Professional and knowledge staff. Elias was great in letting me know what my options were, and he did not try to push anything more than what I wanted.I will definitely be buying my next pair of glasses here.The eye exam was normal, and the assistant did not seem to listen to me, but the overall experience with Elias helped provide a positive outcome.

The wonderful young lady assisting me at check in and also did the first part of my eye exam was delightful! The doctor was neither helpful or informative, but kind enough. The lady that was supposed to help me find the right glasses was sooooo rude, unhelpful and seemed annoyed at my questions. If I used the insurance left after the expensive eye exam(left $160), I couldn’t use any discount....one pair of glasses just over $400. If I didn’t use my insurance, I could get two pairs of glasses for the same amount and self bill and get huge discounts.I took my prescription to Costco and got the exact same glasses with all the extras for just under $140. I still have to submit to my insurance company, but the Costco staff were over the top helpful. I don’t mind submitting the bill myself. I do mind a condescending, frustrated explanation.I will never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone

I can honestly say that this store has the nicest opticians, their patience towards absolutely everything is amazing from helping me choose a good fitting frame to cleaning every single frame after someone tries them on. Its so sad that all these people keep complaining of the fact that employees asked them to keep their mask over their nose. As you get checked it the greeter lets you know that yes the mask HAS to stay on. I saw how a customer was very rude and disrespectful towards employees when ask to cover their nose, I get it we are all tired of the mask but its not their faults theyre just doing their jobs. If you dont want to keep your mask on then maybe you should stay home 🤷🏼

Upon entry we were greeted by a nice young man, he gave us the run down of policy, we left because the young lady with the mustard colored top had terrible customer service, she was very rude when she saw me adjust my mask a little to see what the glasses looked like on my face. No one was within 15 feet of me. If you can sit in a restaurant and eat with someone 6 feet away perhaps you should revisit your policy, also perhaps train your employees to not be so aggressive or rude. Sorry you lost my business.

These people lie and make excuses. They have repeatedly denied me whats owed. I had insurance on my glasses. They wont help me out. The glasses I have now still are defective. I had scratches all over the new pair of glasses.

Well the past few times I have come across a few workers who were rude and some who didnt explain things well on the phone and I apologize for my outburst of these covid rules. But lets forget that all. Reyna was absolutely awesome. She truly has the best Customer Service in the entire store. I truly wish the people who answer the phone and greet people at the entrance had the customer service skills like Reyna.

Tried to go in and shop for glass. When I got there I was told I needed an appointment. The website stated no such thing. I drove over 45mins one way to get a pie of glasses. On top of that no one was in the store!!! What kind of policies does this company set!!! I will go else where for my purchases from now on. Ridiculous.

I went here because I was fortunate enough to get several pairs of glasses within a specific price range. The entire staff was very helpful and informative. They worked with me to find the best lens options and the best possible pricing.There were certainly COVID restrictions that some may see as a burden, but please remember that they are in everyone’s best interest. I felt very safe throughout my visit.

Started with a good exam, ended with poor quality glasses that dont warranty past 6 months even with Covid and Visionworks being closed for so long. My prescription to got the point where I realized the headaches were from the glasses and now my wifes have already taken on scratches. Try somewhere else, the 5 star rating is incorrect.

I had a great experience getting my exam, and also going back to get my glasses (which came MUCH faster than expected.) They did tell me I needed an appointment but were able to get one for me the next day for both services.Reina especially was so friendly and fun to chat with.she was also able to point out a service that my insurance offers which saved me hundreds.Ill be back for sure.

Summary -This was the worse experience I have ever had - no one there cared. I literally walked out to my car (half blind from dilation), no new glasses, and cried.Story -I needed a new pair of glasses, saw very good reviews of Vision Works, and called to make an appointment. After listening to all of the options twice, there was no option to either schedule a new non-emergency appointment or talk to a representative (like hitting 0). I was only able to make an appointment via the website. I did receive confirmations via emails, texts (many), and phone calls. My wife went with me on her day off so that she could help me pick out new frames which is very important to me. Upon arrival, there was only 2 customers in the lobby looking at glasses in a room about 20x30. They let me in and then said my wife wasnt allowed into the lobby to look at frames because she didnt have her own appointment. I talked with 3 different people including the doctor, and all of them refused to let her into the lobby to help me look at frames (even after they dilated my eyes and I could barely see the frames). During the entire process there were no more than 2 people in the lobby at all and refused to help us. The only consolation was the doctor saying yes covid is making things tough. This had nothing to do with covid or the state mandates (which are 6 apart while wearing masks). My wife and I could be standing over 12 or 16 from anyone in the lobby and both had masks. This was a company policy. So I am very upset. The doctor seemed easy to work with for the eye exam, but the entire point of me making the appointment, paying for the exam, and waiting two weeks to be seen was to be able to get a pair of glasses. And I was not able to do that. Because I was unable to schedule a regular appointment over the phone where they could have warned us that my wife couldnt enter, wouldnt allow my wife to come in to the lobby to help me, and walk away with no glasses, I cannot recommend to anyone.

