Great staff,very knowledgeable Dr. All around excellent experience. These days it can be difficult to find a health care office that truly seems to care about the patient. This certainly seems to be one that does. Glad to have found them.

Went in to Salem Eye Clinic for the first time, and can say I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Brown made me feel welcome, and was very friendly. Made me laugh a couple of times, and was able to come up with a prescription that would work best for me. Jason is super nice and also will give you amazing service with finding the right frames for you. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I think Dr. Brown is very good, I mean great at his job. He is also direct to the point on what youll need done, very professional and the staff is great also. I am so glad I chose that clinic.

I was very happy with my visit here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, and he took the time to make sure I was getting a prescription tailored for my situation.It was also interesting to see the 3D scan of my eye. Dr. Brown briefly went over what exactly the small veins and arteries we were looking at were-- Very cool!With the clinic only seeing one patient at a time, I felt very taken care of by everyone. I was also incredibly grateful to have help picking out new frames-- thats always the hardest part, hah.Im excited to get my new glasses!

Been there 3 times now. Extremely satisfied, they listened to my concerns and worked with me on improving my vision. If you think this Doc is expensive try a bad one.

The sixth clinic I called this morning, and the first one to speak to me with compassion and offer to fit me in same-day. Prices were reasonable, the staff was all extremely professional and friendly, Dr. Brown is so personable, and Jason helped me pick out the perfect frames! Whoever gave this place one star must have just had a bad day!

Doctor was very good. But VERY expensive. Eye exam with glasses, 420 bucks. I only went because I got same day appointment when other places were weeks out.

Dr Jordan Brown is very professional! He takes an holistic approach to your eye care needs. Can explain the complex details of your diagnosis and treatment in a way that is very easy to understand! Dr Brown truly cares about your eye health. This was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Jordan Brown.

Prices are ridiculous for an average place. They said that part of the reason for such high prices was the education on how to take better care of my eyes that I received. Im gonna save you hundreds of dollars and give this high priced education for free... youre eye is the only organ that doesnt have veins... the only way they get oxygen is if you let them breathe... they cant breathe if you wear youre contacts all day. And that was it. hundreds of dollars for that! also I didnt even get a complete eye exam, they skipped the machine where they puff air into youre eye. And then they wanted to charge me over $500 for a new pair of glasses. So only go there if you have an obscene amount of money to burn.

Dr. Brown and his staff were fantastic.I had an eye emergency (for me).When I called, I was scheduled immediately for a doctors appointment.My care was excellent.There was no waiting when I showed up for my appointments.First rate service all around.

So expensive! The receptionist has no clue if your insurance covers anything. I had to call twice and didnt receive an answer because my insurance is confusing. They make you do a separate evaluation for contacts. I left with a $350 bill just for an exam.

I was so impressed with Dr. Brown and his whole staff. Very friendly and also very professional. I appreciate it that he doesnt accept the status quo, but wants to improve the situation if possible. Im looking forward to improved sight under his care.

$182 for comprehensive exam. Evaluation for contacts $118. Optos $47. Total $347!!! You are paying to be EDUCATED by doc. You can go to Costco and pay $99 for eye exam and contact fitting plus $25 optos. Dont waste your money here so not worth it.

They very nice people but not a very big waiting room so if you have children please try to find a way to leave them home.

Contacts and glasses seem more expensive here than elsewhere. The lenses I ordered do fit well enough and Im satisfied with the service, but I dont have a high level of confidence in the prescription and frames not the quality is expect for the price.

Wanted over $1300 for two pairs of glasses. That was my co-pay, after insurance. To my knowledge, the glasses were not made from Iridium, so I fail to understand why I can get a pair somewhere else for under $100.

Ridiculous prices for cheap, ill fitting glasses. Not even right prescription. Went elsewhere to get corrected. Their $800 exam and glasses cost me less than half elsewhere for better quality plus exam.

Dr. Jordan Brown is a quintessential professional! Our treatment and experiences with Dr. Brown have been extraordinary and consistently positive. This has exceeded our expectations! Please know we are NOT easily impressed. Dr. Brown has an awesome attitude. He takes a focused approach to serving patient needs and expectations and at the same time, he exhibits a very personal approach to how to best satisfy patient needs. It is abundantly clear that he is well-educated, trained and current on best practices. He exhibits professional experience beyond the pale. Dr. Brown can translate complex situations in a manner that those of us who are not technically trained can understand and appreciate what we are dealing with. He has the personal capacity to deliver with absolute clarity and profoud kindness. We appreciated his extensive review of options for our treatment. My wife spent. Over 3 months and numerous appointments trying to be fitted for contacts at another clinic. Dr. Brown fitted her on the first try. Incredible! Personally, I am meeting with Dr Brown tomorrow at 7:15 . I am experiencing an eye irritation in one eye and the doctor wants to see me just after I wake up to determine his next steps in the treatment plan. So, hes opening early to serve my needs. Talk about caring for your patients! Wow! Our experiences with Dr. Brown leads us to the conclusion that he is truly the best of the best! We would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing eye care treatment, glasses or contacts. Be prepared to be impressed.

Wow, excuse the pun but an eye opening experience. The customer service was way beyond excelent. The whole office staff was so nice. I highly recommend this place for all your eye needs because they are fast, very knowlegable and very concerned about all your needs.

Nice Doc, however, you can pay a lot less without your insurance with many other Docs. With insurance our cost was almost double that of other facilities. You can go to Costco and pay out of pocket with no insurance for less.
