I love Lush the people who work there are always greeting you when you come in. They are really nice and they are really happy to show you new things and how it works. Plus they really know their stuff which is good.one negative thing is Its so expensive. But except that I love it.love the free samples tow.

Youre better off ordering online or driving to Canada if youre living in NH and enjoy lush products. Even prior to covid the stores in NH are never fully stocked and have inconsistent hours. The staff is great but if you are coming from the seacoast or lakes region go to Portland or Canada for a better shot at having the products you want.

Nice store, friendly staff, cool products. Prices are pretty high though.

I come in to the store weekly with someone to browse, rarely purchase anything, and Felix is always incredibly kind, engaging, and welcoming! This is one of my favorite stores to go into in the mall as the atmosphere is awesome, the products smell great and are aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is always super friendly! Thank you for being such great employees and making the individual I come in with so happy!

I already was giving this store a bad rating just from when I walked in and none of the staff greeted neither myself nor my mom. Then as were browsing around, none of the staff bothered to see if we need any help. Im not one to pull the race card, I just find it funny how an entire white staff doesnt even have the basic tools for customer service. What made it worse a white couple came into the store and one of the staff ran right up to them and started helping them.

The ONLY soap I use is Karma, even for my hair. The smell is intoxicating and your body feels so clean and fresh that its hard to describe until youve tried it yourself. Super friendly staff that treats each customer as of they were your friend. Thanks Lush! You make my world a little smell a little sweeter.

Wife and I are big fans of Lush! Always have a positive experience but want to give a specific shout out to Ian! Excellent suggestions based on his product knowledge in regards to our questions and he is super friendly! Give him a raise!

I love a lot of their lotions and soaps. charity pot is great for tattoos and sleepy is great for nighttime or relaxation vibes!

The workers are super knowledgeable and can help you find things that fit your specific needs. I really enjoy the quality of the products. They are all modertly priced too, so you wont break your wallet going in for a face cleanser or two.

Pricey but worth it!! Great products!! Great staff, fun and very passionate about what they do!

I LOVE coming here! They always tell me Im beautiful and we talk about my hair for like 10 min. I picked up some new shampoo bars which I love because they are plastic free but also becaise they last so so long! It feels like Im getting so many more washes out of these compared to getting a bottle. I also love to go and treat myself to a bath bomb because theyre all so luxurious and make you smell delicious. I would caution against ones with seaweed chunks in them because theyre harder to clean out of the bathtub... Otherwise, ive never had anything other than a pleasant experience here!

Great selection of specialty hand made personal primp and polish and spoil yourself products!Little pricey, but the products are top notch!

Ive walked passed their store inside of the Rockingham Mall probably a good billion and one times and never once actually stepped foot inside. One day my curiosity got the best of me and I decided I would just take a look at what they had to offer. Well long story short the staff Jamie, Jenna, Olivia and Kelcey were all very helpful in making me feel comfortable being a man walking into a store surrounded by many feminine products and not only did I leave with a great experience but I also left with about $100 dollars worth of bathbombs! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for bathbombs and other products.

Though I like the products, the store layout is counter intuitive and the staff always ignore me and try to work my friends over. Little do they know my friends normally dont want to go in and Im the one needing help. Maybe they assume Im not shopping because Im a guy? Whatever the reason; its a sad job in service.

The staff is very helpful. The store its self is very small, so with 2 staff & 3 customers in it felt crowded.

So many employees in such a little place and they are a little pushy. Good product though, they are helpful if you ask for help.
