I went in for the first time today. I was looking for some parts that were hard to find for my old storm windows. Allison was so kind and helped find the parts I needed. It was so nice to receive such kind and professional service. I highly recommend this business!

We stopped in July to look at doors. We ordered the door in August (after a few calls and emails to get a response) and scheduled delivery and install in late September. In mid-September, I emailed and called 6 times over a 10 day period to postpone install, due to travel on our end. I finally heard back from Dena (whos great) that her and the other owner had Covid and they hadnt been able to respond, totally understandable. But she informed me the door was in and we rescheduled install for end of October.Our install appt was this morning at 9. At 8:30, Alison (whos really friendly) called to let me know the door isnt in yet and cancelled installation this morning. Shes having the owner call me back after they talk to the vendor to see when they can get the door in.Strange. Seems like a great company, but Im glad I bought on my American Express in case theres a challenge, although everything with Pandemic now is challenging it seems.Ill update after the I hear more and hope to eventually have a great review for this small business in Salem Oregon!

During the ice storm in February we had the patio screen track freeze and brake. We ordered it and new it was back ordered due to Covid. Was so pleased when we were called last week to pick it up. Great job thank you all so much.

So it was very undecided about whether or not I should give this place 3 stars or 4 stars and I finally concluded with three places in a very Chevy part of town with limited parking very easy to see from the street I think theres one handicap spot and if you could get over the smell of urine and homeless people walking by then youll be just fine The woman Inside is definitely a business woman heaven forbid she learn how to multitask but little pricey I think I overpaid for the job that I could have went to Home Depot and got exactly what I needed and done it for 6 bucks instead of adding 11 more dollars to it and getting it for that but it is what it is family run nice environment inside dont plan on having tea and crumpets

Im currently at the end of the process for selling my home; and in a bit of a time crunch due to this. This company communicated well with me, had a couple windows repaired in a week, and was punctual!

In the past I have used Aluminum screen and have had a great experience, the owner is very nice. HOWEVER now I dont feel that way, I dealt with an individual named Dena in the last few months and thought maybe she had been having a bad day on several occasions and let it go. Today was a different story, I also have a business and if one of my employees ever treated a customer the way Dena does I would want to know especially if I was loosing business over it. Dena is very condescending and rude, the website raves about great customer service but Dena has lost touch of what great customer service is.

Small town service, fast, friendly and affordable.

Stopped in and talked to the shop, very nice and friendly. Showed up on time for measuring appointment and gave us an estimated time for build. Within a day or two of that date we received a phone call to install and they were here on time for the install. Installer very friendly and professional. They did however miss a screen during the measuring appointment, and the installer is currently back building and will be back same day service. I will use these guys again and will pass them along to family and friends. Do not hesitate to use this business!!

Since moving to Turner, weve hired them on multiple occassions to repair or replace windows. Now were ready for screens so we called them to get a quote. They have a new charge of $30.00 to give a quote and it does NOT apply to the cost of the screens.I asked her if they were seriously willing to risk losing a long time customer over $30.00 and she said yes!?!Poor fore thought from management! They could have considered charging new customers although by charging existing customers, they will lose business which will equate to a lot more than $30.00!!We will find another glass company and no longer take our business here. Greedy.

I would give ZERO stars if this was an option. I called Aluminum Screen and Window Co. around a month ago to have screens installed in my upstairs and some downstairs. It took two weeks to get them to come do an estimate. When they did they stated they could not measure one window due to an air conditioning unit being it it. Another front window could not be done due to their inability to install it So I scheduled another appointment which had to be another two weeks later they came out again. The window air conditioner had been removed I asked the 2nd person if they could measure the window they didnt want to install suggesting I would install it. He then stated he could not measure it from the outside. I stated the other person measured all the windows from the inside and if that was the case maybe he needed to remeasure all of the windows. He then asked clearly angry, if I really wanted to do the job at all. At this point I said no I dont. He then stormed off. Un-professional CLOWNS. Steer clear.
