Jerry was fantastic in helping me pick out a tractor and implements. Id practically resigned myself to waiting til next Spring to be able to find something but as soon as I was ready he put together a great package for me thatll really help me manage my land with aplomb and at a good price in spite of all the supply issues. He and Jack were quick to take me seriously from the first meeting and came right out to evaluate my equipment for trade-in. Don was very friendly and he and Jack both gave me great overviews on operating the machine. When I needed the tractor Jack made it a priority and was right on top of it with delivery. I plan to go back for all my service, parts and attachments.

The financing application was quick and easy and I had my approval in a few hours after I returned home. No pressure sale. Mower was delivered as promised. Needed a small part for my Kubota L series tractor, no local Kubota dealers had the part. You overnighted direct to my house arrived late Sat installed and fixed. Thanks for the excellent customer service, my nearest dealer could learn a few things from you.

When i went to pick up specially ordered light bracket kits and wheel spacers i waited at the door quite awhile before even being acknowledged by any of the 4 people behind the counter. The brackets were not ordered and we argued about whose fault it was until i produced the email. Apparently the spacers are not parts and had to be ordered by sales. After removing the rear wheel and the studs, I couldnt instal the studs (too big); SFS ordered the wrong spacer kit.UPDATE Got the brackets, unfortunately Kubota has put the correct spacers on intergalactic backorder. Salem staff is trying to make it right and the extra effort is appreciated.

Very helpful when I stopped by to inquire about excavators and talked about what machine might match my needs. I was shown the equipment on the lot and was given pricing very quickly. Very knowledgeable people. Would be happy to do business with them in the future.