I’d give negative stars if I could. Do not waste your money here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I checked online before we went in to look at frames that no appointment was needed yet when we get there we were told we needed an appointment and scheduled one for the next day. No big deal. My husband got a call the day of his appointment confirming he was coming in. We came in and were asked if we had a mask. My husband did not. We were told we cannot step into the building without a mask. I asked if they would provide one for him and they said no. I’m starting to get irritated here. We are totally fine with wearing a mask but no where on their store front or website did it say you needed to wear one and when the store rep called to confirm our appointment they said nothing about needing a mask. Now I’m a little more than annoyed as we had to re-schedule again. Then today we had everything we needed to look at frames. We both wore masks and came at our appointment time. As I was trying on frames I took my mask of for a few seconds to see how they looked on my face and the store rep rudely told me I needed to keep my mask on at all times. How are you supposed to see if the frames fit your face when more than half of it is covered? Fine. I won’t be buying frames today.The kicker was that another customer came in to get her frames and was told she cannot enter the building due to not having a mask. Frustrated, she asked who she could give feedback to as she was never told she needed a mask and nowhere on the website did it mention this. After she left, the lady that helped her mocked her to another co-worker. I was disgusted. That is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional behavior especially when a customer easily overheard. If people need to wear a mask why isn’t there Highly visibility signage stating this? I will not be spending my money here and will not recommend this store to anyone.

Lost my business!! The lady guarding the door and watching people try glasses on was absolutely rude!. I was trying glasses on always 6 ft from people and for half a second I midway removed my mask to see how the glasses looked before making a big purchase $300+. I understand covid is a big deal, but if I am 6ft from people and removing and putting my mask on with every glasses and yes disinfecting I dont see the issue. If that is not allowed that’s fine I would still put up with it but her rude unnecessary tone and comments I will not! I have been in customer service and there is no need for a rude tone when regulating and inforcing rules.Recommendation..Make a game plan for customers to try on glasses without a mask to see if they even like any, It it not a cheap purchase!. Especially when you have customers take the $100 non refundable exam first.

After have terrible experiences at other big name places decided to try these guys out again after 16 years due to the amazing reviews. Boy was I pleased. Appointment was made within 2 days. Dr. Timothy Freeh was super nice and even gave me some contacts to try out. Reyna was amazing in helping me pick out the best fitting frames for my face and gave me all the options. The customer service was fantastic and I wont go anywhere else from now on. A++++++ 2 pairs of glasses were ready in less than an hour with scratch resistance, glare free and thin lenses. Cant beat that for the price.

Appointment for my wife and myself today for eye exams. The ophthalmologist was as usual very friendly, informative and helpful, he gets five stars. We were early and the staff was short and not friendly. In the waiting area, particles of litter, bits of plastic and other debris were on the waiting area floor. The staff was not busy but too self important I suppose, to run a quiet carpet sweeper on the floor. Makeup was on the device that takes your interior eye pictures. After I stared at it, the tech wiped it off, but with an attitude. After my exam I asked for my pupil distance. Another tech was directed to check my PD. He instructed me to get closer to the counter twice and during the check, informed they have no liability, again with the attitude that I was being a lot of trouble. Im a paying customer, and customers do not appreciate it at all when the staff cops an attitude. The staff is not doing me any kind of favor, I pay their wages. Staff rating one star, major attitude adjustment is necessary. We noticed a help needed sign in the store, maybe the store needs to be completely re-staffed with a good people with friendly helpful attitudes.

I have been going here for my glasses for years and I will not be back. The rude unprofessional staff working there now is unbelievable. I get that covid 19 has everyone on edge, but there is no need to treat customers the way I was treated and how others are being treated. Trying on glasses with a mask is new to a lot of folks and instead of being kind and helpful they are rude and snarky. My mask fell below my nose and Robin was very rude when she snapped at me and said your mask needs to cover your nose. Yes I know I was trying on the frame with no one even near me to see if it fits my face. I finally went in and made them give me my glasses that I paid over $400 because they kept telling me I needed an appointment to pick up glasses but couldnt find one that was convenient for me. I will never be back neither will my family and I will make sure to tell all my glasses wearing friends that they will not be treated well at this store. Go somewhere with less rude and snarky and unprofessional employees. These folks dont deserve your money or business.

Its been a couple of years since I had an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I looked around and saw that Visionworks had the highest rating, so I went with them. Let me tell you that they live up to their reputation. The optometrist was great. Explained everything well and had me in and out quickly. The glasses buying process was easy. I knew what I wanted. One of the women who was helping me out, got me a great deal and I ended up leaving with 2 pairs instead of one!! It was estimated that it would take 2 weeks to get my new glasses but it only took 2 days! Even threw in a free hard case for my glasses. The whole experience was great. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, this is the place you want to stop by.

Everybody there goes above and beyond! I got some new glasses from them on the buy one get one free program. I did not notice until a few weeks later that one of my pairs had a defect. I called them and they said send them back and they will take a look and then get me a new pair. The same day I mailed them I received a new pair in the mail ! Definitely impressed, thank you !

I just finished selecting frames for my glasses at Visionworks. Sales Manager Robin was a delight to work with, she is very polite and professional. I recognized Robin’s experience right away. Robin selected three frames she felt would fit my face the best. I tried on all three then looked around but eventually came back to the second pair Robin selected for me. Robin explained all the features and was able to give me a discount on the frames. Overall, my experience was outstanding. Great service and my glasses will be done while I wait - Thank you Robin!

My guy & I went there last night for an eye exam. The staff was very friendly & we got it done without too much fuss. After finding our frames we got help from the associate named Zeb. He was very sweet & so helpful going over the lenses. However during our time talking to him the store got packed. With Zeb being the only associate, he can only handle so many customers. People got frustrated & left others were snippy. Which is completey moronic. If hes the only person there then you chill & wait your turn.Anyways we picked out our frames, paid, & left. Good experience & I think Zeb is awesome. I will come back when I need another exam.
