Please do not take your computer here if it needs an actual diagnostic run. I took my computer in, after talking to the tech about what had happened, and he assured me he could fix it. 6 months and hundreds of dollars later I got it back, only for it to be doing the same thing as the day I took it in. Nice enough people, but they dont have the proper tools and equipment to do an actual diagnostic test.

Fixed my computer and upgraded. Works lots better. Tech Btian Very knowledgeable.

Took a printer in that was jamming constantly. Staff took it in and had it working in no time. Great staff!

Great people and food

My computer was being hacked and Valley Computer came out immediately. They not only took care of the problem they updated my computer, returned it to my home and set it up. Price for all that was reasonable and Ian was very helpful and professional. I feel very fortunate to have found them. Would recommend them to anyone needing these kind of services.

I took a desktop and a laptop, both for business, in for repair. I now have my laptop back and it runs the way it did the day I bought it. The desktop will take a little longer due to extensive damage from viruses. They explained in detail what they had done and what needed to be done and why. These guys are true professionals.I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and knowledge. It has been many, many years since I have totally trusted someone to provide this level of service. They are the very best in my book. I recommend them to anyone concerned about the quality and cost of repairs for their computers.

I am a repeat customer and whatever computer issue I have encountered was been resolved quickly and for a very reasonable price.I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with Valley Computers and the staff has always been extremely friendly. The guys didnt have the part in stock but gave me a work-around until I could get one which helped a great deal to keep me going.
