in a cup), thats just an extra bonus, thats how great these ladies are.

This is the best coffee i have had in a long while nevwr the less i paid 2.50 extra for a shot of CBD... absolute amazing. But i did pay almost 8 bucks for a cup... ill do it again.

I wont buy my coffee anywhere else but Java Crew. We have two Starbucks, a Dutch Bros, and several fast food options, as well as Java Crew here in West Salem, Java Crew, is ALWAYS my go to coffee stop! Their coffee has a wonderful smooth, rich flavor. No awful bitter, burnt taste like Starbucks and Dutch. They also have some of the best chai I have ever tasted. The staff here in West Salem, is Always pleasant and helpful, and their prices, are great compared to the competition in the area. We are blessed here in West Salem, to have Java Crew!!

I drink caramel lattes. I pull up they say see you up here over the speaker and then make me the best Damn caramel latte there is! The trick is in their caramel. I wont share the secret. The girls are always friendly and dont overdo anything.... Think Dutch with real coffee and more pleasant baristas! Love this Crew

We have gone about 4 or 5 times now, perfect drinks everytime,no asking us 2 or more times what our order is because music is so loud you are yelling and we find having 2 lanes is not faster at all, when you’ve ordered and 3 cars get coffees and leave before you get yours,15 minutes is to long to wait. Love it that we can get thru Java Crew in less than 5 minutes most everytime.This is definitely our go to coffee shop in W.Salem. The baristas are very polite and professional.The manager/employees should be proud of their shop.We highly recommend.Thank You

The service is great and they are fast but sometimes theres a little wait, I think its worth it. There hot coffee is actually hot. There mochas are really good. Im usually a purist when it comes to my coffee. Just there regular coffee is fantastic. Its probably my favorite regular black coffee in town.

All the other Java Crew are good in general, but THIS one always hits the spot to the point that I want to come here 10 times a day if a could!Not only that but the service is such great quality. Absolutely best place to have a coffee on the go. They provide really good service. I was in the drive thru and wanted to place an order but due to loud noise of the truck ahead of me Morgan could not hear me. So i placed an order at the window and she dint charge me anything. I think coffee worth ($2) nothing when you can win someone in 2 second. Thanks again! :) :)

I dont live near this location I go to the Keizer location normally but I am moving out and I will be stopping by here more often, I have never had an issue with any of them, they are always nice and the price is good. Cant wait to stop by more often

Prices recently went up and I dont like the mocha as much (since I went back following the water scare). Still best in town.

Depending on what drink you choose it can be pretty good. New staff is always really slow and messes up your order, its hard to have your drink taste consistent unless you have the same barista
