I ordered my door from Salem Door and Supply.They were very helpful and recommended Keith Lincicome to install.Lincicome construction replaced my wood door, and am very pleased with the outcome!Keith met with me numerous times, to make sure the project would go well.He took charge of the whole project, after I ordered my new door, arranging it for it to be stained, removing the old frame, and installing the new one, and packaging up the the stain glass sidelights, that I had previously. I stopped in close to 5pm needing a latch mechanism for my front door handle. I didnt know the terminology or really what I needed so I brought a box of parts in and set them on the counter. Kevin helped me and knew immediately the brand and details about both my old and new lock set I brought in. I could tell right away I was dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about. Kevin went to the back and pulled the part I needed, gave me a more than fair price for the part and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.I came here after Home Depot and Lowes were no help, just wanting to sell me new complete lock sets. My grandfather recommended them to me and Im glad he did. These folks are super friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They earned my business for sure.Jeremy M

I needed a commercial heavyweight door in the $1200 range.I called and asked for a quote waited a week never heard back,called again he said the quote would come to my email and never received it. The guy who takes orders did not want to help me configure two different prices one to see how much for high end and low end so I bought a door somewhere else for $1200.
