Never have what I want. Rude to my customers and over priced

I ordered supplies for our showroom at Oregon Five Star Enterprises and everything was done professionally in a very timely manner.Once all was done they were able to pick up supplies and overall was a pleasure to work with Randy.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service driven employees.I stopped by, made an order, and they had the wood at my house before the end of the day.The one time they messed up an order, they quickly rushed out the correct sized wood within 30 minutes.Great prices as well.

This company doesn’t deserve one star. Will never deal with this company again due to the horrible lack of communication and attitude. Ordered doors in July and never received a call to let us know they were in. We were originally told they would take one week to get in. We ended up calling to check the status and were told they weren’t ready. Salesman finally called end of September to let us know they were ready. We called less than a week later to make sure everything was good to go and they told us the doors were not ready and we’d have to come the next day. So we show up as told, pay for the doors and try to ignore the derogatory comments and excuses from the salesman. We load up the doors and notice they are the wrong doors. Salesman gets extra arrogant with us and tells us he’s been doing this for 30+ years and he knows what he’s taking about. At this point we are done with this whole process and the attitude we have encountered on multiple occasions. We returned the product and found doors elsewhere for much cheaper. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with this company or it’s salesman. We will never use this company again. We will never recommend this company as well.

They are a very busy Door and Millworks supply company with average prices. If you are building a new 🏠 house theyre great to deal with. I dealt with them 12 years ago while building a new home they were detailed and prompt.

No customer service skills.ordered my door . 1st they said it would take a week because it wasnt standard size. I gave them exact measurements. They were supposed to call when door was ready.I finally called two weeks in and they said it wasnt ready. Took another week but again they still never called so i called them again. I picked up the door got it home and guess what, door was too short. Took it back they mention it should have been made from a 7 foot frame not the regular 68 frame. They are supposed to be the experts and should have known to use a 7 frame from the beginning. No apology for wasteing almost a month of my time. Wont do business with this place again if i can help it.

We had a great experience ordering custom doors. Their showroom had a wide array of options so it was pretty straightforward to order what we wanted after seeing it in person. The price was reasonable and the doors were ready in two weeks. They also recommended a contractor for the install who did a great job.

Great customer service, good prices, same rate for everyone contractor and home owner alike. Willing to work with you in order to get you what you want. Superior quality work. I am going to continue to shop with them over any other door shops in the local area.

Great customer service. Beat everyone elses price of trim by at least 10 cents a foot. The door was made well, looks great and fit right in the empty hole. My only complaint is the lack of communication regarding delivery. Trucks just showed up, unannounced.

Have been waiting 2 + years for these people to correct the problem doors I purchased from them. They never return phone calls. My home is open to the weather and the doors need to be fixed now.

Watch out for this guy driving, cut me off when his lane ended and just about ran me off the road. Speed limit is 45 not 65 buddy.

Walked into the wrong building, needed some assistance with directions. They noticed me walk in and continued their 5 minute conversation, even after I smiled at them. Even though Im not a costumer, I wouldnt ever consider using their services.

I ordered a french door and transom on 04/15/17 and the door was delivered a month after with wrong specs from what we ordered. They pick up the transom to fix it, but after 3 weeks nothing was done. We had to cancel all our order. Poor customer service and pretty much all the time us calling them for status on our order.

Placed an order, was told one day. Received a week from the day promised. The worst part, no one even said we apologize. As if their doing me a favor for taking my order.

We are building a new house- so have ordered a lot from Cascade. Nice work-but terrible customer service and very poor communication -will not use again.

I would give 0 stars if I can! They took double the time to finish the doors and made us pay more money then what they had originally quoted us, and damaged 3 doors in the process. They originally said it would take 10 days, and it was much longer than that. Then took another few weeks for the other 3 doors. After all that, they claimed that they lost one of our doors and didnt know the exact sizes!!! Once everything got figured out, we came home to put on the doors, and some of them were TOO LONG!!! We called them and they said we could trim them our selves! Are u kidding me?? We paid a lot of money for custom doors!! Jay was VERY RUDE and unhelpful! Do not talk to him! They also wanted us to pay an additional 35$ to get rid of our old doors, when they had told us that they would get rid of them for us for free...It was a long and stressful process, im not even going to explain all the trouble we went through, to get these doors...DO NOT GO HERE! I KNOW I NEVER WILL, AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO HERE!
