Im only giving one star because I cant give zero. Ive been a loyal customer of this store for quite a while and have always found the staff to be wonderful. That changed last night and I will no longer spend my money here. The woman working the evening of Wednesday, July 21st was the rudest, most condescending b***h Ive ever encountered. Not to mention slow and clueless about the merchandise. Bring back the younger, more competent staff and get rid of that hag and I may reconsider shopping here again. Ive submitted a complaint to OSHA.

Would give zero stars if I could. None of the 3 staff, including the manager Bobby, were wearing masks - while serving food - or anywhere else in the store. When I asked the girl at the counter about it she rolled her eyes. They dont care about their customers health or safety.

Even with the demands effectively placed by Covid-19 - this is still a safe, comfortable place to go for all you corner-store needs. The prices are fair and competitive; cooked foods are typically fresh & yummy in quality (indicative of items that are cooked fresh throughout the day (rather than cooked once in the early morning and left to dry out in the hot case!) Weve been coming here for years. The staff here are all friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and even in spite of potential cultural difficulties (like myopic patrons who make things more difficult with their one sided thinking, workers at CM 16 put forth every effort to make sure patrons have as much help & support as they can give! Both my husband & the kids agree: going to Center Market 16 is the best! Its like stopping off at moms on the way home to pick up a gallon of milk

The fact that this center market is located conveniently just a little bit off of market Street is super cool beans needle awesome possum. however not only that, but the fact that they have a working payphone outside is great for when your cell phone stops working, such as one gets run over by a car, if thats ever happened to you raise your hand.

Employees DO NOT wear masks. They are not making customers wear masks either. They do not care about public safety. Avoid this place.

One week ago I came in to buy chicken strips and they gave me sauce free of charge, and then I went back a week later only to be charged for my dipping sauce.Im very unhappy with the service and I wont be returning.

I love coming here, the day manager, I believe her name is Ramen, is kind and funny and my favorite person there. She asks me how my family is and she is one of my favorite person that I know.

Great place ! Love coming here for all my last minute snacks. So clean and the workers are so nice, 100% recommended

Dont honor their 2 liter deals do not honor their cigarette prices they have Newports price at 5:23 per pack over charge me for one because its not the same color stupid Pepsi 243 they try to charge me $4 to $5 for it and then yell at me for calling him out on it its a complain too much so Im not allowed in the store because Im complaining that theyre overcharging me
