Im a computer science major and know a lot about computers myself but wanted someone thats professional and local that could build my full PC for me and this was the guy. Freds a nice guy and takes his time to make sure everything is functioning properly and has great knowledge of computers. I know how to do most computer repair work myself, but when it came to replacing the keyboard on my macbook pro Id be better off having someone with more experience do it because you have to remove all the parts inside the computer. We have been utilizing Freds services for nearly 20 years. I dont know what we would do without him!! He has built both of the desktops that we have owned. I was having problems getting & keeping a good strong wireless signal all throughout my home. I had tried wireless extenders with some improvement but still not satisfactory. I learned of Personal Touch from the internet & called him we set up a time for him to come and look the situation over. He came and we discussed my needs . He recommendeda second network upstairs in my house using a power line adaptor & one of my old extenders repurposed as a router. Good strong wifi all over my house now. Also I learned a bit during the experience. I highly recommend Fred great guy reasonable prices. Thanks Fred.
